开发信的组成
• 开发信,特别是电子邮件开发信,已经省去传统书信的信头(发信人的 地址和发信日期)、封内地址(发信人的名称和地址)两部分,主要由 8部分组成:
• 1.称呼:最常见的是Dear Mr./ Ms.+客户姓名或Last name, 在不知道 客户国外客户名字的情况下可以写Dear Mr.+职位,国外客户都很视重 称呼礼节,在没有成为客户朋友的情况下,切忌直呼客户名字,对某些 读者来说那是没有教养的表现。
• 9.附件组成。附件主要是报价单合同、技术参数和图片,在发开发 信时不建议附上附件,这件很容易进入客户的垃圾邮箱,客户也可能 惧害病毒,很可能造成开发信的永久删除。

开发信的组成

• 7.结束语: 结束语是结束信函的一种客套,它应与前面的称呼相呼应。 最常见的是Best regards, sincerely yours。Best regards 是一种中 性的目前最流行的结束语,对过于正式老套的结束语不建议用在现代 商务信函中。如Respectfully yours.
• 8.签名内容: 主要是写信人的名字称呼、职位、供职单位、地址、电 话、传真、移动电话、邮箱、网站等联系方式,内容相当于名片。应 该尽量写详细,正规的签名内客是正规公司和表现,写信人细心的体 现,除非你和客人好到称兄道弟,不然不建议省去签名的主要内容。 通信对网络贸易非常重要,最好写上备用邮箱地址,这样收信人复信 退信时可以发到备用邮箱。
