职位介绍
岗位职责:
1、负责客户、竞争对手、相关企业的信息收集;
2、负责开拓新市场,发展新客户;
3、负责公司项目的推广宣传和销售,完成销售指标;
4、维护及跟进已有客户关系,具有很强的谈判及沟通能力;
5、跟进项目深化信息,协助设计师做好图纸、3D模型、图文影音作品、方案的相关材料安排与准备工作,做好预算、合同谈判等工作事宜;
6、完成上级交办的其他事情。
岗位要求:
1、吃苦耐劳,进取心强;
2、熟练普通话,熟练粤语、英语者尤佳;
3、25-40岁;
4、3年以上销售经验;
5、有会议会展/活动策划行业销售经验、酒店及商业地产行业经营经验者优先录用;
6、能承受压力。
