Warranty and Remedy5.1 The Seller warrants that the goods are of merchantable quality and free from defects in material and workmanship. The Seller shall replace or repair any defective goods at its own expense within a reasonable time after being notified by the Buyer of any such defects.5.2 The Buyer shall inspect the goods upon receipt and notify the Seller of any defects or damage within a reasonable time after discovery. The Buyer shall provide sufficient evidence to support its claims, including photographs, videos, or written descriptions of the defects or damage.5.3 The Seller shall not be responsible for any defects or damage to the goods caused by improper use, negligence, or intentional misconduct by the Buyer or its representatives. TheBuyer shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to improper use or failure to follow the Seller's instructions.6. Force Majeure6.1 Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Contract due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, fires, explosions, earthquakes, floods, droughts, or other natural disasters. Such events shall be deemed "Force Majeure" events.6.2 In the event of a Force Majeure event, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party and provide sufficient evidence to support its claims of inability to perform its obligations under this Contract. The affected party shall take all reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure event and resume performance of its obligations as soon as reasonably possible.6.3 If a Force Majeure event continues for a period exceeding [Force Majeure Period], either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the other party. The termination shall become effective upon receipt of such notice by the other party.7. Termination for Breach7.1 Either party may terminate this Contract immediately by providing written notice to the other party in the event that: (a) the other party fails to perform any of its obligations under this Contract; (b)。
