炎炎夏日即将到来,我们学校将要举 行一个dessert创意大赛。请同学们 思考你会做一些什么样的小甜品呢? 由此引入到食品的制作上。
小品引入
由一个同学们非常熟悉和喜爱的 小品来引出对步骤描述的学习 (first、then、finally)。从 而导入到对制作香蕉奶昔的学习。
Banana milk shake
通过一个小视频来演示香蕉奶昔的制作过程, 同时建立学生健康饮食的观念。 本环节由以下几个环节构成: 用料单词的学习—— 课本听力1b —— 图片 展示其过程(在此过程中将本节课设计到的重 点单词加以讲述)—— 学生根据提示自己描述 其过程。

然后是冰激凌的制作。这部分是拓展的内容, 让学生学会知识的正确迁移和恰当应用。先 视频呈现,然后提取其所用材料,在这个过 程中渗透入how much、how many句型, 为后面的学习打下基础。最后是学生对过程 的自主描述。

最后是水果沙拉的制作。本部分先通过对 课本听力任务2a和2b的完成,让学生明 确制作水果沙拉所需要的材料以及用量。 在2b进行前通过几个例子讲述 how much 和how many 的用法。然后通过 3a部分加以巩固。最后,通过一段视频 给学生以视觉上的直观体验,从而达到较 好的掌握。

在教材中的作用和地位
本部分为八年级上册第七单元第一部分的内容。 主要是通过制作香蕉奶昔和水果沙拉的学习,旨 在引导学生学会按照用法说明的顺序和步骤正确 的完成相应的任务。本教学承接前几单元对一般 现在时应用,又相对独立。 在学习的过程中要求学生掌握制作食品的关键词 句。学会区分可数名词和不可数名词以及正确运 用以how、how much、how many引导的特殊 疑问句,并在此基础上能脱离教材进行拓展,延 伸和创新。 本部分本课需要1-2个课时完成。

• 本课主要采用情景教学法和任务型教 学法,通过创设问题情景,让学生在 学习中复原生活原貌,便于理解和吸 纳知识。同时设置不同难度的任务, 启发学生思考,研究和探讨,并在最 后的任务中充分发挥学生的创造性, 达到活学活用的目的。
采用多媒体教学的实效性Fra bibliotek由于本课主要是学习按照制作说明来制作 食品,其操作性很强。如果有学生动手做 或教师用实物进行演示,教学效果会比较 好。但这种教学方法的可行性不强,在实 际教学中很难实现,因此我在设计课时运 用了大量的视频短片来陈述内容,这不仅 仅给每一位学生以可视化的视觉体验,而 且能较直观地说明其操作过程。这是我采 用多媒体教学的主要目的,应该能够达到 较好的教学效果。
