网络道德失范及应对策略

工作单位：安徽省、亳州市、谯城区、风华中学作者：谢永海摘要二十世纪末作为高科技卓越代表的计算机网络技术以其独特的魅力已在全球范围内迅速普及，并为人们提供了广阔的生产、生活与生存空间，社会逐渐迈进一个新阶段——网络社会。但网络技术是一把双刃剑，在为人们的生活带来便利的同时也带来了一些网络社会的道德问题，尤其是网络社会的道德失范问题,这一现象严重影响了网络社会健康有序的发展。因此本文通过对网络一些基本特点的分析，总结出了网络道德失范这一现象产生的原因，并在此基础上根据唯物辩证法内外因相结合的观点，提出了解决网络道德失范这一问题的有效措施——道德自律与道德他律的统一。道德自律主要是通过加强网络道德教育，提高网民的道德修养；提高网民的自主道德意识；提高网民的道德自律性来实现的。道德他律则主要是通过加大舆论监督力度；建立完善的网络监督和管理机制；完善相关的网络法律法规；加强跨国界的网络领域合作等措施来实现的。根据唯物辩证法内外因相结合的观点只有坚持道德自律与道德他律的统一才是正确解决网络社会道德失范问题的有效措施。

Moral Loss of the Network and Resolute Measures

Abstract By the and of the 20th century, as an outstanding representative of the high-tech, computer network technology, depending on its unique charm, spread quickly all over the world, and provided people a vast production, life and living space . The society gradually entered a new step-the network society. However, the network technology is a double-edged sword, bringing the convenience to people’s life while bringing some moral issues to social networks, particularly the loss of social ethics network. This phenomenon seriously affected the healthy and orderly development of social network. Therefore, through analysis of some basic characteristics of the network, this passage summarizes the cause of this phenomenon of moral loss of the network, and based on this, provides effective measures about how to solute this issue of moral loss of network according to the materialist dialectics of combining internal and external perspective-the reunification of moral self-discipline and others-discipline . Achieving moral self-discipline mainly by strengthening moral education network, improving the Internet moral cultivation, raising awareness and moral self-discipline of the Internet, while achieving others-discipline mainly by increasing the intensity of supervision, establishing improved mechanism of supervision and management of the network, improving the relevant laws and regulation of the network, and strengthening cord-border cooperation in the field of the network .Only adhering to the reunification of moral self-discipline and moral others-discipline is the effective measure of correct resolution the problem of loss of social ethics.
