四、维护保养
钻井前检查:
1.检查制动装置上的操纵杆位置,在转盘开动前必须在非制动的位置,否则会造成重大事故。
2.检查固定转台和主补芯所用的制动块和销子,应转动灵活。
3.检查底座油池中的油位和机油状况,油面应在油标尺杆最低刻度线和最高刻度线之间。

二、结构说明
该转盘主要由箱体(1)、箱盖(2)、齿圈(3)、组合轴承(4)、主补芯(6)、转台(7)、输入轴(8)、轴承盒(10)、伞齿轮(12)、制动装置(16)等零部件组成。

4.检查输入轴上的弹簧密封圈是否密封可靠。
5.转盘工作时观察音响是否正常,应无咬卡和撞击现象。
6.检查转盘油池和轴承温度是否正常。
7.检查链轮是否有轴向位移,如有则用螺栓固紧轴端压板。
五、润滑
1.伞齿轮副和轴承是用油池内的油飞溅润滑,润滑油用L-CKC150型工业齿轮油(SAE90),每两个月更换一次润滑油,每周检查一次油的洁净情况,发现油脏,应随时更换。
齿圈在油槽中加热装配,温度在150~200℃(302~392°F)范围内。其端面必须紧贴在转台的台肩面上,其间隙不大于0.10mm,组合轴承上座圈在油槽中加热装配,温度150~175℃(302~347°F)范围内,其端面必须紧贴在转台的台肩面上,其间隙不大于0.05mm。

转盘主要由主补心装置、转台装置、锥齿轮副、主轴承输入轴总成、锁紧装置、底座、上盖等零部件组成。
锥齿轮副采用螺旋锥齿轮,传动平稳,接触应力小,承载能力高,大小锥齿轮均由高合金钢经热处理制造而成,锥齿轮副的啮合间隙可由主轴承下部和输入轴总成轴承套法兰端的垫片25、28来调整。
转台装置是转盘用以输出转速和扭矩的旋转件,其主要由大锥齿圈12,转台24,主轴承14,下座圈20等零件组成,转台通孔直径符合API 7K的规定,大锥齿圈与转台紧配合装在一起,主轴承采用主辅一体式结构的角接触推力球轴承,其既可承受最大钻柱和套管柱负荷,也可承受钻井和起下钻时来自井下向上的冲击负荷,结构更为紧凑,下座圈与转台用螺栓联接起到支承主轴承下座圈的作用,垫片22可调整主轴承的轴向间隙,转台装置由主轴承支承在底座内,并用钩头螺栓9将主轴承中座圈与底座相连。
输入轴总成是转盘动力的输入部件,其为筒式结构,由轴承套17,轴承6,18,输入轴27,小锥齿轮15等零件组成,输入轴由一个向心短圆柱滚子轴承和一个向心球面滚子轴承支承在轴承套内,该轴总成装于底座内,输入轴的轴端直径,键槽各尺寸均符合API 7K中5号轴头之规定。

该产品具有以下一项或几项美国专利:US4,938,031;5,005,369;5,248,125;4,当心:当用户确定使用了一种制冷剂,就不能使用另一种。
不要用一个系统或者同一个容器混装制冷剂;制冷剂混合物会严重损坏该系统和汽车空调系统。
AC375C一次通电就可完成汽车空调的回收、循环、充注操作。
AC375C用于对R134a或者R12其中一种制冷剂的回收、循环和充注,一旦选用了R134a 或者R12,系统就只能使用这一种制冷剂。
全部手册采用的是公制单位,对应美制单位的值写在括号里。

字符数字键盘
字符数字键盘可以输入字符、数字以及其他符号,有数字和字符两种输入模式,现场通讯器可根据需要选择相应的输入模式。 若要输入数字,直接按下数字所在的键,若要输入字符,可根据字符在键盘上的位置,先按下 中的一个键, 再按下字符所在的键。例如要输入字符〝A〞,先按下 左选择键 ,再按下数字键1 。

修改主变量的单位,以及显示的单位。提供MPa,Kpa,Pa,InH2O,InHg,psi,g/cm²,kg/cm²,FtH2O,torr,ATM, mmH2O,mmHg,Bar,mBar这15种单位。当测量单位代号无法识别时会自动显示“No”即表示单位“unknow”。修改方法 见菜单树。 写保护
3.1.1轮询检测
选择该菜单,现场通讯器将从轮询号0到轮询号15依次检测设备,若检测到设备,将自动显示检测到变送器及工位号(如图 3-1-1),按右导航键 进入设备类型选择菜单(图3-1-2);若没有检测到设备,将出现没有检测到变送器的警告。
3.1.2按轮询号检测
对指定轮询号的设备进行检测,按上下导航键 可以在0~15之间选择轮询号,然后按右导航键 开始检测( 检测结果同于3-1-1)。

快速操作指南开/关键开/关键,按此键一秒钟可打开和关闭手持器。
上下箭头键使用这两个键可以在菜单或者选项列表中向上或向下移动光标。
左右箭头键向左箭头键 可以在屏幕显示F4*键时向左移动光标或返回上一级菜单;向右箭头键 可以在屏幕显示F4*键时向右移动光标或选择相应菜单项。
确认键确认键用来在屏幕显示F4*键时对选项的确认。
文字数字和转换键键盘中部的12个文字数字键主要负责数据输入;配合键盘下部的3个转换键可以实现字母和特殊字符的输入(先按下转换键再按下字母所在按键可输入对应的字母,不用同时按这两个键)。
*小贴士:所谓的F4键是在使用过程中显示在屏幕最下方的软键(不超过四个)。
通常软键形式有“ABORT ”,“ESC ”,“ENTER ”,“BACK ” “DEL ”等,完成相应的操作。
常用功能指导(在线状态下)监视变量(读取检测值)按“1”键即可进入“1 Process Variables”。
设定主变量单位依次按“4、2、1”键即可进入“1 PV Unit”。
设定量程上限依次按“4、2、2”键即可进入“2 PV URV”。
设定量程下限依次按“4、2、3”键即可进入“3 PV LRV”。
设定阻尼依次按“4、2、4”键即可进入“4 PV Damp”。
输出电流校准依次按“2、3、2”键即可进入“2 D/A trim”。
【注意:输出校准电流功能的不正确使用将可能增大HART®仪表的输出误差。
】主变量调零依次按“2、3、3、1”键即可进入“1 Zero trim”。

3-1: 修改单位: 双击”单位”进入修改工程单位子菜单:
使用光笔单击所选定的单位,然后单击”ENTER”,这时候会出现一个提 示,告诉你当前过程变量在该选定单位尚未发送至变送器之前仍然为原 单位,提示你应在下随菜单中进行发送(SEND).
此时,双击”仪表设置”即可进入变送器的组态菜单.
仪表组态画面有5 个选项:
1. 双击 ”显示过程变量”后, 您可以察看与变送器相关的所有测量参数.
2. 进入诊断画面,您可以对仪表进行各种校验及回路测试,另外仪表 的各项报警也可以 查看! 3. 进入”基本设置”您可以进行修改位号;工程单位;量程及仪表的 阻尼系数;传递涵数. 因此,这是最常用的菜单. 您可以双击5个选项的任一个进入该菜单!
注意:为确保手操器与现场仪表通讯正常,请确认 回路负载电阻为250-1000欧姆,且对大多数变送器 来说,输出端应保证4MA /12V 的供电.(基本能量) 如果变送器回路电缆受到强电干扰(例如与供电系 统共用穿线管,则可能引起通讯问题.或回路电缆 单端对地绝缘不良等).在有强干扰情况下,(例如有 大功率变频器)应特别注意仪表的接地.
发送后,有两个提示,请单击OK 确认即可!
3-3 :如何修改阻尼值?
其方法和修改的量程方法一样. 2-1. 在基本设置中,选项2 是专门针对仪表的调校及故障诊断设置的. 一般地说,变送器完成现场安装后,须进行读数的清零. 此功能在375 菜单中称之 为:”ZERO RTIM”. 以下为进入和完成该功能的步骤:

Making Measurements with the AC Current Probe Model MN375.• Connect the black lead of the current probe to “common” and the red lead to the AC voltage input on your DMM or other voltage-measuring instrument. The AC current probe has an output of100mV/A. This means that for 10A AC in a conductor around which the probe is clamped, 1 V AC will come out of the probe leads to your DMM or instrument. Select the range which corresponds to the measured current. If the current magnitude is unknown, start with the highest range andwork down until the appropriate range and resolution are reached. Clamp the probe around the conductor. Take the reading on the meter and multiply it by 10 to obtain the measured current(e.g, 160 mV reading = 160 x 10 = 1,600 mA or 1.6 A).• For best accuracy, avoid if possible, the proximity of other conductors which may create noise. Tips for Making Precise Measurements• When using a current probe with a meter, it is important to select the range that provides the best resolution. Failure to do this may result in measurement errors.• Make sure that probe jaw mating surfaces are free of dust and contamination. Contaminants cause air gaps between the jaws, increasing the phase shift between primary and secondary. It is very critical for power measurement.MAINTENANCEWarning■For maintenance use only original factory replacement parts.■To avoid electrical shock, do not attempt to perform any servicing unless you arequalified to do so.■To avoid electrical shock and/or damage to the instrument, do not allow water or other foreign agents to come into contact with the probe.Cleaning:■To ensure optimum performance, it is important to keep the probe jaw mating surfaces clean at all times. Failure to do so may result in error in readings.
