Job Description:

●Ferroxcube AP Marketing and Sales head responsible for Sales

turnover, gross margin %, and customer satisfaction. . Responsibility & KPI

●Achieve Sales & Marketing objectives for the region. Control and

Monitor sales volume, profitability, share, and customer Satisfaction.

●Gathers Market knowledge and gives input for the formulation of

Marketing Strategy, strategic and operational reviews and budgets.

Provides relevant market data for bench-marking, competitors, share,

segments, Accounts.

●Account penetration plans: Initiate, control and monitor. Manages

design in at Customers by organizing FAE support for these Customers

●Implement and executes Channel Policy, Control and monitor Gross

Margin for Distribution, including POA and POS, Stocking policy

●Implements and Monitors Product, Pricing and Margin policy

●Controls and Organizes Sales, CS and FAE force: systemize and

optimize functioning.

●Provides reliable forecast and MPS input for the factory. Supports and

implements capacity, specification and quality policy towards the

Customer.

Education

University or above

With very good potential in the cooperate team

Working experience

Sales person in industrial market minimum 7 years

Sales management > 3 years

Marketing experience >2 years

Professional skill

Industrial market selling process Must

Account management. Must

Basic marketing skill Must

Relationship management Prefer

Language

Very fluent English and Mandarin.

Sales value and market share

Organization

AP Sales team: sales engineers x 7-10, Customer Service x 7-10, back office staff x2 (dot line), drivers x 2, Marketing x1 subtotal 5-6 total, total organization about 20-25 heads

Report to Ferroxcube Global Sales Director, dotted line to AP General Manager
