happiness的英语演讲稿篇二Honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen, good evening. I’m xxx, major in xxx, grade xxx. It’s my great honor to be here and discuss the familiar topic “happiness” with all of you. Firstly ,a brief introduction of myself. Actually, once make self-introduction, the first point I would like to emphasize is that I e from Shangrao Yushan, one of the world natural heritage site—San Qing mountain is just located there. After these words, I particularly willing to lo(.)ok forward to your envious eyes. The second is about my mother school-Yushan NO.1 middle school, I still remember used to give a presentation of the school, paring its front door to the one of Peking university, then all the students and our teacher laughed .I love my hometown, and I am really proud of my mother school. Thank you.OK, so let’s get into the topic—happiness. As I’ve mentioned just now, it’s a familiar topic since we have discussed during our class meetings for several times. What impresses me most is a sentence from our dear secretary Xiong. He says: Our destination is happiness, but the process is much or less painful. So today, with the indoctrination of our secretary, I’m going to re-interpretation an old story, and to share my view of happiness. Believe that you all have read the story of the rich and the fisherman. Yeah, the rich teaches the fisherman how to bee a billionaire, so as to have a carefree holiday and enjoy life at the seaside like him. But, what’s the fisherman’s answer? Don’t you think I’m now enjoying the result of all the processes you have just said?——that’s the answer. Well, when first read the story, I thought the fisherman is very palladian, even believed that enjoying the moment was more important than just hard work. However, once again to review the story with the secretary’s words, I awaken to the truth immediately. We are born in different background, grow up in a different environment, in a word, we are different. As I always believe, everyone on the big stage of life has his own role, we all burden various missions when e to the world. The fisherman is content with the status, repeating simple life day-after-day, enjoying the peace and serenity. But he’s just satisfied with self demand, his contribution to the society ,however, is rather limited. Then, let’s turn to the rich with great ambition. After enjoying the short holiday, he has to get back to his business, continue to struggle, to bring more joy to his family through his owneffort, and, last but not least, to create great value to the society. Obviously, the two protagonists in the story are living in two different ways. But I believe both of them want to reach the happiness destination in their mind. We are also the same. As we grow, we are always in constant choices. And often the choices we make is based on our inner yearning for happiness.Maybe sometimes, we are not so lucky, just have to accept some facts rather than make our own choice, such as success or failure, or the death of relatives or friends. Or maybe sometimes, our eyes are not so bright, our intellectual is not so maturity, and then get to a wrong way when pursuit happiness, for example, hurt the closest person around us, or even do something illegal. However, life is a practice. All we suffer will help us bee more stronger and powerful, and gradually ,we will have more choices about our own life. Whether to be a rich, or to enjoy life like the fisherman. Howsoever, we are pleased with our life, and we feel happy. Finally,What I would like to emphasize is that no matter what we experience on the way, we cannot ignore the family members, relatives, friends ,and our lovers. They care about us now and then ,our happiness is often affects theirs. Just cherish everyone we met or will meet. Whoever loves us ,loved by us, offers help, or even hurts us. Ok, as there es an end to my speech ,I wish you all are enjoying happiness, or are just on the way. As we have no choice about success or failure but we can choice to work hard, so, let’s work hard together for our happiness, let’s fighting. Thank you.happiness的英语演讲稿篇三It is a monplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. This is only true if you pursue it unwisely. Gamblers at Monte Carlo are pursuing money, and most of them lose it instead, but there are other ways of pursuing money, which often succeed. So it is with happiness. If you pursue it by means of drink, you are forgetting the hangover. Epicurus pursued it by living only in congenial society and eating only dry bread, supplemented by a little cheese on feast days. His method proved successful in his case, but he was a valetudinarian, and most people would need something more vigorous. For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be inpatible with happiness. If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in mon.The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see ing into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work sseems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring es, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly. It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure inthe alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.happiness的英语演讲稿篇四It is a monplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. this is only true if you pursue it unwisely. gamblers at monte carlo are pursuing money, and most of them lose it instead, but there are other ways of pursuing money, which often succeed. so it is with happiness. if you pursue it by means of drink, you are forgetting the hangover. epicurus pursued it by living only in congenial society and eating only dry bread, supplemented by a little cheese on feast days. his method proved successful in his case, but he was a valetudinarian, and most people would need something more vigorous. for most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. but i think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, e_cept in rare and heroic cases, be inpatible with happiness. if you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in mon.The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see ing into e_istence. women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. but there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring es, they e_perience all the joys of having created beauty. the whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly. It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. but when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. it is the simple things that really matter. if a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. if, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more e_ercise, or what not. man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. this is a humble conclusion, but i cannot make myself disbelieve it. unhappy businessmen, i am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking si_ miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.Thangk you.happiness的英语演讲稿篇五As we all know, happiness is something that everyone is chasing. But, what is happiness? Does happiness have a universal definition? I say no. But there must be something in life that makes you realize what it means. When you are hungry, you have something to eat. Don’t you feel happy? When you’re in sick, there is a short message full of care and love from your friend. Don’t you feel happy? When you have each tiny wish e true, don’t you feel happy?I always try my best to find out what is the true meaning of happiness. And I think I have got lots of it from my career. Today, standing here, I’d like to share with you a little piece of my happiness from my school life.“Dear queen, how do you feel? Do we massage well?” Lee said softly around me. Of course, the “queen” was me. One day, our P.E teacher was out for business trip. So it was my duty to be the leader in this P.E class. After guiding students to play games for a long time. Everyone was tired. Then, one student lay down. Then, another?in a minute, all of the students lay down on the playground. It was so enjoyable for me to see such a great situation, as in the classroom our lovely guys always sit properly to show their poritive attitudes. The sun was shining. The wind was blowing. Smelling the faint smell of flowers, I couldn’t help closing my eyes and lying on my back. Suddently, a tiny hand touched my arm. “Queen, you must be tired after a day’s work. Right? I’m your faithful maid. Let me serve for you.” Then, the other students came over to sit and serve around me. Head, neck, leg. Wow, that was really a great happiness to have such an experience.Dear friends, everyday we have a lot of work to do. Everyday we have a lot of things to plain. But, just like Xiao Shenyang saying, “The eyes close and open - a day is over. The eyes close but never open , all life has gone.” Time is limited. Why can’t we focus on our lovely students and keep a happy mind in the school life? Just like me. Lie down and enjoy the happiness from my kids.Happiness 篇六What is happiness? Different people have different ideas. Some people are rich; they think they are happy. Other people have many friends, so they feel happy. Still others are happy because their lives are meaningful. Happiness attracts(吸引)everyone. For children, happiness often suggests eating something good or playing with toys. For a stamp collector, stamps bring more delight than meals. And for a scientist, a discovery or an invention rather than anything else gives him greatest satisfaction.幸福是什么?不同的人有不同的想法。

幸福时刻英文作文英文:Happiness is a feeling that everyone longs for. It can come in different forms and at different times, but there are always those moments that stand out as the happiest in our lives. For me, one of the happiest moments in my life was when I received my acceptance letter from my dream university.I remember the day like it was yesterday. I was sitting at my desk, anxiously checking my email every few minutes, hoping to see that one special message. When the email finally came through, I felt a rush of excitement and nerves all at once. I took a deep breath and clicked on the email, and there it was the subject line that I had been waiting for. I opened it and read the words that would change my life: "Congratulations! You have been accepted to the University of your Dreams."I couldn't believe it. I jumped out of my chair and dida little victory dance around my room. I called my parents right away to share the news, and we all celebrated together. It was a moment of pure joy and relief, knowing that all of my hard work had paid off.中文:幸福时刻对我来说就是当我收到了我梦想大学的录取通知书。
当幸福来敲门演讲稿英语
When Happiness Knocks on the Door - Speech Draft (English) IntroductionGood morning/afternoon/evening everyone,I am honored to stand here today and speak about the topic of happiness. Happiness is something that we all strive for and hope to attain in our lives. It is the ultimate goal that gives meaning and purpose to our existence. Today, I want to share with you some insights and ideas on how we can cultivate happiness and make it an integral part of our lives. The Pursuit of HappinessWe live in a fast-paced world that is filled with challenges and uncertainties. It is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and forget to prioritize our own well-being and happiness. However, it is important to remember that happiness is not a destination to be reached, but a journey to be embraced.Finding Happiness WithinOne of the keys to finding happiness is to start from within. We often rely on external factors such as success, wealth, or relationships to bring us happiness. However, true happiness comes from within ourselves. It is about cultivating a positive mindset, being grateful for what we have, and finding joy in the simple things in life.Embracing MindfulnessIn the quest for happiness, mindfulness plays a crucial role. By being fully present in the moment and accepting things as they are, we can find peace and contentment. Mindfulness allows us to let go of the past and future worries, and focus on the present moment. Through practices such as meditation and deep breathing, we can train our minds to be more present and aware, leading to a greater sense of happiness.Nurturing RelationshipsAnother important aspect of happiness is the quality of our relationships. We are social creatures, and our interactions with others greatly influence our well-being. Cultivating strong and meaningful connections with family, friends, and loved ones can bring immense happiness and fulfillment into our lives. It is important to invest time and energy into nurturing these relationships and creating a support system that we can rely on in times of need.Pursuing Passion and PurposeHappiness is often intertwined with pursuing our passions and finding a sense of purpose in life. When we engage in activities that we are passionate about, time seems to fly by, and we experience a deep sense of fulfillment. Taking the time to identify our passions and aligning them with our goals can bring us closer to a life filled with happiness and satisfaction.Embracing GratitudeGratitude is a powerful tool in the pursuit of happiness. By focusing on the things we are grateful for, we shift our mindset from scarcity to abundance. It allows us to appreciate the present moment and find joy in the simple pleasures of life. Practicing gratitude can be as simple as keeping a gratitude journal, where we write down things we are grateful for each day. This simple practice can have a profound impact on our overall happiness and well-being.ConclusionIn conclusion, happiness is not a distant dream but something that is within our reach. It is a choice that we can make every day. By cultivating a positive mindset, being present in the moment, nurturing our relationships, pursuing our passions, and practicing gratitude, we can invite happiness to come knocking on our doors. Let us embrace this journey towards happiness and live our lives to the fullest.Thank you.。

1Good morning everyone:As we all know, happiness is something that every person is chasing.I always try my best to find out what is the true meaning of happiness. And I think I got it last week.It was an ordinary Saturday morning. I felt a little tired because of the preparation for the mid-term exams. It was not long before my mother came in with a large bunch of white roses picked from the seller’s gardon. During the next few minutes, we were both busy putting them into a big cley case. Looking at the flowers, I found the dark sitting room became bright, so did my mood, just like a person gets some fresh air when he feels dizzy. All the feeling of boredom flew away. Then I remember a poem named “Life could be worse”, which said:” For the weariness and aching muscles at the end of the day, because it means I have been capable of working hard. For my alarm that goes of in the early hours, because it means I am alive. And finally, for too muche-mail, because it means I have friends who are thinking of me. “I learnt that happiness is not the diamond in a necklace, nor a dream far away, it’s just your attitude towards life.If you realize it, a simple cup of cola with ice can bring you a cool summer, for happiness is so ordinary that it’s right in the palm of your hand.Thank you!三分钟关于幸福的英文演讲稿2Can money buy happiness?Different people have different opinions. Some think yes, while others hold the opposite. It is true that with enough money one can buy all the things one wants, and live a life of comfort and security. However, it is equally true that lack of money causes great distress. It is a common view that money is the root of all evil. The pursuit of money drives many people to cheat and steal. Insome places there is nothing that cannot be bought with money, resulting in corrupt societies where everybody is miserable. So, money does notnecessarily mean happiness. It all depends on how it is used. If we make honest and sensible use of money, it can be astepping-stone to happiness l Although money cannot buyhappiness, it can makehappiness possible if it is employed sensibly.三分钟关于幸福的英文演讲稿3Hello everybody, today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of happiness. What is happiness? It is what everyone is longing for. Sometimes happiness would be rather simple. Winning a game is happiness; getting a high grade in the exam is happiness; even now I am standing here giving my speech is somehow also happiness. However, as far as a person’s whole life is concerned, happiness becomes very complicated简单的. Is fortune(财宝) success? Is fame(名誉) happiness? Is high social status happiness? No, I don’t think so. Happin来自: 在点网ess in my mind is the attitude(态度) towards things. Nowadays, in the modern society there are many people who have much money, but the fact is they are not happy. My dictionary defines happy as lucky or fortunate, but I think a better definition of happiness is the capacity for enjoyment(享受的力量). The more we can enjoy what we have, the happier we are. Its easy to overlook(忽视) the pleasure we get from loving and being loved, the company of friends, the freedom to live where we please, even good health. You never know where happiness will turn up(露面) next. When I asked friends what makes them happy, some mentioned seemingly insignificant(微不足道) moments. I hate shopping, one friend said. Buttheres this clerk (职员)who always chats and really cheers me up(给我欢呼声).Another friend loves the telephone. Every time it rings, I know someone is thinking about me.We all experience moments like these. Too few of (太多的)us register(记录) them as happiness. While happiness may be more complex(简单的) for us, the solution is the same as ever但是获得幸福的途径永久是一样的. Happiness isnt about what happens to us; its about how we perceive(感知) what happens to us. Its the knack(诀窍) of finding a positive for every negative, and viewing a set-back(挫折) as a challenge. Its not wishing for what we dont have, but enjoying what we do possess(拥有).So I think happiness is everywhere . ok, this is my understanding abouthappiness, and what’s your definition of happiness? At last, Wish you all happy!三分钟关于幸福的英文演讲稿4What is happiness?I believe that most of us had been “questioned” by our parents or relatives basically about “how much do you earn a month” or “have you gotten promoted”. But few of them care about that if we are living a happy life.Concerning such phenomenon, a question comes to my mind: what is happiness? As American president Franklin Roosevelt said,“ People are happy only because they think they are.”Different kinds of people enjoy different kinds of happiness. To the chairman, nation’s harmony and prosperity is happiness. To retailers, selling more goods and having more customers is happiness. To the police, getting guilt punished and society’s stability is happiness. To beggars, away from starvation is happiness. We will feel happy when we receive greetings and wishes. A few words like “Happy new year!” or “Merry Christmas” could be pretty delightful. But not all greetings and wishes lead to happiness. For instance, once I received a message from my girlfriend on November 11th. The message said “Happy bachelors day!”Actually, no one can be happy forever. We all confront difficulties and failures and experience reversein our daily lives, that is inevitable . We may be upset when we lose a game. We may feel tough when we suffer from diseases. But it doesn’t matter because happiness is much more beautiful in comparison with these tragedies. As George Bernard Shaw, a famous British dramatist said , “lifetime of happiness? no man alive could bear it, it would be hell on Earth .” We live a hard time so that we value thehappy moments. If there is no sadness, then how could we be able to measure happiness?People never give up the pursuit of happiness. They work hard in order to own a cosy life. They take morning exercises in order to keep healthy. They go on a trip in order to release the tension of emotion…However, the whole world’s happiness is much more essential than the one’s.It’s everyone’s duty to make the world full of love.Actually, we are making move. I can see that more and more people start paying attention to the poor. A lot of Hope Projects emerged as well as charity organizations.I have a dream that one day when an old man falls down in the middle of the street, passers-by will give a hand instead of walking away.I believe that one day happiness will exist in every corner ofthe world.三分钟关于幸福的英文演讲稿5Tips for Happiness in Daily LifeDaily life can be made happier. It is a matter of choice. It is our attitude that makes us feel happy or unhappy. It is true, we meet all kinds of situations during the day, and some of them may not be conductive to happiness. We can choose to keep thinking about the unhappy events, and we can choose to refuse to think about them, andinstead, relish the happy moments. All of us constantly go through various situations and circumstances, but we do not have to let them influence our reactions and feelings. If we let outer events influence our moods, we become their slaves. We lose our freedom. We let our happiness be determined by outer forces. On the other hand, we can free ourselves from outer influences. We can choose to be happy, and we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives. What is happiness? It is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. It is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thoughts, and this usually happens, when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value. It seems to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from the inside, triggered by outer events. For most people happiness seems fleeting, because they let changing outer circumstances affect it. One of the best ways to keep it, is by gaining inner peace through daily meditation. As the mind becomes more peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the happiness habit. Here are a few tips for increasing happiness in daily life:1) Endeavor to change the way you look at things. Always look at the bright side. The mind may drag you to think about negativity and difficulties. Dont let it. Look at the good and positive side of everysituation.2) Think of solutions, not problems.3) Listen to relaxing, uplifting music.4) Watch funny comedies that make you laugh.5) Each day, devote some time to reading a few pages of an inspiring book or article.三分钟关于幸福的英文演讲稿。
关于幸福的英语演讲稿
关于幸福的英语演讲稿Good morning/afternoon/evening!Today, I would like to talk to you about happiness.Happiness is a universal pursuit. From the moment we are born, we strive for happiness in our lives. Whether it is through achieving success, building strong relationships, or simply enjoying the little pleasures in life, happiness is something we all desire. But what is happiness exactly? Is it a state of mind or an external condition? Many philosophers and scholars have debated this question for centuries. Some argue that happiness is purely subjective and can only be defined individually. Others believe that happiness is a combination of external circumstances, personal values, and positive emotions. In my opinion, happiness is a multi-faceted concept that varies from person to person. It encompasses both the external and internal factors that contribute to our overall well-being. In other words, happiness is not just about the external conditions in our lives, but also about our mindset and how we interpret and respond to those conditions. When we think about happiness, we often associate it with the pursuit of success and material wealth. We believe that if we have a high-paying job, a big house, and a luxurious lifestyle, we will be happy. However, studies have shown that although these factors can contribute to our overall well-being, they are not the sole determinants of happiness.True happiness comes from within. It is about finding meaning and purpose in our lives. It is about cultivating positive relationships, being grateful for what we have, and living in the present moment. It is about pursuing our passions and pursuing personal growth. It is about loving and being loved, and finding joy in the simple things in life.Happiness is also a choice. We have the power to choose our attitude and our perspective on life. We can choose to focus on the negative aspects and let them drag us down, or we can choose to focus on the positive aspects and find happiness even in the most challenging situations. It is not about denying or avoiding negative emotions; it is about acknowledging them and then choosing to move forward with a positive mindset. So, how can we find happiness in our lives? Firstly, we need to define what happiness means to us individually. What are our values? What makes us truly happy? Once we have a clear understanding of what happiness means to us, we can set goals and take actions that align with our values and bring us closer to our desired state of happiness.Secondly, we need to practice gratitude. It is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and forget to appreciate the things and people that bring us joy. By taking time each day to reflect on what we are grateful for, we can shift our focus from what is lacking to what is abundant in our lives.Thirdly, we need to take care of our mental and physical well-being. Engaging in activities that promote physical fitness, such as exercise and healthy eating, can improve our overall mood and well-being. Likewise, engaging in activities that nurture our mental health, such as practicing mindfulness or pursuing hobbies, can help reduce stress and increase happiness. In conclusion, happiness is not a destination; it is a journey. It is about finding joy and fulfillment in our lives, regardless of the external circumstances. By understanding what happiness means to us individually, practicing gratitude, and taking care of our mental and physical well-being, we can cultivate a more fulfilling and happy life.Thank you for your attention. Now, let's delve deeper into some of the key factors that contribute to happiness. One crucial aspect of happiness is having a sense of purpose and meaning in life. When we have a clear direction and goals that align with our values, we feel a sense of fulfillment. This can come from various areas of our lives, such as our careers, relationships, or personal interests. For some, it may be finding a job that allows them to make a positive impact on others, while for others, it may involve pursuing creative endeavors or personal growth. Whatever the source may be, having a purpose gives us a sense of direction and a reason to wake up each day with enthusiasm.Furthermore, happiness is closely tied to our relationships and social connections. Humans are fundamentally social creatures, and we thrive when we have healthy and supportive relationships in our lives. Spending quality time with loved ones, whether it's family, friends, or romantic partners, can bring immense joy and fulfillment. Maintaining strong connections, being a good listener, and fostering positive communication are crucial in building and nurturing these relationships. Additionally, contributing to and being part of a community, whether it's a religious or cultural group, a volunteer organization, or a hobby club, can also provide a sense of belonging and purpose.Another important contributor to happiness is self-care. Taking care of our mental, emotional, and physical well-being is essential for overall happiness. This involves practicing self-compassion, setting healthy boundaries, and engaging in activities that bring us joy and relaxation. Engaging in regular exercise, getting enough sleep, and eating a balanced diet are vital for maintaining physical health, which in turn positively affects our mental state. Furthermore, practicing mindfulness and finding time for hobbies or activities that we enjoy can help reduce stress and increase our overall happiness.Gratitude is another powerful tool that can significantly increase our happiness levels. Taking time each day to reflect on and appreciate the positive aspects of our lives helps shift our focus from what is lacking to what we have. This practice of gratitude can be as simple as keeping a gratitude journal, where we write down a few things we are grateful for each day. Being grateful for both big and small things, such as the support of loved ones, abeautiful sunset, or a kind gesture from a stranger, cultivates a mindset of abundance and appreciation, leading to increased happiness.Developing resilience and the ability to adapt to challenging situations is also crucial for our happiness. Life inevitably presents us with hardships and setbacks, but how we respond to them has a significant impact on our well-being. Cultivating a positive mindset, embracing change, and finding opportunities for growth even in the face of adversity can help us navigate through difficult times with greater resilience. Learning from past experiences and reframing negative situations can help us find the silver lining and move forward with a renewed sense of optimism. Finally, practicing acts of kindness and giving back to others can bring immense happiness. Helping others not only benefits those in need but also enhances our own well-being. Acts of kindness can be as simple as lending a listening ear, offering a helping hand, or volunteering our time for a cause we care about. Engaging in acts of kindness not only enhances our sense of purpose but also fosters positive connections and a greater sense of self-worth.In summary, happiness is a multifaceted concept that encompasses various aspects of our lives. It is a journey that requires self-reflection, defining our values and goals, nurturing positive relationships, practicing self-care, cultivating gratitude, developing resilience, and engaging in acts of kindness. By consciously incorporating these elements into our daily lives, we can increase our personal well-being and lead more fulfilling, joyful, and happy lives.Thank you once again for your attention.。
关于幸福的演讲稿英文
关于幸福的演讲稿英文Happiness is a universal pursuit that transcends cultural and geographical boundaries. It is the ultimate goal that drives our actions, shapes our relationships, and defines our sense of fulfillment. Today, I am honored to stand before you to share my thoughts on the topic of happiness.First and foremost, it is important to recognize that happiness is not a destination, but rather a journey. It is not something that we can simply acquire or possess, but rather something that we must cultivate and nurture within ourselves. This requires a shift in mindset – from seeking happiness in external circumstances to finding it within ourselves. One of the key ingredients to happiness is gratitude. When we take the time to appreciate the people, experiences, and blessings in our lives, we are able to cultivate a sense of contentment and joy. Gratitude allows us to shift our focus from what we lack to what we have, and in doing so, we are able to find happiness in the present moment.Another important aspect of happiness is the pursuit of meaningful relationships and connections. Human beings are social creatures, and our sense of happiness is often tied to the quality of our relationships. Whether it is with family, friends, or romantic partners, nurturing meaningful connections with others can bring immense joy and fulfillment into our lives.Furthermore, it is essential to engage in activities that bring us joy and fulfillment. Whether it is pursuing a hobby, engaging in creative expression, or participating in physical activities, finding time for activities that bring us joy is essential for our overall happiness. By prioritizing activities that bring us joy, we are able to infuse our lives with a sense of purpose and fulfillment. In addition, it is important to cultivate a positive mindset. While it is natural to experience challenging emotions, cultivating a positive outlook can significantly impact our overall sense of happiness. By practicing self-compassion, reframing negativethoughts, and focusing on the present moment, we can cultivate a sense of optimism and resilience that contributes to our overall sense of happiness.Lastly, it is important to remember that happiness is a personal journey. What brings happiness to one person may not necessarily bring happiness to another. It is important to honor our individual values, passions, and aspirations, and to pursue a path that aligns with our authentic selves. In conclusion, happiness is a multifaceted and deeply personal experience. It is not something that can be obtained through external circumstances, but rather something that must be cultivated from within. By practicing gratitude, nurturing meaningful relationships, engaging in joyful activities, cultivating a positive mindset, and honoring our individual values, we can embark on a journey towards a more fulfilling and joyful life. Thank you.。

珍惜眼前的幸福生活——歌颂祖国英语演讲稿Ladies and gentlemen,It is a great pleasure to stand here today and talk about the importance of cherishing the happiness in our lives, and how it relates to our love for our motherland, China.Theodore Roosevelt once said, “Happin ess is not in the mere possession of money; it lies in the joy of achievement, in the thrill of creative effort.” Achieving happiness in life, therefore, is not just about acquiring wealth or material possessions, but rather about the experiences we have, the relationships we build, and the memories we create. This is especially true in China, a country that has undergone tremendous changes over the past few decades, where people are enjoying a better standard of living and a better quality of life than ever before.China has come a long way since the founding of the People’s Republic in 1949. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the country has made remarkable progress in various fields including education, healthcare, and infrastructure. The Chinese people are now living longer, healthier, and more prosperous lives than ever before. At the same time, China’s cultural heritage continues to be preserved and promoted, and her contributions to world civilization are increasingly recognized and appreciated. As Chinese citizens, we owe our happiness to our great motherland. We should be grateful for the opportunities and blessings that we receive from our country, and we should cherish and preserve them for future generations. We should work hard, contribute to society, and make positive changes where we can. We should also cultivate a positive attitude, appreciate the beauty of life, and strive for balance and harmony in our personal and professional lives. As we look to the future, we should be optimistic about the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. China is committed to promoting sustainable development, global cooperation, and shared prosperity, and the Chinese people are ready to work together to achieve these goals. 幸福的意义英语演讲稿短
幸福的意义英语演讲稿短Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed guests,Today, I stand before you to discuss the significance of happiness in our lives. Happiness is a simple yet powerful emotion that transcends across cultures and languages. It is not only a desired state of being, but also a fundamental human need. Today, I will delve into the meaning of happiness and its importance in our lives.Happiness can be defined as a state of contentment and satisfaction. It is a feeling of joy and fulfillment that arises from various aspects of our lives, including personal relationships, achievements, and overall well-being. While the pursuit of happiness may differ from person to person, it is a universal quest that unites us all.First and foremost, happiness plays a vital role in our mental and emotional well-being. Numerous studies have shown that happy individuals tend to have lower stress levels, better immune systems, and live longer, fulfilling lives. Moreover, happiness is closely intertwined with our social relationships. When we have a clear sense of direction and passion, our lives become more fulfilling. It is an internal state of mind that can be fostered through gratitude and mindfulness. By practicing gratitude, we train our minds to focus on the positive aspects of our lives, even in the face of challenges. Similarly, practicing mindfulness allows us to live in the present moment, appreciating the simple joys and beauty that surround us.However, it is important to note that happiness is not a constant state. 幸福话题的英语演讲稿
幸福话题的英语演讲稿幸福话题的英语演讲稿1There is something in the world. It has no shape, no color and no weight. It can’t be seen or touched. But everyone wants it very much. People tryto getit in many ways. Some people think money means it, so they try to make moremoney; some people believe that knowledge can bring it to them, so they studyvery hard; some other people find only good health can make themselves get it,so they take part in all kinds of sports and games. Now, you may ask whatonearth the mysterious thing is. That’s happiness. From my point of view, being in a good mood anytime and anywhere is thefirst thing for those who want to be happy. There is an old saying going likethis, "happy is he who is content." I can't agree with it any more. I still remember a story my mother told me when I was a child. A millionaire tried everymeans to seek after pleasure but to feel unhappy, but its counterpart that poormen who dose not have a thing always feel happy. Why are they so different? Theanswer is that the rich is being thinking how he can gain more while thepoor issatisfied with what he owns at hand-health, freedom, love and so on.Furthermore, love makes great difference to happiness. If you have love inyour heart, you will have happiness in your life. Love consists of two parts, one is to love others, and the other is to be loved by others. Lei Feng set agood example for all of us. He served the people wholeheartedly until the lastminute of his life. He regarded serving the people as the happiest thing. Thereare numbers of similar inspirational stories to be found. In addition, beingloved by others can also lead you to happiness. Courage from your parents whenfrustrated, care from your lover when ill, help from your friends whenintrouble… all of these will make you the happiest person in the world. The last but not least is to act happily. Putting on a happy face and thinking interesting things are helpful to trigger happy feelings. But I’m sad to see some people getting their happiness in bad ways. Theyspeak loudly in cinemas and meeting rooms; they destroy trees to enjoy themselves and they laugh at others’ shortcomings. Perhaps they feel happy atthat time, but they will never get true happiness because they have destroyedothers’ happiness. From I have discussed above ,we may safely draw the conclusion that happiness means kindness, love and unselfishness. Above all, only bringinghappiness to otherms can make yourself happy.幸福话题的英语演讲稿2Can money buy happiness?Different people have different opinions. Some think yes, while others holdthe opposite. It is true that with enough money one can buy all the things one wants, andlive a life of comfort and security. However, it is equally true that lack ofmoney causes great distress. It is a common view that "money is the root of allevil." The pursuit of money drives many people to cheat and steal. In some places there is nothing that cannot be bought with money, resulting incorrupt societies where everybody is miserable. So, money does notnecessarily mean happiness. It all depends on how it is used. If we makehonest and sensible use of money, it can be astepping-stone to happiness l Although money cannot buy happiness, it canmakehappiness possible if it is employed sensibly.幸福话题的英语演讲稿3What is happiness?I believe that most of us had been “questioned” by our parents orrelativesbasically about “how much do you earn a month” or “have you gotten promoted”.But few of them care about that if we are living a happy life.Concerning such phenomenon, a question comes to my mind: what is happiness? As American president Franklin Roosevelt said,“ People are happy only because they think they are.”Different kinds of people enjoy different kinds of happiness. To the chairman, nation’s harmony and prosperity is happiness. To retailers, sellingmore goods and having more customers is happiness. To the police, getting guiltpunished and society’s stability is happiness. To beggars, away from starvationis happiness. We will feel happy when we receive greetings and wishes. A few words like“Happy new year!” or “Merry Christmas” could be pretty delightful. But not allgreetings and wishes lead to happiness. For instance, once I received a messagefrom my girlfriend on November 11th. The message said “Happy bachelors day!”Actually, no one can be happy forever. We all confront difficulties and failures and experience reverse in our daily lives, that is inevitable . We may be upset when we loseagame. We may feel tough when we suffer from diseases. But it doesn’t matter because happiness is much more beautiful in comparison with these tragedies. As George Bernard Shaw, a famous British dramatist said , “lifetime of happiness? no man alive could bear it, it would behell on Earth .” We live a hard time so that we value the happy moments.Ifthere is no sadness, then how could we be able to measure happiness?People never give up the pursuit of happiness. They work hard in order toown a cosy life. They take morning exercises in order to keep healthy. They goon a trip in order to release the tension of emotion…However, the whole world’s happiness is much more essential than the one’s.It’s everyone’s duty to make the world full of love.Actually, we are making move. I can see that more and more people start paying attention to the poor. A lot of Hope Projects emerged as well as charityorganizations.I have a dream that one day when an old man falls down in the middle of thestreet, passers-by will give a hand instead of walking away.I believe that one day happiness will exist in every corner of the world.幸福话题的英语演讲稿4Active happiness---not mere satisfaction or contentment ---often comessuddenly, like an April shower or the unfolding of a bud. Then you discover whatkind of wisdom has accompanied it. The grass is greener; bird songs are sweeter;the shortcomings of your friends are more understandable and more forgivable.Happiness is like a pair of eyeglasses correcting your spiritual vision. Nor are the insights of happiness limited to what is near around you. Unhappy, with your thoughts turned in upon your emotional woes, your vision iscut short as though by a wall. Happy, the wall crumbles.幸福话题的英语演讲稿5All That at Present is HappinessGood morning, dear judges and teachers, it’s a great honor to be here toshow my presentation with all of you. Today my topic is all that at presentishappiness.People always say, if you find the Four Leaf Clover you will find happiness. Because the first leaf represents hope; the second represents pay;the third represents love; and the rare Four Leaf Clover represents happiness. But what is happiness? Different people have different definitions ofhappiness. In my opinion, all that at present is happiness. Now, I am going totell a story.Once upon a time, a rich man and a poor man talked about what happiness was. The poor man said:“ All that at present is happiness.”Observing the poor man's shabby cottage and clothes, the rich man sneered:“Can this be called happiness? My happiness is a luxurious house with a hundredrooms and a thousand servants!”On the very night, a big fire burnt down the rich man’s hundred —room houseinto pieces. And all his servants went away .The rich man became a beggar overnight. One day, it was extremely hot. He, a beggar now, came to ask for somewater to drink when he passed by the poor man's cottage. The poor man brought hima big bowl of cool and fresh water, asking,“what do you think happiness isnow?”The bagger said anxiously,“Happiness is the bowl of water in your handsnow.”Happiness is essentially all that at present. One can enjoy happiness inall his lifetime only by stringing all these present moments together. Happiness is something special. We can neither see it nor touch it. Yet itnever leaves us, it’s around and need us to find it out by heart. For me, I amproud of myself to live on my own dependently. I love my job. Facing with thelovely students is my greatest happiness. Dolphins live in the sea. They live on fish, shrimps and so on.Dolphins are very friendly and peaceful. They never attack people. Instead, they have saved many people in danger in the past years. How helpful the dolphins are!Dolphins are very clever. People often train them so that they can give adolphin show which brings people a lot of happiness and joy.Unluckily, the number of dolphins is getting smaller and smaller. Becauseof water pollution, there is less and less space for dolphins. Many people makemoney by hunting dolphins. If we don’t protect them, maybe we’ll lose our goodfriends one day. As a student, I hope more and more people should take actionsto protect dolphins.以动物为题的英语演讲稿3Panda is one of the scarcest animals. Animals have been killed for their fur and feathers, for food, forsport, and simply because they were in the way. Thousands of kinds of animalshave disappeared from the earth forever. Hundreds more are on the danger listtoday. About 170 kinds in the United States aloneare considered in danger. Why should people care? Because we need animals, and because once they aregone, there will never be any more.Animals are more than just beautiful orinteresting. They are more than just a source of food. Every animal has itsplace in the balance of nature. Destroying one kind of animal can create manyproblems. For example, when farmers killed large numbers of hawks, the farmers'stores of corn and grain were destroyed by rats and mice. Why? Because hawks eatrats and mice, with no hawks to keep down their numbers, the rats and mice multiplied quickly.Luckily, some people are working to help save the animals. Some groups raise money to let people know about the problem. And they try to get the governments to pass laws protecting animals in danger. Quite a fewcountrieshave passed laws. These laws forbid the killing of any animal or planton thedanger list. Slowly, the number of some animals in danger is growing.以动物为题的英语演讲稿5It is suggested that people have been aware of the issue--lack of preservation for endangered spieces, animals and plants, but as you see , theyplaced little efforts to cope with the problem.despite the versatility andintricacy of instruments , I would pore over some of the most striking ones andoffer alternatives afterwards. One of the major reasons , causing people's inocence of protecting animals,is that the government did not function well as an educator, arosing people'sinitiative in shielding wild animals, which led to the consequence that peopledo not know their responsibility to prevent animals from dangers, and specificknowledge in guarding them. what is equally important as the reason mentionedabove is that media did not meet our satisfaction to inform the mass of theemergency which is crutial in arousing people's conciousness to keep animalssafe. In spite of the serious problem, measure leading to profoundimprovementstill can be taken. owning to the fact that funds are insufficient in some developing countries, developed countries or international organizations shouldshoulder more burden -- finacing them in order to capacitate them to accompolishthe protection of animals. at the same time, education in telling people the wayto make animals harboured ought to be focused on, thus resulting in people'sbetter awareness in the camouflage of our planet's cutest creatures. It is belived by me that if correct actions are taken to preserve animals, any kind of them will be far away from extinction forever.以动物为题的英语演讲稿【推荐二:《家乡主题的英语演讲稿作文》】家乡主题的英语演讲稿作文1My hometown is Haimen. An eternal theme in literature, friendship isalso indispensable in daily life.Friendship is to our life what salt is to dishes. When you are happy, friendship is just like adding flowers on the brocade; when you are sad, friendship is a dose of consolation; if you are in trouble, friends will surround you and remove the barriers for you; if you have a hard nut to crack, you can turn to friends for help. We admire the great friendship between Marxand Engel, which firmly combined them and pushed them forward on the road toexploring and fulfilling Communism.Friendship isnt almighty, but no one can live happily without it.友谊主题的英语演讲稿范文2In our daily life, if we get on harmoniously with our friends, we’ll feelmore joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without friends. When our friends feel upsetor get ill, we shouldn’t ignore them or look down upon them. On the contrary, weought to calm them down, show our love and concern to them and try our best tohelp them overcome the hardships.Sometimes we may have some misunderstandings or disagreements with ourfriends, thus we had better have a discussion with them and try to accept theirgood ideas instead of quarreling with them. As long as we can follow these goodsuggestions, we’ll find it easy to make more friends.友谊主题的英语演讲稿范文3Without friends, life is not worth living. But what kind of person can beaccepted as friend? Lots of people are classmates and aren't friends. Lots ofpeople are lovers but aren't friends. You can appreciate or admire someone, butthat doesn't make them a friend. If their attitude is "for better or worse," ifthey stick with you through thick and thin, that's when you can tell it's friendship. The term, friend, covers a wide range of meanings. It can be a nodding acquaintance, a comrade, a partner, a playmate, a brother, etc. As lifeis fullof obstacles and conflicts, we need friends to give us supports to get throughtough times, we also need friends to give us warnings to go against danger. Truefriends share not only joy but, more often than not, they share sorrow anddifficulties. With friendship, life is happy and harmonious. Without friendship, life ishostile and unfortunate. I have friends in the rank and file. Some are rich andin power. Some are low and common. Some are like myself, working as an ordinaryteacher, reading and writing and content with the simple life. To many of myfriends, I know what to treasure, what to tolerate and what to share, I willnever forget my old friends and keep making new friends. I will not be cold andindifferent to the poor friends and will show concern for them, even if it isonly a comforting word.友谊主题的英语演讲稿范文4Nobody can get through life without friends. I'm no exception. I met mybest friend Sunny in a cram school during our last year of junior high school. We prepared for the high school entrance examination together and oftendiscussed our lessons as we were studying after school. Sunny is a smart andwell-mannered girl. Not only is she as expert at studying, but she also knows how to have fun.Every time I am blue, she soothes me and helps me find solutions to my problems.I'm glad that I have a friend who is like an intimate sister. I value ourfriendship and hope that it will last forever.友谊主题的英语演讲稿范文5The classmates:Hello, everyone. Today, the topic of my speech is: friendship. Whether sentimental verse, beautiful article, or the joy of leisure, whatall can't take the place of close friendship. This is Russia - the famous writers pushkin said a word. Friend, have you ever thought about, honest valuable, the friendship is the normal psychological need. A famous Britishwriter made such an analogy: "if you have an apple, I have an apple, each otherexchange, so, everyone has only one apple; if you have a thought, I have athought, exchange each other, and each of us has two ideas, even more than thetwo thoughts." It is enough to prove, the friendship makes one share more joyand happiness, help resolve problems and sad, also can promote our progress.Among friends, however, must be in trouble. Can not stand the test of not atrue friendship. Therefore, the most precious friendship is this: when a friendneed to help them with sincere friendship to remove the worry, dissolve thedepressed, build up confidence and overcome the difficulties.Sincere friendship is what everyone desire, but what kind of friendship issincere? Is genuine equality between friends, help mutual understanding, have acommon pursuit. "Sincerity is the hotbed of friendship." We only in sincere toestablish on the basis of equality friendship and keep it up. Help mutual understanding is the most basic content of friendship. Dickens once saidthatforgiveness is a noble quality, a noble virtue. China has an old saying wellsaid "simultaneous corresponding, sympathies." Good, common pursuit is spiritualbond, unite the people closely together. Can make the miles of space that intervene between a man and close friendship, the friendship can make our days together as flowing, the friendshipcan leave on the way we passed the deep foot sakura when young time of reincarnation gently slip from our side, leaving traces of is meaningful. Thatis precious memories of EgyptFriend, please treat every friend around you, that is always sincereinyour spiritual wealth.友谊主题的英语演讲稿范文。
介绍开心的瞬间英语作文
介绍开心的瞬间英语作文标题,A Happy Moment An English Composition。
Happiness is an essential part of life, and it often comes in unexpected moments that bring joy and warmth to our hearts. One such moment occurred to me during a sunny afternoon stroll in the park. As I walked beneath the canopy of swaying trees, a gentle breeze brushed against my skin, carrying with it the sweet fragrance of blooming flowers. It was in this serene setting that I experienced a truly delightful moment that filled me with happiness and gratitude. As I wandered along the winding paths of the park, I noticed a group of children playing gleefully in the distance. Their laughter echoed through the air, infusing the atmosphere with a sense of pure joy. Intrigued by their infectious energy, I made my way towards them, eager to witness the source of such merriment. As I approached, I saw that the children were engagedin a game of tag, their youthful spirits soaring as they chased one another with unbridled enthusiasm. Theircarefree laughter and radiant smiles were a sight to behold, and I found myself captivated by the simple yet profound beauty of the moment.Unable to resist the allure of their game, I joined in, allowing myself to be swept up in the excitement of the chase. For a brief but exhilarating moment, I forgot all my worries and cares, embracing the childlike joy that enveloped us all.As we raced through the park, the sun danced merrily overhead, casting a golden glow upon the verdant landscape. Time seemed to stand still as we reveled in the sheerdelight of being alive, our hearts buoyed by the magic of the moment.Eventually, our game came to an end, but the memory of that happy moment lingered long after the laughter hadfaded away. As I bid farewell to my newfound friends andcontinued on my journey, I carried with me a renewed sense of hope and optimism, grateful for the gift of happiness that had graced my day.In retrospect, I realize that happiness is not always found in grand gestures or extravagant displays. Instead, it often resides in the simple pleasures of life – a shared laugh, a warm embrace, a moment of connection with others. It is these small but precious moments that remind us of the beauty and wonder that surrounds us each day, if only we take the time to notice. In conclusion, the happy moment I experienced in the park serves as a poignant reminder of the power of joy to uplift and inspire us, even in the midst of life's challenges. It is a reminder to cherish the moments of happiness that come our way, however fleeting they may be, for they are the true treasures that enrich our lives and fill our hearts with gladness.。
