1.0范围
SCOPE
本规范规定了锂离子电池定义、要求、测验方法、测试频次和数量;
本规范适用于公司所有的锂离子电池。
This criterion describes the definition, requirement, test method, test frequency and amount.
This criterion only applies to Li-ion battery produced by B&K.

4.0 定义
DEFINITION
4.1充电限制电压--电池由恒流充电转入恒压充电时的电压值.
Limited charge voltage—the voltage of constant current switches to constant voltage when battery is charged.
4.2标称容量—指电池在环境温度为25±2℃的条件下,以5h率放电至终止电压时所应提供的电量,用C5
表示,单位为Ah(安培小时)或mAh(毫安小时).
Rated capacity—under 25±5℃,65±5%RH,i t means the capacity value of being charge by 5h ratio to cut-off voltage. The capacity value can be expressed with code C5. The unit is Ah or mAh.
5.0测试条件和要求

5.1测试条件
Testing conditions
除非测试项目另有规定,本规范中各项测试应在以下条件下进行.
All of the testing is done on the conditions hereinafter, unless there is other requirement.
温度:25℃±2℃; 相对湿度:45%±20%;大气压力:86kPa—106kPa
Temperature: 25℃±2℃;Related humidity: 45%±20%;Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa—106kPa
5.2测量仪表与设备要求
Requirement of the testing equipment and meter
测量电压的仪表准确度应不低于0.5级,内阻应不小于10kΩ/V.
The precision of meter used to measure voltage is no less than degree 0.5, and equipment used to measure internal resistance is no less than 10kΩ/V.
测量电流的仪表准确度应不低于0.5级. 测量时间用的仪表准确度不低于±0.1%.
The precision of meter used to measure current is no less than degree 0.5, and the precision of meter used to measure time is no less than degree ±0.1%.
测量温度的仪表准确度应不低于±0.5℃. 恒压源电压可调,其电压变化范围为±0.5%.
The precision of meter used to measure temperature is no less than degree ±0.5℃. The constant voltage source can be adjust with range of voltage change is ±0.5%.
恒流源的电流恒定可调,在充电或放电过程中,其电流变化应在±1%范围内.
The constant current source can be adjust with range of current change is ±1% during charge or discharge.
6.0测试方法
TEST METHOD
6.1外观
Appearance
电池表面应清洁;无划伤、破裂、污迹、锈蚀、变形、漏液等缺陷。
The surface of battery should be cleanness, and without scratch, break, contamination, rust, distortion, leakage and so on.
6.2充电方式
Charge mode
在环境温度(25℃±2℃)下,以1.0 C5 A电流恒流充电至限制电压4.2V时,改为恒压充电,直到截止电流为0.01 C5 A时停止充电。
Under 25℃±2℃, the battery can be charged to 4.2V with constant current of 1C, and then, charged continuously with constant voltage of 4.2V until the charged current is less than 0.01C.
6.3循环寿命测试
Cycle life testing
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,搁置5min,然后以1.0 C5 A电流放电至终止电压3.0V为1个循环.连续
进行50次(或100次、300次)循环停止,此时容量保持率及平台应符合表1的要求。
The battery will be complete charged according to the requirement of 6.2. After place the battery for 5 minutes, discharge it with 1.0 C5 A until the voltage reaches 3.0V. So, one cycle has been finished. To do the cycle 50 (100、300)times continuously, the cycle life testing will be stopped. The capacity fading and plateau should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.4荷电保持性能测试
Charge retention testing
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,在环境温度下,将电池开路贮存1个月,再以0.2C5A(聚合物电池也适用)电流放电到终止电压3.0V,其放电时间应符合表1的要求。
The battery will be charged according to the requirement of 6.2. And keep the battery open-circuit 28 days, and then the battery will be discharged to 3.0V with 0.2C5A. The discharge time should reach the requirement of table 1.
6.5高温放电性能
High temperature testing
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,置于55℃±2℃的高温箱中恒温2h,然后以1.0C5A放电至2.75V,其容量保持率应符合表1的要求。
实验结束后将电池取出,在环境温度下搁置2h,电池应符合表1的要求。
After the battery is charged according to the requirement of 6.2, keep the battery at 55℃±2℃for 2 hours.
And then discharge it to 2.75V with 1 C5 A. The capacity fading should reach to the requirement of the table
1. After the test finish, keep the battery in the normal environment for 2hrs. The appearance should be reach
to the requirement of the table 1.
6.6低温放电性能
Low temperature testing
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,置于-20℃±2℃(聚合物电池为-10℃±2℃)的低温箱中恒温20h,然后以0.2C5A放电至2.75V(聚合物放电至3.0V),其容量保持率应符合表1的要求,实验结束后将电池在环境温度下搁置2h,电池应符合表1的要求。
After the battery is charged according to the requirement of 6.2, keep the battery at -20℃±2℃/-10℃±2℃(for polymer battery )for 20 hours ,then discharge it to 2.75V /3.0V(for polymer battery )with 1C. The capacity fading should reach to the requirement of the table 1. After the testing finished, the appearance should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.7过充
Over charge testing
电池以1.0C5 A放电至3.0V,然后以3.0C5 A恒流充电至4.8V(或其他电压,如5V、6V或10V),当充电电流接近0并稳定30分钟后结束实验,电池应符合表1的要求。
The battery will be discharged to 3.0V with 1C. Then charge the battery to 4.8V(or the other voltages ,for example 5V、6V or 10V)with 3C, until the charge current decrease to 0. After still keeping in charging for 30min, the testing finish. The battery should be reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.8短路
Short-circuit testing
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,接上数显温度计,置于防爆箱中,用电阻丝(<50mΩ)直接短路其正负极,试验过程中监视电池温度变化,当电池温度下降到比峰值约低10℃时,结束实验,电池应符合表1的要求。
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2, shorted the battery between(+) and (-) terminals with a wire under 50mΩin electric resistance for 6hours. And monitor the temperature. The testing finish when the temperature descend for 10℃than peak value. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.9炉热
Heating test
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,置于烘箱中,打开烘箱开始升温,升温速度为5±2℃/min,升温至130±2℃(聚合物130±2℃)后停止,然后当温度达到130℃(聚合物130±2℃)时开始计时,保温30min后取出电池,目测电池的外观应符合表1的要求。
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2, left it in the oven and heated at 5℃±2/min, up to 130±2℃ and keep at 130±2℃/150±2℃(for polymer battery )for 30min . When the testing finish, take out the battery. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.10撞击
Impact
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,置于撞击仪的台面上,直径为15.8mm实心钢棒放置于电池长轴面垂直的方向上,搁在电池中央,将9.1kg的柱形钢块从0.6m的高度自由落下,通过钢棒砸在电池上,实验结束后目测电池的外观,应符合表1的要求。
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2, put the battery on the table-board of impact instrument. And then put a steel cylindrical bar perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of battery. The 9.1kf weight is dropped form height of 0.6m and pounds the battery via steel bar. The battery should be reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.11.针刺
Stung buy nail test
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,调整TL160型试验压力机针的下降速度约为3mm/s,针的直径
为2.5mm 或3.0mm,然后将压力机的压力调到合适的范围,把充满电的电池放到台面上,放好防护板,
脚踩脚踏板,使压力机针下降,刺穿电池,试验结束后目测电池的外观,应符合表1的要求。
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2, put the battery on the table-board and put away the defend board. Adjust the descend speed of nail is 3mm/s, the pressure of the machine is proper.
The 2.5mm or 3.0mm in the diameter nail is thrust into the battery horizontally. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.12恒定湿热
Constant temperature and constant humidity test
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,将电池放入40℃±2℃,相对湿度为90%-95%的恒温恒湿箱中搁置48h,将电池取出在环境温度下搁置2h,目测电池的外观,并以1.0C5 A电流放电至终止电压3.0V,其外观及放电时间应符合表1的要求。
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2, left the battery box of the temperature of 40℃±2℃and the relative humidity of 90%-95% for 48 hours. Since that, keep the battery at normal temperature for 2hrs. The result of visual inspection can meet table 1.
6.13自由跌落
Free fall test
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,将电池由高度为1.5m的位置自由跌落到水泥地面上,要求从X,Y,Z三个方向共6个面(聚合物电池正、反两面),每个面自由跌落1次。
共6次或2次。
跌落后以1.0C5 A放电至3.0V,然后再按以上充放电方式连续做1个充放电循环。
实验结束后,电池外观及放电时间应符合表1的要求。
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2, the battery falls freely from the height of
1.5m onto the cement floor. It will be done 6 times/2 times (for polymer battery) in each direction of X, Y,
Z./front and back(for polymer battery). Afterwards discharge the battery to 3.0V with 1.0C. After the test finishing, the result of visual inspection can meet table 1.
6.14振动
Vibration test
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,将电池安装或通过夹具安装在振动台面上,调整好振动频率及对应的振幅,从X、Y、Z三个方向每个方向上从10Hz-55Hz循环扫频振动30min,扫频速率为1oct/min。
振动频率:10Hz-30Hz,位移幅值:0.38mm;振动频率:30Hz-50Hz,位移幅值:0.19mm
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2, fix the battery on the vibration table-board by clamp. Adjust the frequency and amplitude of vibration. The battery will be circulatory vibrate for 30min in each direction of X, Y, Z. The rate of scanning frequency is from 30Hz-50Hz with the rate of 1 oct/min Frequency: 10-30Hz, amplitude: 0.38mm, frequency: 30-55Hz, amplitude: 0.19mm.
After the test finishing, the battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.15高温贮存(7天60度)
High temperature storage test
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,置于温度为60℃±2℃的烘箱中贮存7天,然后将电池置于环境温度下以1.0C5 A放电至终止电压3.0V,其各项指标应符合表1的要求。
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2, left the battery oven for 7 days at 60℃±2℃.
And discharge the battery with 1.0C5 A to the cut-off voltage of 3.0 at normal environment. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.16 0.2C5 A放电
0.2C discharge test
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,搁置5min,在环境温度下以0.2C5A放电到终止电压3.0V,电池放电时间如表1所示
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2 for 5 min, discharge the battery with 0.2C5 A to the cut-off voltage of 3.0 at normal environment. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.17 1.0C5 A放电
1.0C discharge
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,搁置5min,在环境温度下以1.0C5A放电到终止电压3.0V,电池放电
时间应符合表1所示
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2 for 5 min, discharge the battery with 1.0C5 A to the cut-off voltage of 3.0 at normal environment. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.18 温度冲击
Temperature impact test
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,搁置5min,以1.0C5 A放电至终止电压3.0V,记录放电容量及平台,然后再按6.2的规定充满电,将电池放入相对湿度为90%以上,温度为-20℃±2℃的恒温恒湿箱中保持1h,接着将电池转移到60℃±2℃的条件下保持1h(转移时间≤10s),在两温度之间重复保持做32个循环(聚合物电池12个循环),结束后以1.0C5 A放电至终止电压3.0V,然后再按以上充放电方式连续做3个充放电循环。
实验结束后,电池外观及放电时间应符合表1的要求。
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2 for 5 min, discharge the battery with 1.0C5 A to the cut-off voltage of 3.0. when it be charged again, put the battery into the box of temperature of -20℃±2℃and the relative humidity of 90% for 1hr. And then transfer it to the conditions of 60℃±2℃for 1hor. After transfer it for 32 cycles/12 cycles (for polymer battery), discharge the battery with
1.0C5 A to the cut-off voltage of 3.0 for 3 cycles. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table
1.
6.19 碾压
Crush
电池按6.2的规定充满电后,将电池固定在碾压机两个给定的平面内,给平面连续使用13KN的压力施压,直到压强为17.2Mpa为止,然后立即释放。
电池应符合表1的要求。
After complete charge according to the requirement of 6.2, put the battery between two steel plate so that the terminal would be in parallel with the plates. And 13KN of power is added on the plate, not release until the pressure is up to 17.2MPa. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.20 异常充电
Abnormity charge test
电池在环境环境温度下以3.0C5 A,恒流充电至4.2V,然后恒压充电48h,电池应符合表1
的要求。
Charge the battery to 4.2V with constant circuit of 3C at room temperature, and continue charge 48hrs in constant voltage. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.21 过放
Over discharge test
在环境温度下以0.2C5 A放电至终止电压3.0V,外接30Ω负载放电24h,电池应符合表1的
要求。
After discharge the battery to 3.0V with 0.2C at room temperature, connect with external load of 30Ω for 24hrs.The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.22 聚合物电池高温储存Storage at high temp for polymer battery
测试初始容量后,将电池充饱电后,检测电池的内阻、电压、厚度。
将饱电的电池放入80±2℃/85±2℃的烘箱中储存4小时。
取出电池,立即检查其是否鼓气,检测其厚度、内阻、电压。
待冷却至室温后,再检测其厚度、内阻、电压。
以1C充放电1次,测量其可恢复容量平台。
电池应符合表1的要求。
After test the capacity, the battery should be completely charged and test the impedance, voltage and thickness. Then put the battery into the oven for 4hrs with temp of 80±2℃/85±2℃. Take out the battery, and inspect whether it is bouffant. Test the impedance, voltage and thickness immediately. Test the impedance, voltage and thickness again after cooling. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1.
6.23 聚合物电池倍率放电Ratio capacity test for polymer battery
以0.5C恒流充电,当电池电压达到4.2V时改为恒压充电,直到电流<0.01 C5A停止充电。
分别以2.0C, 1.0C,0.5C放电至截至电压3.0V. 电池应符合表1的要求。
The battery can be charged to 4.2V with constant current of 0.5C, and charged continuously with constant voltage of 4.2V until the charged current is less than 0.01C. Then discharge the battery to 3.0V with current of 2.0C, 1.0C, 0.5C. The battery should reach to the requirement of the table 1
7.0判定标准(注:以下各测试项目中有一只电池不符合标准要求则该项测试不合格。
)

8.0电池取样,测试的有关规定
THE REQUIREMENT of SAMLING and TEST
8.1 在电池入库前即可取样,一般取A2品电池,除非无该等级则取A1品做测试;
At the time of stay for transferred to warehouse, choose battery of grade A2 as the sample for test. Except being short of battery of grade A2, can use battery of A1 grade to take place of A2 grade for test.
8.2电池循环性能测试
Cycle life test
正常生产批次电池测试100次循环,小批量试验电池测试100次循环,形式试验测试300次循环;
小批量实验循环中的容量及平台判定以各材料的判定标准为准。
The Cycle life test of battery produced of normal batch is done 100 cycles, the battery of small experiment is done 100 cycles, and form test is done 300 cycles. The test criterion of experiment battery is according to the material. .
8.3形式实验
Form testing
每季度要对部分型号的电池进行一次全性能测试。
包括:循环寿命(300次)、荷电保持性能、高温放电性能、低温放电性能、过充、短路、炉热、撞击、恒定湿热、自由跌落、振动共11项。
Does a series of test for the battery of some type during one season, including cycle life (300times) test, charge retention test, low temperature discharge test, over charge te st, short-circuit test, Heating test, impact test, constant temperature and humidity test, free fall test and vibration test.
8.4对0.2C5 A及1.0C5 A放电性能、高温贮存、温度突变、碾压、针刺、异常充电、过放等测试,若
客户需要则进行测试,不作为正常批次判定的项目。
Test of the 0.2C discharge, 1.0C discharge, high temperature storage, temperature shock, crush, penetration, abnormity charge, over discharge, and so on, not used for judgment the quality of a normal batch.
