God said, No. 神说：不！

It is not for me to take away, but for you to give it up.不该是我去“拿掉”，该是你去“舍掉”。

Patience is a byproduct of tribulations;

it isn't granted, it is learned.

耐性是磨难的副产品，不能被赐予，要从学习而得。

I asked God to give me happiness.我求神给我幸福快乐。

God said, No. 神说：不！

I give you blessings; Happiness is up to you.我祝福你，但幸福愉快是你的选择。

I asked God to spare me pain.我求神免我于痛苦。

God said, No. 神说：不！

Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me.

苦难让你厌弃尘世的烦忧，让你更接近我。

I asked God to make my spirit grow.我求神长养我的灵性。

God said, No. 神说：不！

You must grow on your own,

but I will prune you to make you fruitful.

你要自己成长，但我会助你修剪荒芜，富饶你的收成。

I asked God for all things that I might enjoy life.我求神给我所有物质，令我可以享受生活。

God said, No. 神说：不！

I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things.我给予你生命，为此，你可以享受一切。

I asked God to help me LOVE others,as much as He loves me.

我求神助我如同它爱我一般去爱他人。

God said.......Ahhhh, finally you have the idea.神说：噢！你终于搞清楚了！

THIS DAY IS YOURS DON'T THROW IT AWAY 今天属于你，不要把它丢弃！
