The Third Committee of General Assembly,

Recalling Articles 6, 9, and 17 of the ICCPR,

Reaffirming that UN General Assembly, along with the UN Human Rights Council (HRC), has led the UN’s efforts on improving the status and protecting the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT)people,

Paying attention to Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other UN conventions to be free from discrimination and to not face acts of violence, torture, and cruelty, General assembly third,

1. Urges the United Nations to improve LGBT Foundation, is mainly used for discrimination against LGBT areas of financial assistance, and to help guide the local government to improve the situation, to ensure that LGBT been more fair and equitable treatment;

2. Calls upon States to support the maintenance of local conditions LGBT struggle;

3. Encourages LGBT perfect security mechanism in the political, religious, cultural, military, and education;

4. Welcomes the country from whatever other sources to provide support for the protection of LGBT rights;

5. The proposed optimization within the United Nations on LGBT health care system;

6. Urges States to respect the tradition, to support our bill and attitudes towards LGBT's;

7. Emphasizes the fundamental importance of Legal Status and Protection of the Rights of LGBT reform in the United Nations as a contribution to the strengthening of the international civil service;

8. Calls upon all States to strengthen the fight against human rights violations of LGBT, so everyone can be treated fairly, provide a good environment for social justice and uphold human rights.
