General Description
The ISL9V3040D3S, ISL9V3040S3S, ISL9V3040P3, and ISL9V3040S3 are the next generation ignition IGBTs that offer outstanding SCIS capability in the space saving D-Pak (TO-252), as well as the industry standard D²-Pak (TO-263), and TO-262 and TO220 plastic packages. This device is intended for use in automotive ignition circuits, specifically as a coil driver. Internal diodes provide voltage clamping without the need for external components. 一.简介该仪器以高性能的微型计算机机为核心,采用三个独立的电压通道,三个独立的电流通道,三个电流钳,大屏幕图形点阵式液晶显示器,大容量锂电池,电池管理电路,数据存储器,高精度时钟,串行数据接口的硬件设计,达到了便携式相位测量和多功能仪表的新高度,是传统双钳相位表所无法比拟的。

同时,在产品可靠性、小信号测量稳定性、耐用性、用户口碑等方面表现优异,是目前国内市场上销量最大的智能型三相相位仪。

二. 仪器用途SMG3010便携式三相相位伏安表是理想的便携式相位测量及多功能仪器,1、可以同时测量多至三路交流电压;2、可以在不断开被测电路的情况下,通过钳形电流互感器同时测量多至三路交流电流;3、测量电压间、电流间、电压与电流间的相位差;4、测量频率;5、测量功率和功率因数;6、判断电压、电流相序;7、测量零序电流。

The ISL9V5036S3ST, ISL9V5036P3, and ISL9V5036S3 are the next generation IGBTs that offer outstanding SCIS capability in the D²Pak (TO-263) and TO-220 plastic package. These devices are intended for use in automotive ignition circuits, specifically as coil drivers. Internal diodes provide voltage clamping without the need for external components.
