六、典型电路图2DHT11典型电路图微处理器与DHT11的连接典型应用电路如上图(图2)所示,DATA上拉后与微处理器的I/O端口相连。

1、典型应用电路中建议连接线长度短于5m时用4.7K上拉电阻,大于5m时根据实际情况降低上拉电阻的阻值。

2、使用3.3V电压供电时连接线尽量短,接线过长会导致传感器供电不足,造成测量偏差。

3、每次读出的温湿度数值是上一次测量的结果,欲获取实时数据,需连续读取2次,但不建议连续多次读取传感器,每次读取传感器间隔大于2秒即可获得准确的数据。

4、电源部分如有波动,会影响到温度。

如使用开关电源,温度就会跳动。

7.1工作与贮存条件 超出建议的工作范围可能导致高达3%RH的临时性漂移信号。返回正常工作

外部接口:1:GND, 2: DATA, 3: SCK, 4: VDD传感器芯片此说明书适用于SHT1x-V4。

SHT1x-V4 是第四代硅传感芯片,除了湿度、温度敏感元件以外,还包括一个放大器,A/D 转换器,OTP 内存和数字接口。

第四代传感器在其顶部印有产品批次号,以字母及数字表示,如“A5Z”,见图1。

材质传感器的核心为CMOS芯片,外围材料顶层采用环氧LCP ,底层为FR4。

传感器符合ROHS 和WEEE 标准,因此不含Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr(6+), PBB, PBDE。

实验包如要进行直接的传感器测量,传感器性能检验或者温湿度实验(数据记录),客户可选用EK-H4,其中包含SHT71(与SHT1x 的芯片相同)传感器,4路传感器通道和与电脑配套的软、硬件。

传感器将传感元件和信号处理电路集成在一块微型电路板上,输出完全标定的数字信号。

传感器包括一个 电容性聚合体测湿敏感元件、一个用能隙材料制成的测温元件,并在同一芯片上,与14 位的A/D 转换器以及串行接口电路实现无缝连接。

+8bi温度整数数据+8bit温度小数数据 +8bit校验和 数据传送正确时校验和数据等于“8bit湿度整数数据+8bit湿度小数数据 +8bi温度整数数据+8bit温度小数数据”所得结果的末8位。 用户MCU发送一次开始信号后,DHT11从低功耗模式转换到高速模式,等待主 机开始信号结束后,DHT11发送响应信号,送出40bit的数据,并触发一次信号采集, 用户可选择读取部分数据.从模式下,DHT11接收到开始信号触发一次温湿度采集, 如果没有接收到主机发送开始信号,DHT11不会主动进行温湿度采集.采集数据后 转换到低速模式。 1.通讯过程如图1所示

一、产品简介:
该产品为电阻型高分子湿度传感器(HR11),性能稳定可靠,产品一致性好,灵敏度高。

二、外型尺寸:(具体外观见附图一)外壳可选
附图(一)外壳尺寸图:12×4.5×15mm 引脚间距:5.08mm
三、适用范围:
电子万年历、温湿度仪表、数字相框、加湿设备、除湿设备、高档空调等。

四、型号规格:
HR11,特征阻抗为23KΩ;产品符合ROHS环保;
五、电气性能:
1. 工作电压:VPP≤5.5V;
2. 工作频率:500Hz—2000Hz;
3. 工作温度:0℃—50℃;
4. 工作湿度:20%—95%RH;
5. 稳定性:≤2%RH/年;
6. 温度特性:≤0.5%RH/℃;
7. 湿度检测一致性:≤±3%RH;
8. 温度——相对湿度——阻抗特性关系,如附图(二)所示。

六、标准检定条件:
1. 温度25℃(±1度),测定频率1KHZ,设定工作电压为IVAC(正弦波);
2. 检测设备为交流电桥(LCR)(备注:不能使用直流电源);
3. 采用恒湿发生装置:恒湿交变箱(HR—1型);
七、产品使用注意事项:
1. 避免硬物或手指接触元件表面,以免划伤或污染感湿膜;
2. 避免工作在结露的环境。

3. 避免在盐雾、腐蚀性气体、强酸、强碱及有机溶剂、酒精、丙酮等条件下检定。

4. 焊接条件(180℃,3S)焊接,应使用低湿烙铁或使用镊子保护。

5. 推荐储存条件:温度10℃—40℃,湿度:20%RH-90%RH。
