一,吸引客户的邮件标题
1,客人公司名 Re: A & QIHAN from XX 2,客人产品型号Re: Qh- from XX 3,客人关心的产品信息,参数 SDI Camera From 4,产品价格 139USD PTZ from XX 5,产品特价 30% discount DVR from XX 6,Order plan…, Order PTZ… 7,Inner Thought 8, Urgent : Important: 9,用粗体字写标题
2, 多用赞扬客人的语句 You are very nice! You are right! You are clever! Perfect suggestion
3, 要求客人的时候 不要单纯用 Please do something… 改用 dear Friend,Could You Please ….
4,用简洁的话表达你的意思。邮件内容不要过多太杂。
5,可以插入吸引客人的图片介绍产品,但是所有的图片的版式最好一致,保持 美观
6, 邮件最后最好用问题结尾。 推广邮件:Do you want to order this 139USD PTZ, waiting for your reply. 回复:提出问题,让客人回复,增加交流的机会

给客人回复之前心里打好草稿,列好提纲。
2,整个邮件的排版要清晰明了,让客人有看下去的欲望。
3,条理分明,抓住重点。 很多客人,特别是大客人是很忙碌的,没有时间看完邮件的每个词。 First, second ,Third
4, 多用祝福的话。祝福的话最好不要用简写以表示足够的尊重。 Best Regards to you and your family。 Nice Day to you.
5,写邮件形成自己的风格,是认真的,俏皮的都可以。越是性格鲜明的邮件 客人越容易记住你。
6,攻克客户的时候,多用系列性邮件,如 Re-1,Re-2。。。
