试论班主任助理在创业教学中的管理策略研究——以义乌工商职业技术学院为例

校，即义乌工商职业技术学院（以下简称学校）以“ 向市场面向学生在面面向实践 ” 为人才培养原则的指导下，于２００８年１２月成立了创业学院，学生自主创业达到一定的条件后，即可申请进入创业学院，针对创业学院的学生，校制订了不同的教学计划，学开设创业相关的课程，鼓励学生创业。同时建立创业园作为各分院创业实践基地，组建了由主管院长、办公室主任、各分院学生１作负责人等共同参与的大学生创业管二理团队，业学院及创业园统一管理和协调。对创学校机电信息分院，２０自０６年起试行班主任助理制度，其他各分院陆续效仿这一做法，经过四年实践，院已基本探索出了一条班主任我在班级管理中的主导作用与学生参与管理的辅助作用有机结合的新路子，取得了一定成效，但随着创业教学的开展，上义乌浓厚的商业氛加围，学生更倾向于把优越的社会经济条件和丰厚的物质利益回报作为人生的重要目标，功利欲望强烈，使得班主任助理这一公益性工作在实践中出现一些问题，如：部分班主任助理在工作一段时间后选择了创业，而忽视了本职工作，对这部分班主任助理我们学生管理人员该如何正确的引导，使他们在进行创业的同时做好班级管理工作，并且合理地利用自己创业经验这一优势对新生创业进行指导，使班主任助理在创业和班级管理上达到平衡，一问题需要我们继续探索与实践。因此，这充分了解掌握创业教学中班主任助理工作现状及存在的问题并进行改进这不仅可以提高学生工作的管理水平，锻炼学生的能力，同时使我分院的创业工作和学生管理工作共同发展，实现双赢。二、业教学中班主任助理工作的现状与不足创１班主任助理创业经验不足，所学知识不能灵活运用。、对班主任助理一般是从自愿报名的学生中，经过资格审核、竞聘演讲、委提问等环节挑选出优秀学生，常是优秀学生干部或党员优先评通考虑，据专业匹配原则给每个新生班的班主任配置一名助理，助班依协主任做好新生的班级建设和日常管理工作。由于班主任助理都是优秀学生，大部分成绩优良或参与学校活动积极但他们很少或几乎没有从事过创业，所以在创业方面经验还有所欠缺，不能很好地指导新生创业。在班主任助理问卷调查中，有位班主任助理这样提到：虽然学过电 “ 子商务的课程，由于自己没有从事过电子商务活动，但所以不知道如何去指导新生开展电子商务创业。其中有４％的助理认为对学生创业指 ” １导存在困难。２班主任助理工作和创业两难选择的问题。、在学校提倡创业的办学理念下，加上义乌浓厚的商业氛围，我院１％的学生走向创业之路，校创业氛围浓厚，对既能创业又能获得０学面可观收入的诱惑，有些班主任助理思想开始蠢蠢欲动，他们总是在班主任助理这一无偿工作与有偿的创业两者间徘徊。这样班主任助理不能安心地做好本职工作，而不利于班主任助理这条队伍的稳定发展。从３从事创业的班主任助理，以协调班级管理工作与创业＿作。、难Ｔ

我们这次学习对象是根据创业教育特色专门成立的创业学院与创意园区。

工商学院贾少华副院长详细介绍了学院创业教育的理念与过程，以及取得的成效，其中“创业是一种较好的教学模式，是学生学习效果的检验标准”、“先实践，后理论”的创业教育理念给我们留下了深刻的印象，以实践带动理论教学，充分调动学生学习的积极性、主动性，使学生有目的地学习的教学改革思路也值得我们借签与进一步探讨。

重点探讨了电子商务专业领域创业，并就人才培养模式改革及服务地方经济等方面的做法和经验进行了深入的交流，随后参观考察了创业学院孵化基地、创意园以及创业平台-零创网络。

一、考察行程在义乌工商学院，站在创业班教室的最后，看这些学生上课。

老师在讲台上讲课，下面的学生，一个个盯着眼前的电脑，因为他们正在和客户沟通，他们每个人都有一家或者几家网店。

不一会就会想起打印机忙碌的声音，那是一个物流发货单又生成了。

以上是创业班一年级的情景，面对我们的提问，他们不仅毫无掩羞之色，而且对答入流。

似乎应付来访者也是他们的家常便饭。

与一年级想对应的则是创业班毕业班的学生，即将要毕业，由于很多人的网店比较成功，大部分人都搬到校外了，因为学校有规定，达到皇冠就要出笼了。

不能再免费使用学校提供的简陋条件。

除了创业班的学生，还有很多其它年级和专业想加入创业学院的同学，有艺术系，机械系，旅游系的学生，他们都有同一个目的，淘宝创业。

义乌工商职业技术学院关于学生违纪处分的补充规定为全面贯彻落实科学发展观，体现以人为本的教育理念，在学生管理中发挥教育功能。

经研究决定，对学生手册中的《义乌工商职业技术学院学生违纪处分暂行规定》做出如下补充。

一、处分撤销条件因违纪受到警告、严重警告、记过处分的学生，可提出撤销处分的申请，申请条件需满足：1．自处分之日起满半年以上；2．思想品德表现好，遵纪守法，无出现任何违纪行为，综合测评名次在班级前50%以内；3．学习能力强，有较强的专业技能，参与过研究课题、科研项目或专业比赛，在国内外正式期刊发表论文；或在科技、文体、征文等竞赛（比赛）中为学校赢得荣誉者；或者经有关部门认可有见义勇为、抢险救灾等表现者；或者积极参加社会公益事业，为维护学校和社会公共秩序、公共安全做出贡献者（如优秀志愿者等）；或创业达到浙江省认定标准，能带动同学创业，为学校创业工作起到推动作用；或者其他经学校认定可以撤销处分者。

二、办理程序1.凡符合以上条件者，由学生本人提出申请，填写《义乌工商职业技术学院撤销学生处分审批表》并附上相关材料；2.因违纪受到警告、严重警告处分的学生，班主任根据违纪学生的实际表现提出意见，报分院审批；因违纪受到记过处分的学生，班主任、分院根据违纪学生的实际表现提出意见，报学生处及学院分管领导审批；3.分院应将《义乌工商职业技术学院撤销学生处分审批表》存档，经批准给予撤销处分的学生的原处分决定书从其档案中撤出；4.因违纪再次受到处分的学生将一律不给予撤销处分。

三、其他事项1.因违纪受到留校察看处分的学生，按学生手册中的《义乌工商职业技术学院学生违纪处分暂行规定》执行。

分院应将违纪处分学生的原处分决定书与解除决定书一同存入学生本人档案；2. 处分撤销申请于每年4月份与11月份统一办理，本规定自2012年5月1日起开始施行，由学生处负责解释。

双高计划背景下高职国际化发展的问题与路径吴燕萍( 义乌工商职业技术学院，浙江义乌 322000)[摘要] “双高计划”为推进我国职业教育现代化与国际化发展提供了重要动力。

双高计划背景下，提升高职国际化竞争力，必须以抢占职教高地为方向，以打造品牌效应为抓手，以双高专业群建设为杠杆，以战略纵深经营为归宿。

当前我国高职国际化发展中还存在诸如国际先进办学经验的跨国互动不足、优质国际职教资源相对匮乏、国际标准体系建设滞后、国际化职教师资队伍薄弱等问题。

因此，在高职国际化发展中，应加强职能统筹，促进跨国化交流学习；创新思想观念，推进全球化资源共享；提升国际影响力，增进一体化体系创建；注重师资建设，引进国际化职教人才。

义乌工商职业技术学院“双师素质”教师培养与管理办法（试行）为加大教师培养工作的力度，全而提高教师队伍的专业理论知识水平和实践操作能力，促进我院教育教学质量的全而提升和各类实用型人才的培养，特制定本办法。

一、双师素质教师认定范围凡具有大学本科及以上学历，取得讲师及以上专业技术任职资格并在职在聘教师属于“双师素质”教师认定的范围。

二、双师素质教师认定条件“双师素质”教师需具备下列必备条件和可选择条件之一：（一）必备条件1.热爱社会主义祖国，坚持四项基木原则；忠诚党的教育事业，学风端正，治学严谨；具有良好的思想情操和职业道德，遵纪守法，为人师表；安心在本校工作，具有强烈的责任感和事业心，对工作认真负责，勇挑重担，关心和投入学院建设。

分析及预防：对于客人遗留物品的处理，服务人员同样需要认真对待，如果处理不当，甚至还会给服务工作带来很大影响，除了建立客人遗留物品登记制度外，服务人员还要注意详细登记物品名称、房间号码等，甚至还要登记型号等识别信息，避免在回答客人查询时出现张冠李戴、混淆不清的情况。

此投诉说明当班服务员没有工作责任心，工作不细致，未做好交接班工作，需要加强培训。

案例二：一客人投诉：他来大厦四楼消费，公关经理热情地向其推销贵宾房，并答应给其最大的优惠折扣，但在结帐时，因公关经理有事外出，其他员工也无人知道是否该给予折扣，造成客人投诉。

处理：向客人道歉，并给予八五折优惠，但客人仍觉得大厦有欺骗行为。

分析及预防：公关经理工作责任心欠缺，许诺给客人的优惠在有事外出时应交代自己的员工，要诚信于人。

另服务员在处理事情时欠灵活，超出自己权限范围外，要及时联系公关经理确认是否折扣，或请示上级，使客人满意而归。

案例三：2月份，B425房足浴技师在服务过程中缩短服务时间，提前10分钟下点，导致客人投诉并强烈要求给予五折优惠才愿意买单。

处理：经调查，足浴技师确实是提前下点，属违规行为，请示上级后同意客人消费给予五折优惠，同时对于为客人服务的足浴技师做出严肃处罚，并对足浴技师服务时间作出了明确规定。
