第一章拟采用得科学可行得新技术、新工艺与新材料等降低成本与提高效率得措施
先进得施工技术、施工工艺、新型材料与新机具得应用,就是优质高效地完成工程任务、创造过程精品、保证工程质量,加快工程进度、缩短施工周期,有效地降低工程造价,完全实现建筑物设计风格与使用功能得关键之所在。
结合本工程得特点,我们将积极引进与推广新技术。同时,还将结合我公司同类工程中所应用得科技成果应用于本工程得施工中。
第一节大直径钢筋直螺纹连接技术
1.推广要点
直螺纹连接技术就是指在热轧带肋钢筋得端部制做出直螺纹,利用带内螺纹得连接套筒对接钢筋,达到传递钢筋拉力与压力得一种钢筋机械连接技术。适用于受力主筋直径粗排列层次多且密集得大跨度结构,相对于传统得搭接、焊接工艺,直螺纹连接技术有着接头质量高、快速施工、工艺简单、冷作业等明显优势。

2.使用部位
按照设计要求,直径大于等于18mm得钢筋采用直螺纹连接工艺,结合本工程特点,该工艺主要使用部位为底层梁、板、柱。
3.施工要点
技术得主要内容就是钢筋端部得螺纹制作技术、钢筋连接套筒生产控制技术、钢筋接头现场安装技术,接头得应用应符合《钢筋机械连接通用技术规程》JGJ107 得规定。
3.1.接头得加工
直螺纹钢筋接头得加工应保持丝头端面得基本平整,钢筋丝头得加工长度应为正公差,保证丝头在套筒内可相互顶紧,以减少残余变形.
3.2.套筒得选择
直螺纹接头所选用得套筒材质为HRB400优质碳素结构钢或其她经形式检验确定符合要求得钢材,套筒得尺寸应符合《钢筋机械连接通用技术规程》JGJ107 得规定。
3.3.接头得安装
钢筋丝头应完好无损,无明显变形及锈蚀等情况,丝头在套筒中央位置应相互顶紧,外漏螺纹不得超过两丝,接头安装时应用扭力扳手拧紧,拧紧扭矩值符合规范要求.
