一、教材分析
《Doing things》是人教版义务教育课程标准实验教科书,五年级下册第10单元的内容。

本册书第1,2课为新语言学习内容。

由四部分组成。

Get ready ,A,B,C.通过听,说,读,写,演来实现英语教学。

二、学情预测
本单元重点内容是学习有关家务劳动的词组。

我了解到对于五年级学生来讲,这些家务劳动平常在家都做过,只是不会用英语正确的表达和交际运用,所以我把重点放在相关句型的教授上。

e.g. What chores do you have to do? I have to make the bed。

三、教学目标
1.知识目标:1.能听说读写关于做家务的词组: set the table, clean the living room, take out the garbage, sweep the floor, make the bed, clear the table, have to, a lot of, do chores.
2.能听说读句型:What do you have to do today? I have to….

2.能力目标:1.能够使用本单元所学的句型,谈论自己在家中必须从事的家务劳动。

2.能够仿写与家务劳动有关的句子和短文。

3.德育目标:能够通过谈论家务劳动,渗透并培养学生主动做家
务的良好习惯,树立环保意识,增强学生社会责任感。

四、重点难点
重点:学习有关做家务的词组和句型。

难点:能够用学过的词组仿写做家务劳动的句子和短文。

五、教法、学法
教法上我采用情境教学法。

通过设置情境,引出新授内容。

组织学生交流,讨论并及时点拔,通过游戏,竞赛营造和谐的教学氛围,学法上我采用了学生独立思考,全班交流,互助合作的'学习方式,让学生学会学习、学会思考、学会合作、学会探究。

六、教具、学具准备
教师:课件、录音机
学生:调查卡、有关家务劳动的转盘。

七:教学过程:
(一)复习巩固,表演反馈
1.通过看课件读单词,并用相应的单词造句子,并进行对话汇报表演,例如What do you do on the weekend? I often go to the gym. How often do you go there? Four times a week.

2.听写训练,课前三分钟听写学过的单词,使学过的单词重复出现,有效提高学生写的能力。

二、创设情景,感受新知
1.出示课件,教师逐一出现有关家务劳动的画面,并用What chores do you have to do?主句型进行提问,引导学生用英语说出各项家务劳动短语,激发学生自主学习的兴趣,唤起学生主动学习的热情。

通过看图学习有关家务劳动短语
,教育学生要做一些力所能及的家务活。

帮助学生树立劳动最光荣的思想,使他们懂得热爱劳动,保护环境是我们应尽的社会职责。

2.学单词可采用多种方法:学生可以看卡片,跟读;可分组研讨;可以选自己会读的词组在全班进行领读;可以全班看图片,试拼读词组,这样能训练,提高学生的拼读能力。

三、操练对话,扩展提升
再次出示课件,呈现有关家务劳动的词组,并放录音。

学生自然快乐地进行操练,请学生看书,分组利用词卡进行对话活动。

在游戏中注意保证每个学生都有参与提问和回答练习的机会。

(学习 walk the dog ,教育学生不要让狗随地大小便,注意保护环境。

学习 clean the living room ,教育学生要树立热爱劳动的思想。

四、游戏教学,渗透德育
教师布置游戏,评比谁是劳动小能手。

通过学生用英语叙述自己在家所做的家务活的多少,评比谁是劳
动小能手?通过此项活动让学生们养成讲卫生、爱劳动的好习惯,同时教育学生不仅在家爱劳动,在学校也要热爱劳动,走出校园在社会上不仅要爱劳动而且要树立环保意识。

五、竞赛活动,互动研讨
我领读C项对话,之后分组竞赛,看哪个组读得正确,响亮。

竞赛目的是熟练提问和回答,为调查做语言铺垫。

学生分为小组进行调查,并利用本课所学的词汇、句型完成调查表格的填写。

这样可在语言学习的过程中渗透热爱劳动,加强社会成员责任感的思想教育。

六、课后小结,升华德育
今天学习了八个关于家务的词组,并学会用What chores do you have to do? 进行交流自己会做的家务。

相信同学们会成为热爱劳动,具有社会责任感的好少年!
