基础篇之二词汇突破----词语运用我们在词汇突破这部分分成了两块讲解:A.词语释义;B.词语运用。
我们在前面讲解了词汇突破的第一部分――词语释义。
本部分讲解词汇突破的另外一部分――词语运用。
词语运用在考卷中②词汇用法和语法结构、③完型填空、④词汇三部分中也得到了体现。
它主要体现在两个方面:1.词形转换;2. 完型填空。
1. 词形转换在做词形转换题型的时候,考生首先应该看清括号中所给的英文单词,然后根据句意和语法去进行分析,再根据构词法规则判断它的词类、词性,确定单词的拼写形式,最后把括号中的词变成所需要的形式。
也就是说一定要注意所填词在句中充当的成分、前后的修饰语、固定搭配和句中的其他提示。
词形转换的考题出现在试卷的第二部分Vocabulary 中。
常见的词形转换主要有:⑪动词→名词;⑫动词→形容词;⑬名词→形容词;⑭名词→副词;⑮形容词→副词;⑯形容词→动词;⑰形容词→名词。
为了便于考生复习,作者将《高等学校英语应用能力考试大纲》中的词汇进行了编辑,并配有历年的真题,以便考生了解词形转换的考点,希望考生能够熟记。
⑪动词→名词:动词可以通过一定的变化形式(如加后缀)转换为名词。

Savings表示储蓄。
