介绍 Introduction
在过去的一年中，我们这个具有丰富知识及经验的国际设计队伍在以业 主需求为主的基础上，对CCTV演播室进行进一步的完善设计。设计成 果及方案将呈现在2003.10.21的扩初设计图纸中。所有图纸所依据的概 念，观点，理论，确定的设计要求和原则都将在这份报告中阐述。
1.2Primary Object of Building.
The design of a television facility is lead by the technical television requirements. The object of the building is to produce television for the millions of viewers, in China, and throughout the world. This is a fundamental and basic fact and must be considered throughout the design. For example an audience seating plan must never be considered more important than an advantageous camera position; the former favours millions the later perhaps a few hundred. What happens in the studio is of far less importance than the images being transmitted from that studio. The overall strategy for the site and the exciting geometry of the new CCTV headquarters building has in no way compromised the technical aspects of the project.

1.1 CCTV任务书
央视旨在为中国建设最前沿的电视设施，并花了大量心血起草 了这个项目任务书。OMA承担了这项设计任务。 技术的进步及电视在世界广泛的普及率要求设计必须从全球化 着手。
1.2 建筑的主要目标
电视广播设施的设计是由电视广播的技术要求决定的。建筑的 目标是为中国以及全世界千千万万的电视观众制作电视节目。 这是一个基本的事实，而且一定要在整个设计过程中予以考虑 。例如，摄像机的有利位置永远比观众座位的规划来的重要； 前者为几百万人服务，而后者只为几百人服务。演播室中发生 的事远远不及该演播室向外传送的画面重要。 场地的整体策略以及CCTV新台址的新外观一定要让步于项目的 技术部分

1.1 CCTV Brief
The considerable effort put into the formation of the brief by Central China Television established from the start the concept of a ‘State of the Art ‘ television facility for China. This is the task the design team at OMA undertook. The technology and expanding coverage of world of television makes it absolutely essential that a global approach be adopted in all aspects of the design.

1.2Primary Object of Building.
The design of a television facility is lead by the technical television requirements.
