It introduced web usage mining in detail . Although it is a little old for it was published in 2000 , its contents are very useful today . It is organized according to the sequence of web usage mining and the six main parts are introduction which tells me what is web usage mining , the sources and abstraction of web data , the three steps of web usage mining , taxonomy and project survey , websift overview , privacy issues . The third and fourth parts are most important . It had a list of existing project about web usage mining which I saw many times in other papers , but this paper is the one creating this list . Besides , it has been referred for more then twenty times . As we all know that , the higher the referred number is , the more important the paper is , so I consider this paper to be an important and successful one in this region.In my opinion , the success of this paper dues to three reasons . The first reason is the profound computer knowledgeowned by the authors . She is a legend with her two sisters which called The three Bront sisters. Charlotte have a miserable childhood which influence her literary creation especially in Jane Eyre. And Jane Eyre also have a miserable childhood. Her first friend Helen died in Lowood, her teacher left her when Jane become a teacher too. Jane Eyre was famous of that she are trying to catch happiness on her own hands. There have two point of views to explain jane’s childhood and the way she grow up. For example ,people needs life stability, protection, dependence, and freedom from fear and anxiety , also include law and institutions to maintain stability. And for children ,security usually comes from parents and family. Third one is The need for belonging and love, at this time people will feel a strong need for friends, lovers, wives or children, want to maintain good close relationships in the family and group. This love and emotional need works both ways, including receiving love and giving love. The fourth level is the need of respect，which include both self-esteem and respect from others. The fifth need is self-realization refers to the highest level of human needs, which means people want to give full play to their ability and potential and make continuous improvement to realize their dreams. Of course ,this levels doesn’t have to be sequential ,some times there have special order in some special people.Chapter Three five levels of needs to Jane Eyre’s life 3.1 miserable childhoodAt first , Jane wants to survive，to be safe. She fight with her terrible cousin when she feels her life was be threatened. Life in board school was also intolerable humiliation. Jane want to fight with unfair but have to endure first. Fortunately, there also have friend Helen and teacher Miss Temple who make Jane feels love form others. Eight years later, belonging of new Lowood disappeared with miss Temple’s left. Jane want to find new levels, to realize self-worth. That why Jane decide to find a new job and left the place once give she self-respect as a tutor.3.2 life in ThornfieldThornfield is not funny at first, because teaching a young children sometimes is very boring. And then Jane Eyre has a need to transcend ordinary women's daily life, which is a higher level of need until she meet Mr.Rochester. From Jane Eyre's manners and speech, Rochester can see her exquisite and rich spiritual world and noble character of not being snobbish; Jane Eyre is also in contact with the master peep into his inner pain, found with their own spiritual fit things, so that both of them regardless of status differences and began to fall in love. However, in face of love, Jane Eyre also have a rational side. She let someone paint a picture with Miss Brandy and herself so that Jane Eyre can remind herself keep clean. When Mr.Rochester press on at every stage ,Jane Eyre’s emotion outbursts; “Do you think I can stay to become nothing to you? Even if her material life could not be guaranteed after she left, and there were even have security problems, Jane Eyre's demand for respect made her leave at all costs and even sacrificed all. She met a kind of bother and sister who help Jane in a stormy night. There Jane find a new life and warm kinship. Jane Eyre shares her inheritance with her cousins because Jane Eyre's desire for love and affection exceeds the temptation of money. JaneEyre has always longed for the warmth of the family.3.4 come back to accompany with Rochesterwhen her cousin invited her to preach with him, Jane refused. She was thought of Rochester all the time, and the love push her come back. Jane Eyre tells us that even an ordinary, poor orphan, but unusual, and possessing a strong personality woman can be master of her own fate, worthwhile to be loved. It is her resolute and courageous personality and sensible thinking that achieve her merry marriage and happy life. From Jane Eyre’s story, we can get some useful life philosophy ;don’t to be slave of money,to be subservient to the others no matter howhumble one's status is.
