1.The teacher’s roles in the classroom

As the development of the information technology and multimedia, the teachers are not the only way that the students can get the knowledge. And the difference between the Ss and T is not the quantity of the knowledge. So, in our classroom, we are not only the controller, we should be the organizer of the class, the leader of the Ss’ development, the co-worker with the Ss, the exciter of the teaching assessor.

It is easy for us to be a organizer, but it is very important for us to do it well. A successful class comes from the well organize. We should try our best to make every S join the teaching activity.

As a leader of the Ss’ development, we must stimulate the Ss’ passion and adjust their emotion. In my class ,I often design some games or activities, such as free talk, sing a song to make my Ss feel that the English class is interesting, and the English is easy to learn. And then ,they will have more passion to study English and do it well. And I will try my best to keep their passion.

The co-worker with the Ss, that means we should give our Ss some time to communicate , discuss or utter their view. When we give the students a task, we’d better to do it with the students together, to help them or listen to them even study from them.

As the exciter of the teaching assessor, we need to encourage our students. Some times we assess our students to simple, such as,:no, wrong. I think it is not good for our students.They will hate English and then they will refuse to learn English. I think it’s terrible.

All in all, we should know our roles in the classroom clearly. And try our best to be an excellent English, a creative English!

2． I know what my students need

I think to be a good teacher, we must know what my students need. Now I’ll talk about sth in my class. When I taught Oxford English Grade 5 Unit 9 An English Club, I found that this class was about the different countries, and their different languages. It’s easy for our Ss to master the knowledge of the text and the words . To let my Ss know more about the different countries, I looked for a lot of things about the countries on the Internet. For example, the Big Ben in the

UK ,the White house in the USA the FUJI MOUNTAIN in Japan .And then I made them into PPT. When I began my class , my Ss were very interested in my lesson. At that moment , I knew that, my Ss should not only learn the knowledge in the textbook, but also need to know more .After that, I often extend my class, my Ss are very glad to know the things that can’t be found in the textbook. They are really like my class now, because I know what my students need.
