ECU接收来自车速传感器和各种开关的信号,根据需求车速与实际车速的背离情况,按照既定的控制策略实时计算出驱动车辆稳定行驶所需的驱动扭矩,以达到车辆自动稳定行驶的目的。
1.2系统组成系统硬件组成包括巡航控制开关组(巡航恢复开关、巡航停止开关、巡航调整开关+、巡航调整开关-)车速传感器刹车开关(主刹车开关、冗余刹车开关)离合器开关1.3巡航控制流程示意Array1.4巡航控制使能与退出条件1.4.1巡航控制功能的使能条件车速在标定合适范围内;档位高于设定的档位;发动机转速在标定的合适范围内;刹车、离合开关信号无故障;巡航控制开关组无故障。
1.4.2巡航控制功能的退出条件踩下刹车;按下巡航停止开关;踩下离合器;车速传感器发生故障,或者车速超过标定的合适范围;发动机转速超出标定的合适范围;启用排气制动功能。

最多可将八台DSR32B相连,实现最多256个防区的继电器报警输出。
继电器的吸合报警输出形式可以通过转换内部跳线器实现报警开路或短路输出。
输出板输出的内部设定,可以通过RS232接口和PC机的串行口1(COM1)相连,然后通过编程软件对报警输出设置进行配置。
也可以对原内部的设置进行读操作。
DSR32B与CMS7000报警软件也是通过PC机串行口相连,实现报警连动。
2、使用说明1、根据需要用编程软件对报警对应值进行设置。
(出厂预置是一对一,即1号防区报警对应1号继电器吸合),可以通过编程设置成多对一,(即2号防区报警,3号防区报警,5号防区报警都对应1号继电器吸合)和一对多(即1号防区报警时,4,5,6继电器同时吸合)。
2、根据需要可通过转换每个内部继电器跳线器,实现报警继电器吸合时开路或短路输出。
(出厂预置值是继电器吸合时短路输出)3、由于每块继电器报警板只有32个继电器,要实现256个报警继电器输出要用到8块继电器报警板(DSR32B),故需将DSR32B进行编码,编码方式如下:地址为00时:该输出板的继电器号为1到32地址为01时:该输出板的继电器号为33到64地址为02时:该输出板的继电器号为65到96地址为03时:该输出板的继电器号为97到128地址为04时:该输出板的继电器号为129到160地址为05时:该输出板的继电器号为161到192地址为06时:该输出板的继电器号为193到224地址为07时:该输出板的继电器号为225到256具体地址如何设置参见下面的连线说明。

September 6th Service NotePal-NTSC video mode detection and manual override of video modeDate: September 6th 2010Problem descriptionUnder most circumstances a DIVAR recorder will automatically select the video mode suitable for the region where the recorder is being used.However when no analog cameras are connected, the system is sometimes unable to detect the correct video mode. In this case the unit will just choose PAL video mode.If you have an NTSC monitor attached to your recorder, it may have no visible display output. In this case the user can choose a preferred video mode during start up.Systems affectedAll DIVAR XF/700 Series recorders that do not have analog cameras attached are possibly affected.Symptoms of failureWhen power is applied there is no visible video output on the monitor.Solution: Manual overrideIf you want the video output mode to be PAL:Pressing the buttons Monitor and 1 on the front panel during power up for about 10 seconds, will cause the DIVAR to go into PAL mode.If you want the video output mode to be NTSC:Pressing the buttons Monitor and 2 on the front panel during power up for about 10 seconds, will cause the DIVAR to go into NTSC mode.By now your recorder should show video on the local monitor again.The preference forced by manual override is used each time the unit is restarted unless it detects a different video mode on its video inputs. The video mode of the video inputs will become the new preferred mode.----------------------------------------。

在编程之前,敬请用户必须先详细地阅读安装使用说明书,〔再次敬请用户认真阅读使用说明书!可到达事半功倍的效果!〕并清楚的知道你所需要的功能,根据所需列出编程表,这样方便于编程。
编程前请认真阅读说明书,正确的接好连线。
〔正确接好连线是编好程序的前提〕。
如果是第一次使用DS7400主机,在编程完成前,建议安装技术人员不要将探测器接入主机,只需要将线尾电阻和扩展模块接在主机上就可以,将主机调试好后,在将探测器接入防区,这样如果系统有故障,有利于工程技术人员判断是主机系统故障还是探测器故障。
1. 正常布防:密码〔1234〕+“布防”键。
2. 撤防和消警:密码〔1234〕+“撤防”键。
3. 强制布防:密码〔1234〕+“布防”键+“旁路”键4. 防区旁路:密码〔1234〕+“旁路”键+XXX〔防区号,且一定是三位数,如008〕5. 进入编程和退出编程:进入编程是9876#0〔密码+#0〕,退出编程是按“*”四秒钟,听到“嘀”一声表示已退出编程。
6. 如何填写数据:DS7400主机的编程地址一定是四位数,地址的数据一定是两位数。
进入编程后,键盘的灯都会闪动,LCD显示:Prog Mode Adr=DS7400 Adr=后面的就是要写上去的四位数的地址。
输入地址后,接着输入21# 则会交替显示该地址上的两位数据;或者按“#”则可以出现数据1;再按“#”则可出现数据2。
〔出厂值,可以通过编程改变的〕,然后自动跳到下一个地址。
如果需要对某些地址编程,则需连续按两次“*”则可以回到Prog Mode Adr=7. 确定防区的功能:〔地址是0001—0030〕,所谓防区功能就是该防区是延时防区、即时防区、24小时防区等等。
其中01代表延时防区;03代表即时防区;07代表24小时防区。
〔此项一般不用编写,用出厂值即可〕8. 确定一个防区的功能:〔地址是0031—0278〕,0031代表第一防区,0032代表第二防区,如此类推………如果想把第八防区设定为即时防区,即可以把地址0038中的数据改为03 ,再按“#”确认就可以了。

1、PLC的计时器与计数器地址不用自己写,系统自动分配,只需要注意地址不重复。
2、关于中间变量,可以选择分配M区或者直接定义变量名,就可以使用。
3、上升沿下降沿,可以使用R-TRIG和N-TRIG,代替上升沿和下降沿也可以先插入一个常开触点,之后再右击Edge Detection,第一次切换为上升沿,第二次点击切换为下降沿,再次点击变回常开触点4、斜坡插入斜坡指令插入空指令框在线圈位置输入RAMP_INTIN目标值 ASCEND上坡时间 DESCEND下坡时间 TIMEBSASE斜坡时基RESET接通时OUT保持不变 OUT为实际输出值。
