You can store the values in the memory. Measurements that are done in the other modes cannot be stored in the memory!Measuring Protective Conductor resistanceDefinitionProtective conductor resistance is the sum of the following resistances:• Connector cable or device connector cable resistance• Contact resistance at plug and terminal connections• Extension cable resistance if utilizedResistance is measured:• Between each conductive part of the housing and the earthing contacts at the mains and the device plug (if a removable mains connector cable is used), or the protective conductor terminal for permanently installed devices.• as 4-pole measurement• Between the earthing contacts at the mains plug and the earthing contacts at the device plug for device connector cables• Between the earthing contacts at the mains plug and the earthing contacts at the coupling socket for extension cablesConnecting Safety Class I Devices to the Test SocketWhen the DUT is connected, resistance is measured between the protective conductor terminal at the test socket or at the PE jack and the probe connection at the DUT (contact with conductive parts of the housing). In order to measure protective conductor resistance, contact a conductive part of the housing with the probe, which isconnected to the protective conductor.During measurement, the connector cable must only be moved in as far as it is accessible during repair, modification or testing. If a change in resistance occurs during the manual test step of the continuity test, it must be assumed that the protective conductor is damaged, or that one of the connector contacts is no longer in flawless condition.Pay attention on the type of the DUT to define the limit of the measured values!Connection DUT with the SECU LIFE ST and connection with the probeIsolation MeasurementIsolation Resistance RINSDefinitionSafety Class IIsolation resistance is measured between short-circuited mains terminals and the protective conductor.Safety Classes I I and I I IIsolation resistance is measured between short-circuited mains terminals and external conductive parts which can be contacted with the probe.SequenceCurrent is displayed during this type of equivalent leakage current measurement which would flow during leakage current measurement conducted in accordance with device regulations with nominal voltage. Leakage current measurement in accordance with the respective device regulations is usually not possible, because the device would have to be set up in an electrically isolated fashion, or connected to an earth isolated power supply to this end.Equivalent Leakage Current IEL DIN VDE 0701-0702 / 2 K→Select the I-EL measurement and start.Equivalent leakage current is measured between short-circuited N and L, and the protective conductor PE. Measuring circuit resistance is equal to 2 kΩ for VDE 0701-0702 for the simulation of the mean body resistance of a human being.Equivalent Device Leakage Current IEDL for IEC 62353 (VDE 0751-1) / 1 K→Select the I-EDL measurement and startEquivalent device leakage current is measured between short-circuited N and L, and the probe. Measuring circuit resistance is equal to 1 k Ω for IEC 62353/VDE 0751 for the simulation of mean patient resistance.Equivalent Patient Leakage Current IEPL (IEC 62353 (VDE 0751-1))→Select the I-EPL measurement and startEquivalent patient leakage current is measured between short-circuited N and L and the respective application part. Jacks A through K (application parts) are connected separately for each application part. Groups of cables or sensors can be assigned to application parts in the test sequence start menu in accordance with IEC 62353 (VDE 0751-1) or EN 60601.Pay attention on the type of the DUT to define the limit of the measured values!B=Body, BF= Body Float, CF = Cardiac FloatConnection DUT with the SECU LIFE ST and connection on the DUT (in this case: infusion pump)Leakage Current MeasurementSelect the Ixx measurement and startEach time line voltage is applied to the test socket, L and N are reversed,Earth Leakage Current IPE (Feature KA01)Current which flows from the power pack over the insulation to the protective conductor, and thus to earth.Contact CurrentCurrent which flows from housing parts which are not connected to the protective conductor via an external conductive connection to earth or another part of the housing. Flow of current via the protective conductor is excluded in this case. The AC component is measured. The DC component can also be measured if individual measurement is performed (instead of a test sequence).EN 60 601/VDE 0751:The following sequence is programmed for measuring and documenting several exposed conductive parts:If the acoustic signal chain changes from long to short intervals, it means that measurement is completed and the next measuring point can be selected and scanned (key).Patient Leakage Current IPLCurrent which flows from an application part via the patient to earth. This current may be caused by an unintentional interference voltage at the patient, and may flow via the patient and an insulated, floating type F application part to earth. Useful patient current is excluded in both cases. AC and DC components are measured.Patient Auxiliary Current IPA (Feature KA01)Current which flows within the patient between the electrodes of the application part. Use for intended purpose is assumed. Furthermore, the current should not cause any physiological effects. For example, this is the case for input current from amplifiers, or current used for impedance plethysmography.AC and DC components are measured.Residual Current IRCSum of instantaneous current values which flow via the L and N conductors at the device mains connection (also known as differential current).Residual current is practically identical to fault current in the event of an error. Fault current: Current which is caused by an insulation defect, and which flows via the defective point.Device Leakage Current ILC per IEC 62353 (VDE 0751-1)Device leakage current is the sum of all leakage currents from the housing, all accessible conductive parts and all application parts to PE. Measurement must be performed for both mains polarities and the largest value is documented.Connection to the DUTMultimeter FunctionsProbe Voltage Uprobe– Max. 300 VVoltage is measured between the mains PE terminal at the test instrument and the probe. In this case the probe can also be used as a phase finder. For IEC 61 010: A selection can be made with the up scroll key as to whether testing will be conducted under normal conditions, or with interrupted protective conductor. For conducting the measurement the DUT must be put into service via key (14).Start the Uprobe measurement.Alternating / Direct Voltage UAC/DC– Max. 253 VDirect, alternating and pulsating voltages of up to 253 V can be measured between the 2 and 3 connector jacks.Furthermore, it is possible to switch between minimum, maximum and momentary measured value via key. This is particularly useful in combination with the SECULOAD test adapter for welding equipment (article number Z745).7。

As theoperating magnet armature approaches its sealed position a late-break,normally-closed auxiliary contact opens and introduces a resistor into thecoil circuit reducing the voltage across the coil to approximately 17 voltsDC. See Figures 4 and 5 for control circuits. The control relays (CR) shownin Figures 4 and 5 are not included with the contactor. The 120 volt, 60hertz control power transformer or separate supply must be capable ofsupplying 2100 VA inrush and 350 VA (350 Watts) continuously while main-taining an AC voltage of not less than 115 volts to the rectifi er, in additionto supplying control relays and other control circuit devices such as indicat-ing lights. Overcurrent protection for the control circuit (#12 AWG) shouldbe provided at the source of control voltage in accordance with the NEC.The coils have been designed to operate at high temperatures, and areinsulated to meet such service. The operator should not be alarmed to fi ndthe coils hot to the touch.Changing Coils. To remove and replace the operating coil, proceed as shown below. Item( ) references are to Fig. 6. Tightening torque values are shown in Table 1.1. Turn all power OFF.2. Remove the arc quencher (1) adjacent to the coil.3. Remove the coil (2) leads and adjacent phase barrier (3).4. Remove the two screws holding the auxiliary contact support bracket(4) to the lower horizontal brace. Let the attached leads support theauxiliary contact assembly (5).5. Remove the armature stop (6), magnet pole face (7), shim retainer(8), and stop bracket (9), by removing the five 1/2-13 cap screws andtwo spacers (10). The armature (11) can now rotate out of the way tofacilitate coil removal from the magnet core.6. Replace the coil.7. Remount the retainer, shim and pole face, ensuring that the shim islocated between the magnet core and the pole face. Tighten the capscrew holding the pole face to the core.8. Attach the armature stop bracket and shorter spacer to the left sideof the pole face. Insert the longer spacer between the pole face andend plate. Rotate the armature forward and attach the armature stop.9. Torque the five cap screws to 100 pound-feet.10. Reattach the auxiliary contact assembly to the lower brace.11. Attach the coil leads.12. With the power circuit disconnect open, energize the coil circuit.13. Check to confirm that, with the armature sealed:(a) The armature is centered on the pole face within 1/32 inch.(b) There is approximately 1/16 inch clearance between the armatureand lower pole face.(c) The electrical interlocks’ plunger can be depressed an additional1/16 inch before bottoming out.Loosen and adjust parts as necessary.14. Remove moving contact shunt bolts (12).4. Remove clamps (13) holding moving contact assembly to the shaftand remove assembly from shaft.5. Remove stationary contact bolts (14).6. Install new stationary contacts and bolts. Refer to Table I for boltdriving torques.7. Install new moving contact assembly on the shaft and bolt shuntends to contacts.8. See page 4 for contact adjustment.9. Replace arc quenchers and phase barriers.Operation And Maintenance. The arc quenchers must be in place when the contactor interrupts a circuit. Each arc quencher is held in place by two screws located at the top. Two pins projecting from the stationary contact support engage notches in the lower rear sides of the arc quencher and serve to position it. A notch mold-ed in the arc quencher cap engages the support plate to hold the arc box in position while the two screws are being assembled. The legs of the arc quencher grid plates are protected from the arc by ceramic barriers, which must be in place when the contactor is operated.Reversing Contactors.Reversing contactors consist of two contactors with power poles intercon-nected by buswork, normally-closed electrical interlocks, and a Type M-52 mechanical interlock.Fig. 6 Cutaway View3Instructions Leafl et IL16978Effective October 2011A201, A251 Size 9 2 and 3. PoleContactors,Non-reversing and ReversingEATON CORPORATION A201 And A251 Size 9 Contactors.Mechanical InterlockThe Type M-52 mechanical interlock is used when a pair of contactors must be mechanically protected against the closing of one when the other is already closed. The two contactors may be exactly alike or may be mixed as to size or number of poles. They must be mounted one below the other, as shown in Figure 3.The Type M-52 mechanical interlock consists of a lower operating lever, a tie rod, and an operating pin secured to the top of the armature of the lower contactor and to the bottom of the armature of the upper contactor. With the upper contactor open and the lower contactor closed, adjust the tie rod so that the lower operating lever clears the operating pin by 1/4 inch. Tighten the tie rod lock nuts. Then make sure, by alternate manual closing of fi rst one contactor, then the other, that interlocking action is correct.Auxiliary Contacts - L64Two double-circuit L64 auxiliary contacts (electrical interlocks) are supplied with each contactor in addition to the normally-closed, late-break contact that introduces resistance into the coil circuit. One normally-open circuit can be used in the coil holding circuit of the control relay that supplies voltage to the contactor coil and one normally-closed circuit can be used for electrical interlocking. The second double-circuit auxiliary is available for circuit monitoring.Contact Adjustment.Make sure that all contact pairs touch simultaneously within 1/32 inch. Suffi cient adjustment can generally be obtained by a selective tightening of the two bolts securing the shaft clamp (13) to the moving contact bracket (Figure 7), tightening one more than the other to produce a slight rota-tion of the assembly on the shaft (17). When adjusted, the contact air gap should be 3/4 inch with the armature in the fully open position. A gap of 3/16 to 7/32 inch, measured at Point X, Figure 7, is typical with newly in-stalled contacts when the armature is in the fully closed position.Contact Spring Forces.Measure the contact force at the top of the moving contact inlay and in line perpendicular to the moving contact (15). The contactor employs multiple contacts in parallel for each pole. The forces given below are for each con-tact. See Figures 6 and 7.To measure the initial force; exert a measured pull with the contactor open until the shank of the moving contact just leaves its stop.To measure the fi nal force, keep the armature (11) fully seated against the magnet pole face (7) and exert a measured pull until the contacts just startto separate. Contact forces with new contacts should be as follows:L64 CONTACT RATINGS(1 normally-open, 1 normally-closed) - A600Part Number Volts Make Break843D943G0424-120 AC120-600 AC24-600 DC60 A7200 VA200 VA6 A720 VA200 VATABLE I RECOMMENDED DRIVING TORQUELocation (Qty.)Driving T orque(LB/IN)Fig. 6Item NumberWire LugsLug Mtg. Mechanical loading is achieved by increasing the stator field current, which generates eddy currents in the driven rotor. The stator is trunnion-mounted on ball bearings and rotates against a helicoidal spring to oppose braking torque. The front-end bell is provided with a circular scale that indicates the torque developed. The circular scale is graduated in Imperial units (lbf⋅in). A damper lever is located underneath the dynamometer to prevent oscillation if the power supply is applied while the dynamometer is turning. To measure the torque, this lever can be pushed to adjust and read the torque. The Electrodynamometer is electrically powered from standard fixed ac line supply. The Electrodynamometer can be coupled to a 0.2 kW drive motor through the use of the Timing Belt, Model 8942. The faceplate can be lowered to provide access to the inside for coupling the Electrodynamometer to the drive motor. When closed, the faceplate is secured by two quick-lock fasteners.A variant of the model expressing values in the International System of Units (SI) is also available (see Model 8911-1).SpecificationsParameter ValueRatingTorque Range (8911)-3 to +27 lbf·inSpeed250 to 3000 r/minAccuracy2%Input Voltage120 V – ACInput Current 2 APhysical CharacteristicsDimensions (H x W x D)308 x 291 x 490 mm (12.1 x 11.5 x 19.3 in)Net Weight17.4 kg (38.3 lb)Electrodynamometer, Imperial Units, LabVolt Series Reflecting the commitment of Festo Didactic to high quality standards in product, design, development, production, installation, and service, our manufacturing and distribution facility has received the ISO 9001 certification.Festo Didactic reserves the right to make product improvements at any time and without notice and is not responsible for typographical errors. FTB790系列流量计说明书

Turbine FlowmeTers wiTh local DigiTal DisplayFTB790 SeriesFTB790 Series turbine meters with microprocessor-based electronics offers a durable, compact, high-precision fluidmeasurement device, with total and rate indication. Information is clearly displayed on a large 6-digit liquid crystal display with only 2-point floating decimal for totals from 0.01 to 999,999. All operations are easily performed with only 2 buttons. The basic unit and display are powered by 2 lithium batteries, providing up to 5 years of use. Cumulative total, batch total, and rate of flow are standard. A single-point field calibration curve can be stored in memory. The turbine meter can also beordered without displayelectronics. A special pulseoutput model (FLSC790-P-ND)must be ordered to obtain an open collector current sinking outputoperated on 9 to 35 Vdc. Theoutput is a square wave pulsewith a 3-wire connection.Accessories for Turbine Meters With the Display: The FLSC790-MA provides a 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 5 Vdc output for rate indication. The output module requires field calibration. Lying flat over the drip tray, or tilted at 45°, the work surface provides a large area on which hydraulic components and space-expanding work surfaces can be mounted at any location, either at 0° or 90°.Mounting and removal of components are especially easy with the Quick-Lock System that secures the component base plate to the work surface.Although the system is designed to operate atop a regular work table, an optional bench is available to provide mobility and storage space. Mounted on four heavy-duty, swivelling, lockable castors, the bench provides shelving for extra work surfaces and components. Optional dressing panels are also available to fully enclose the bench and provide storage area for the components. The work surfaces may also be linked together for more complex electro-hydraulic/pneumatic circuits. By utilizing the optional work surfaces, exercise setups can be saved. Two student groups can simultaneously work on a bench when the Work Surface (Dual A-Frame), Model 6301-1 is used. All components meet industrial safety standards, are identified with the proper ANSI symbol, and are equipped with male check-valve quick-connect fittings.Virtual Laboratory EquipmentAll components contained in subsystems Hydraulics Fundamentals and Electrical Control of Hydraulic Systems can be simulated by the Windows ®-based Hydraulics Simulation Software (LVSIM ®-HYD), Model 6385. The simulated components can be interconnected and their operation studied, using the same courseware as that used for the real equipment.Hydraulics Training System, LabVolt SeriesCoursewareThe courseware consists of a student manual for each subsystem and an instructor guide. The student manuals are divided into several units, each consisting of a series of hands-on exercises dealing with one of the hydraulics fields. Each exercise provides a clearly stated objective, a discussion, textbook references, asummary of the exercise procedure, a detailed exercise procedure, a conclusion, and a set of review questions.A ten question test at the end of each unit allows the students to verify what was learned in the unit. Refer to the tables of contents of the manuals for a list of the topics covered in the student manuals. The instructor guides contain the measurement results as well as the answers for each hands-on exercise of the student manuals, and the answers to the unit test questions. The courseware also includes a reference textbook, optional instructional DVDs, and courseware figures. These figures are available in the form of transparencies and on CD-ROM. Furthermore, all student manuals and instructor guides are available, as an option, in Job Sheet format.•••eLearning SystemsThe courseware is also available in three eLearning formats for users who prefer a computer-based approach:eSeries, facilitated by the Mind-Sight eLearning System. See Hydraulics Fundamentals eSeries, Model 6386-E, and Advanced Hydraulics eSeries, Model 6386-1.SCORM-based, designed to be hosted by a third-party, SCORM 1.2 compliant Management System.
