Please review this section carefully.FAULT DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURESEach time the System is turned on, it goes through a self-testing process lasting two to three seconds that automatically detects any Faults in the System. During normal operation, a Self-Test can be initiated at any time by pressing the TEST button on the Display Console. Fault conditions in external sensors are detected without a System Self-Test.Faults detected in the System during Self-Test, are indicated on the Display Console in the following way:•The word FAULT will appear in the information area of the left Display.•The RED LAMP will illuminate and the AUDIBLE ALARM will sound.Diagnosis of a Fault is obtained by PRESSING and HOLDING the TEST button. The System will then go through a Self-Test followed by the appearance of a Fault Code screen. The Fault Code screen will remain visible as long as the TEST button is pressed. Information will be displayed on the screen in the four groups shown in Figure 5.0.Note: Always repair Analog Sensor Faults (AAA) prior to investigating other faults. 一. 开机打开 PCR 仪的电源,需等待一小段时间,大概几十秒,仪器程序开始初始化。

初始化完成后,显示主菜单,二. 建立新方法1. 点击“N ew Methods ”,进入以下界面,点击“open template ”进入创建程序界面,可以通过已存在的模板创建程序,如果没有使用其中的模板,请选择“Blank Template ”,在选择“General PCR ”进入下边第三幅图界面。

2. 温度,时间,循环等体积等的设置:点击”Edit ”进入如下“edit ”界面,可以通过点击页面上的步骤温度、时间、热盖温度、反应体积和循环数,来设定每个步骤时间和温度;点击“Save ”保存当前程序,可以设定程序名称,保存位置。

程序保存后选择模块,直接运行程序。

3. 添加步骤和阶段。

点击“Manage Stages ”进入如下界面,点击“Add Stage ”出现“+”,点击“+”则在该Stage 之前添加一个相同的Stage ,点击“Remove Stage ”在程序界面上出现“-”,点击“-”则移除当前Stage ;点击“add step ”出现“+”,点击“+”则在该Step 之前添加一个相同的Step ,点击“Remove Step ”在程序界面上出现“-”,点击“-”则移除当前Step ;4. 高级设置。

点击“Advanced Options ”进入高等设置界面,如下图:点击“Simulation Mode ”进入模拟界面,可以选择需要模拟的机器。

当选择模拟机器时,仪器的变温速率是不可以调整的。

通过“VeriFlex ”设定仪器的梯度,点击,设置梯度,两个梯度范围间隔最小0.1℃,最大5℃三、运行已有的程序点击“Open method ”,进入“Select Method ”菜单项,选择左侧的文件夹,查看文件夹中的程序,选择要运行的程序直接点击,进入程序界面,在此界面下也可以对程序进行编辑,如果无需编辑选择要使用的模块,直接点击“Start RUN ”,运行当前程序。

如有错漏,欢迎各位指正!1登录类问题1问:飞马是否支持多点登陆?答:飞马的User不可以重复登陆,即一个User只能在一处登陆。

但是飞马可以将多个User对应到同一个Investor上,模拟多点登陆。

2问:输入正确的用户名/密码,系统仍旧提示用户名密码错误?答: 登录时除用户名密码是否正确外,飞马还检查了brokerid是否正确,请与期货公司核对是否填写了正确的brokerid信息。

大仿真环境请核对席位和密码是否正确。

3问:登陆时OnFrontConnected和OnFrontDisonnected重复调用,前置连接上又断开,是什么问题?答:如果仅仅只有这两个回调函数,没有收到OnRspUserLogin,说明没有连接上前置。

这种情况要么是网络问题,IP或者端口配置有误;要么是飞马前置没有打开,请联系系统运维人员解决。

4问:用户刚登录上马上断开,是什么问题?答:飞马的UserID不能多点登录,若在多个地方登陆会出现互踢的现象,表现为刚登陆上就断开。

客户反映行情不动,也可能是该用户在其他地点登录的原因。

5问:登录时报错,用户重复登录,是什么问题?答:用户没有登出,直接关闭程序后马上进行登录,可能会出现该错误。

Wiring Instructions
APL-4 enclosures feature prewired switches. All user connections are made at a numbered terminal strip. A wiring diagram is located inside the cover and indicated which terminal numbers correspond to switch contacts: normally open, normally closed common, etc. Simply follow the wiring diagram and electric code to connect switches to your system.
APL-4 series enclosures include two 3/4” conduit entries. Be sure to follow the National Electric Code regulations for rigid conduit, flexible conduit or cable systems as applicable.

Description
Triac APL-4 limit switch enclosures provide local and remote position indication for automated valves. They generally feature a Hi-Viz indicator with “red=closed” and “green=open” for intuitive local position determination. The APL-4 is available with a number of limit switch options for remote indication in a variety of electrical applications. They may also be used as a junction box for direct installation of solenoid valves.

ABI7500FAST荧光定量PCR仪操作规程ABI 7500 FAST荧光定量PCR仪简明操作规程1.双击桌面图标,或从 Start >All Programs > AppliedBiosystems > 7500 Software > 7500 开启软件。

进入主界面后选择Advanced Setup 。

2.默认进入 Setup 下的Experiment Properties 界面2.1输入实验名称(Experiment Name)2.2确认仪器型号2.3在实验类型中,选择 Quantitation-Comparative CT (△△CT) 2.4选择试剂种类2.5确认运行模式3.进入 Setup 下的Plate Setup 界面,编辑基因(Target)及样本(Sample);3.1在“define targets and samples”界面中设置基因3.2在“assign targets and samples”中进行样品板的排布。

4.在“Select relative quantitation setting”中设置内参基因及对照样本。

5.进入 Run Method 界面,设定反应条件及反应体积。

6.点击“save”按钮,文件储存成Experiment Document SingleFiles (*.eds)格式,然后在Run 界面按下按钮,反应即开始进行。

7.实验结束后,点击界面右上角的 Analyze 按钮,软件将会显示实验结果:7.1在扩增图中(见上图),可通过更改Plot Settings 来改变扩增图的显示方式。

如果想查看阈值线或基线,请将Threshold 及Baseline 打勾。

7.2查看相对表达量结果时,利用Plot Settings 选项,可以以不同方式显示相对表达量的结果。

7.3对于 SYBR Green 法实验,可以在Melt Curve 界面中查看熔解曲线。

参数有效性验证应用程序的输入数据首先应该被检验是否有效。

输入的数据能被用户或其他应用程序提交。

在Web应用中,通常进行2次数据有效性检验:包括客户端检验和服务端检验。

客户端的检验主要是使用户有一个好的用户体验。

首先最好是在客户端检验其表单输入的有效性并且展示给客户端的那些字段输入是无效的。

但是,服务器端的校验是更关键和不可缺失的(不要只做客户端检验而不做服务器端检验)。

服务器端的检验通常是被应用服务(层)执行,应用服务(层)中的方法首先检验数据的有效性,然后才使用这些通过验证的数据。

ABP的基础设施提供了自动检验输入数据有效性的方法。

应用服务(层)方法得到一个数据传输对象(DTO)作为输入。

ABP有一个IValidate 的接口,DTO通过实现这个接口能够检验数据的有效性。

由于IInputDto扩展自IValidate,所以你可以直接实现IInputDto 接口来对数据传输对象(DTO)检验其有效性。

使用数据注解ABP提供数据注解的特性。

假设我们正在开发一个创建任务的应用服务并且得到了一个输入,请看下面示例:public class CreateTaskInput : IInputDto{&nbsp; public int? AssignedPersonId { get; set; }&nbsp; [Required]&nbsp; public string Description { get; set; }}在这里,Description 属性被标记为Required。
