CFR
CFR：到客人指定目的港 COST AND FREIGHT(．．．Named port of destination)，即成本加运费(……指定目的港)。此术语是指卖方必须负担货物运至约定目的港所需的成本和运费。这里所指的成本相当于FOB价，故CFR术语是在FOB价的基础上加上装运港至目的港的通常运费。按CFR条件成交时，由卖方安排运输，由买方办理货运保险。如卖方不及时发出装船通知，则买方就无法及时办理货运保险，甚至有可能出现漏保货运险的情况。因此，卖方装船后务必及时向买方发出装船通知，否则，卖方应承担货物在运输途中的风险和损失。

进出口货物报关单的法律地位《海关法》明确规定，进口货物的收货人，应当向
海关如实申报，交验进出口许可证和有关单证。进出口货物报关单就是向海关报告其进出口货物情况，申请海关审查、放行货物的必要的法律文书。它在对外经济贸易活动中具有十分重要的法律效力，既是海关对进出口货物进行监管、征税、统计以及开展稽查和调查的重要依据，又是加工贸易进出口货物核销、以及出口退税和外汇管理的重要凭证，也是海关处理进出口货运走私、违规案件及税务、外汇管理部门查处骗税和套汇率犯罪活动的重要书证。因此，申报人对报关单所填报的真实性和准确性承担法律责任。

进出口货物报关单的填制原则报关单填制的一般要求进出境货物的收发货人或代理人
向海关申报时，必须填写并向海关递交进口或出口货物报关单。申报人在填制报关单时，必须做到真实、准确、齐全、清楚。报关单的填写必须真实,要做到两个相符:一是单证相符, 即报关单与合同、批文、发票、装箱单等相符;二是单货相符，即报关单中所报内容与实际进出口货物情况相符。特别是货物的品名、规格、数量、价格等内容必须真实，不得出现差错，更不能伪报．瞒报及虚报。
