Dispute ResolutionAny disputes arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fls, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration or file a lawsuit in the court of petent jurisdiction.9. MiscellaneousThis Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous negotiations and agreements.
