Unit 5 Look at the monkeys.单元计划一、教材分析本单元在Unit 4的基础上,以动物正在做什么为话题,继续学习动词-ing形式。
内容紧贴学生的兴趣实际,语言材料真实具体,让学生乐学易学,通过对动物动作描述,加深学生对动物的了解,培养学生热爱动物的情感。
二、教学目标1.能力目标:1)能够询问动物正在做什么并回答。
2)能够听懂、会唱歌曲“Animals, Animals are everywhere”2.知识目标:1)能够掌握A.B部分Let’s learn, rea d and write中的四会句子和单词。
2)能够听、说、认读A.B部分Let’s talk, read and write中的白体单词和句子。
3)能够了解Pronunciation部分字母a和字母组合ar, sm, sl的发音规律及其例词的读音。
4)能够理解let’s chant部分的内容。
3.情感、策略、文化等有关目标1)培养学生热爱动物,热爱大自然的良好情感。
2)注重新旧知识的融合贯通,加强小组合作与交流。
3)了解一些有关考拉、袋鼠的知识。

三.教学重难点本单元的重点是动词的ing形式和听、说、认、读句型“What is it doing? It’s V+ing. What is she doing? She’s V+ing. What are they doing?”及回答“They are V+ing”;难点是句型在情景中的活用。
所以在课堂活动的设计上既充分考虑全班学生的语言接受能力,又要兼顾学生个性的差异,使不同层次的学生通过本节课的训练都有不同程度的提高。
四、教学策略依据新课标的教学理念,遵循以学生为中心、以兴趣为支点、以交际为目的的原则,运用任务驱动、合作互动、情景体验、交流评价等教学策略,主要采用了以下的教与学的方式及方法:(1)情景教学法:通过创设学生熟悉的,与日常生活相接近的生活情景,让学生更容易接受新知,并在情景中运用语言。
