一、课程标准要求
《初中英语新课程标准》的语言技能八级目标规定:能写出连贯且结构完整的短文,叙述事情或表达观点和态度;能在写作中做到文体规范、语句通顺。

这一规定是我们教师开展英语写作教学的标准依据。

二、教材分析
本节课所要掌握的主要内容是根据写作要求,收集和准备有关描写人的素材、列出文章大致纲要,根据写作纲要完成写作,在写作中能够使用一些连词、词组和句型等。

因此,本节课的教学设计就以这些教学内容为核心,创设情景,引导学生进行人物描写。

三、学情分析
通过对Reading,Speaking,及Listening的学习,学生对人物外貌描写有一定的基础。

四、学习目标
1.能根据写作要求,收集和准备有关描写人的素材,例如:如何描述一个人的外貌,工作中使用的工具,职能和技能等等;能简单描述人物,介绍其职业特征,并适当补充及拓展。

2.能根据所提及话题列出文章大致纲要。

3.能根据所列纲要,按要求完成写作(分别描述外貌,工作工具,工作职能及技能); 使用一些连词,词组和句型(例如and, but, so, be good at, His/Her job is to---等)。

4.通过本次教学,激发学生用英语进行人物描写的兴趣。

五、教学重难点
能描述一个人的外貌,工作中使用的工具,职能和技能等,能简单描述人物,介绍其职业特征。

六、教学策略
在教学中,教师积极设置情境引入,配合媒体,表情,激发学生兴趣,以读带写。

而且,要充分利用和发挥基本的教学媒体,如课本,课件,学案,教师的身体语言以及板书的作用。

教学反思:
本节课以情境创设、自主探究为主,学生积极参与,充分体现新课程以学生为主体的教学观。

而且学生参与活动体验感情,达到知识内化,符合新课程的教学理念。

我从写出描写人物外貌的单词进行导入,作业时又让学生物围绕妈妈或爸爸的外貌、职业、技能等特征写一篇人物描写小短文,充分将首尾联系在一起,达到浑然天成的作用。

为了上好本节课,我安排了四个环节,即课前准备、课堂活动、课堂小结和家庭作业。

在课堂活动环节中我安排了四个活动,即预习情况交流、写作技能培养、学习成果展示和课堂小结等,充分调动了学生参与的积极性,激发了学生参与及学习的兴趣。

本节课大多数学生都能积极参与课堂,而且课堂效果比较高。

整个教学设计是由简单到繁杂,一步步地引导学生去写、去画、去观察、去思考、再去动笔、去改错,并在改错的基础上引导学生去观察短文,知道短文有几段,分别描写什么,用什么时态等,在以上基础上才要求学生去写一篇完整的文章,大多数学生觉得有话可写,写得也比较好。

但也有缺点,就是课上教师的鼓励性语言少,而且教师的指导还不是很到位,个别学生的写作积极性有待进一步激发出来。

《8A Unit 6 Jobs (Writing)》教学设计修改说明:这一堂交这个教学设计时我就已经是上了的,后来通过学习我再次上了这一个内容 我们教研组的老师也给了我建议,所以我作出了以下修改:
一是增加了课程标准要求、教材分析部分。

因为只有准确把握课程标准要求和教材设计的意图,才能正确确定教学目标和设计科学合理的教学过程。

二是使能力目标更准确。

因为本节课学习,不仅使学生能根据写作要求,收集和准备有关描写人的素材,能简单描述人物,介绍其职业特征,并适当补充及拓展,能根据所提及话题列出文章大致纲要,能根据所列纲要,按要求完成写作,并使用一些连词,词组和句型,而且能够激发学生用英语进行人物描写的兴趣。

这一修改来源于我们教研组一些经验丰富的老师建议。

三是增加了教学策略设计部分。

因为一节是否能够成功,根据教学需要设计出科学的教学方法,有利于做到有的放矢,提高教学效果。

四是加入了“家庭作业”这一环节。

因为根据我校英语科组长的意见,像这一内容,最好应布置家庭作业,让学生描写自己的人,如学生的妈妈或者爸爸,有助于激发学生描写人物特征的兴趣和积极性。

五是是我通过本次学习,我对反思的书写有一个更深的认识,因此我修改了反思。

我从本节课的优点与缺点来写了这个反思 而不是再像原来那样写得比较笼统 只写优点,而没有缺点,那样对我今后的发展也无多少益处,所以在今后反思中,我还得坚持呈现亮点并在以后的课堂中发扬优点,发现缺点 以便在今后教学中改正。
