第一部分为写作,要求学生对前面所学的欧亨利小说《二十年后》续写自己的结尾。

这个结尾是开放式的,不存在标准答案,每个人都可以有不同的答案,但是要符合人物内在逻辑。

鉴于欧亨利小说本身的意外和幽默式结局,教师可以鼓励学生充分发挥自己想象,任何天马行空的结尾都是可以的,目的只在于培养学生的发散性思维。

第二部分为presentation,要求学生进行辩论“朋友越多越开心”or“真心朋友几个足矣”。

这个任务一是引导学生反思朋友关系,二是借该话题帮助学生学习表达赞同或反对。

其难度在于要对自己的观点进行详细的展开说明。
