《百万英镑》是马克•吐温著名的讽刺小说的代表作。
同时本单元也是高中英语必修阶段学生接触的第一个剧本。
另外,学习剧本最好的方法是把剧本逼真表演出来。
本节课的教学设计落脚点是学生经过本单元的系列活动后能逼真地将剧本表演出来。
