Abstract: Objective: To study the relationship of the toxicity and the heat characteristic of TCM Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata. Method: MTT assay was used to investigate the effects of Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata on the growth of Hela in vitro. Morphological changes of Hela treated with Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata were observed through invert microscope. Trypan - blue staining was used to analyze the cytotoxicity of Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata. Results: Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata can promote the growth and proliferation of Hela in the concentration range of 5 ~ 10 μg / mL. And these two medicines can inhibit the growth of Hela when the concentration was ≥10 μg / mL. Morphological observation showed Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata could not affect the shape of Hela. Trypan - blue staining showed Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata had no cytotoxicity in the concentration range of 5 ~ 10 μg / mL on Hela. When the concentration was ≥10 μg / mL,the stained cells were observed. Conclusion: The results reveal in this work that Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata show a heat characteristic and have no cytotoxicity at a low concentration ( ≤10 μg / mL) . The toxicity of these two drugs was observed at a high concentration ( ≥10 μg / mL) .

性激素和糖代谢指标的差异,因此,临床诊疗 PCOS 患者时 可考虑将其相关的客观指标作为中医辨证分型的辅助依 据。中医药治疗 PCOS 疗效肯定,已经受到国际医学的认 可,但 PCOS 的中医证型复杂,中医辨证论治仍缺乏统一的 客观指标。因此,探讨不同中医证型 PCOS 患者血清性激 素和糖代谢特点的差异,为今后 PCOS 中医辨证分型和治 疗具有重要的指导意义,值得进一步深入研究。
