【摘要】The laboratory characteristics, clinical manifestations and the maternal and fetal outcomes of 36 pregnancies complicated with HELLP syndrome were analyzed. The values of aspartate aminotransferase( AST ) and lactate dehydrogenase( LDH ) of class I HELLP syndrome were higher than that of class II , and the probability of complicating by disseminated intravascular coagulation( DIC ) and fetal growth restriction( FGR ) were higher than that of class II. The condition of class I HELLP syndrome was more serious than that of class II. The decrease of platelet counts may increase the rate of matennal and infant complications.%回顾性分析36例HELLP综合征的实验室指标、临床表现及母婴并发症,其中Ⅰ型HELLP综合征22例,Ⅱ型HELLP综合征14例,Ⅰ型HELLP综合征天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)数值高于Ⅱ型,并发弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)和胎儿生长受限(FGR)的概率高于Ⅱ型.Ⅰ型HELLP综合征的病情较Ⅱ型严重,PLT计数减少可增加母婴并发症的发生率.
