编码解码芯片PT2262/PT2272芯片原理及编码说明PT2262/2272是台湾普城公司生产的一种CMOS工艺制造的低功耗低价位通用编解码电路,PT2262/2272最多可有12位(A0-A11)三态地址端管脚(悬空,接高电平,接低电平),任意组合可提供531441地址码,PT2262最多可有6位(D0-D5)数据端管脚,设定的地址码和数据码从17脚串行输出,可用于无线遥控发射电路。
编码芯片PT2262发出的编码信号由:地址码、数据码、同步码组成一个完整的码字,解码芯片PT2272接收到信号后,其地址码经过两次比较核对后,VT脚才输出高电平,与此同时相应的数据脚也输出高电平,如果发送端一直按住按键,编码芯片也会连续发射。
当发射机没有按键按下时,PT2262不接通电源,其17脚为低电平,所以315MHz 的高频发射电路不工作,当有按键按下时,PT2262得电工作,其第17脚输出经调制的串行数据信号,当17脚为高电平期间315MHz的高频发射电路起振并发射等幅高频信号,当17脚为低平期间315MHz的高频发射电路停止振荡,所以高频发射电路完全收控于PT2262的17脚输出的数字信号,从而对高频电路完成幅度键控(ASK调制)相当于调制度为100%的调幅。

The MSB is transmitted first.ACKNOWLEDGE SIGNALDuring the ninth clock pulse, the microprocessor puts a resistive “high” level on the DATA line. If the peripheral audio processor (PT2259) acknowledges, it will pull the DATA line from a “high” state to a “low” state during this acknowledge clock phase so that the DATA line is in a stable “low” state during this clock pulse. Please refer to the diagram below.The audio processor that has been address (PT2259) must generate an “acknowledge” signal after receiving each byte or the DATA line will remain at the “high” level during the ninth clock pulse. TRANSMISSION WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGEIf you do not wish the audio processor (PT2259) to detect the “acknowledge” signal, a simpler microprocessor transmission method can be used: after PT2259 has received a byte wait for one clock pulse and do not acknowledge it. If this approach is used, however, there is a greater chance for faulty operations to occur and noise immunity will be decreased.Volume Controller IC PT2259 I2C START TIMEWhen PT2259 is powered on, a short period must elapse before voltage becomes stable. 基于PT2258的AV5.1多声道音响控制系统引言随着居民收入的增加,消费者早已容易获得较好的、廉价的视频及音频信号源,如RADIO、TV、CD、VCD、DVD 等,特别是VCD、DVD 的普及,人们普遍把AV 功放搬回家,逐步实现了家庭影院的声响效果。
然而上述音频信号源都有各自独立的音响,声道也是独立控制的,使用时既繁琐,又不能让众多音频源共享AV 功放优质的声响,减少了使用的乐趣。
在这种背景下,针对目前家庭众多音频信号源控制离散的问题,我们研制开发了基于PT2258 的AV5.1 音响控制系统,提供一种具有较高性价比、方便使用的红外遥控音频控制平台,将各种音频信号源选择输入至AV 功放,统一控制。
该控制系统已成功运用于深圳某音响企业,效果良好。
1 硬件电路构成本设计以Microchip 公司的PICl6C56 为主控IC,系统硬件电路框图如图1 所示。
通过模拟开关选择音频信号源,输入至声道音量控制芯片PT2258 中,由主控IC 接收、分析键盘模块或红外遥控的数据,控制PT2258 实现音量的升降、重音增减、静音开关等功能,最后输出至后续的AV 功放。
1.1 声道控制PT2258 PT2258 是普诚公司推出的CMOS 工艺制造的声道音量控制IC。
其工作电压范围宽(5~9 V),6 声道设计(O~一79 dB),极低噪声(S/Nl00 dB),高分辨率(100 dB),极少的外围电路以及与处理器方便连接的I2C 控制总线,使其在汽车音响、电脑多媒体、AV 环绕视听等方面具有广泛的应用,是AV 多声道音响系统极佳的音量控制元件。
PT2258 外围电路连接如图2 所示。
PT2258 的前级INl~IN6 接音源的6 个声道(通过前级模拟开关的选择),后级0UTl~0UT6 输出至左、中、右、左后、右后及超重低音6 个有源音箱;第。

ADJUSTABLE TENSION BLOCK SCREW – By turning the brass screw, the tension on the dialcan be adjusted. I f the tension is too light, it may not allow the dial to seat properly; and will make the dial difficult to move.2. OPERATING HANDLE – The operating handle, when depressed, moves the table up anddown.3. TABLE STOP CLAMP – The stop limits the right hand travel of the table, which controls the leftmargin.4. DEPTH OF IMPRESSION SCREW – The depth of impression adjustment screw limits theupward travel of the table. Turning the screw outward (clockwise), will allow the table to move further upward.5. TABLE RELEASE LEVER – By depressing this handle, the table can be manually moved to theright margin stop.6. SPACING ADJUSTMENT SCREW –The screw has a jam nut, which must loosen foradjustment. This screw limits the downward travel of the table. Turning the screw inward (upward) will allow the table to move further downward. By adjusting the downward limit of the table travel, letter spacing can be controlled.Note: Before adjustment, the machine may single space, fail to space, or create multiple spaces. For each different character size or if material thickness changes, an adjustmentmay need to be made. During adjustment, make sure the handle is returned to the fullupright position.7. TABLE INSERT LOCKING SCREW – This screw secures the table insert. After loosening thescrew, the insert can be moved backwards and forwards. Engraved markings on the left hand edge of the insert are provided for reference purposes. Each increment measures 1/16”. An arrow index is stamped on the left hand side.8. DIAL SELECTOR K NOB – The dial selector knob positions the character to be stamped. Apointer, fastened to the top of the casting above the dial, points to the character selected.Caution: Be careful not to accidentally stamp the table. KEEP HANDS CLEAR OF THE TABLE. Each time the handle is depressed, a character is stamped and the table moves one space to the left. Moving the handle a half stroke and back up, will advance the table without stamping a character. 功能描述
总线接口
数据传输是通过微处理器PT2258 的SDA和SCL。
SDA和SCL组成总线接口。
应该指出的是,上拉电阻必须连接到正电源电压。
数据有效性
只有在SCL信号为高状态时,在SDA线上的数据是有效和稳定的。
当SCL信号为低时,才能改变SDA线的高和低的状态。
请参考下面的图。
启动和停止条件
开始时激活条件,1)SCL设置为高2)SDA的变化由高到低的状态。
停止条件被激活时,1)SCL设置为高2)SDA的变化从低到高的状态。
请参阅下面的时序图。
字节格式
每一个字节发送到SDA线由8位构成。
每个字节必须遵循一个应答位。
MSB首先发送。
确认
在应答时钟脉冲,主(µP)预置一个关于SDA线电阻持续的高电平。
外围(音频处理器)确认有向下拉(低)SDA线,在应答时钟脉冲使SDA线稳定在低状态在这个时钟脉冲。
请参考下面的图。
音频处理器在收到每个字节产生一个应答信号,要不以后,SDA线在第九(第九)个时钟脉冲将保持在高电平。
在这种情况下,主发射机可以产生停止信息,以便中止传输。
未经确认的传输
如果你想避免承认音频处理器检测,一个简单的µP传输也许使用。
等待一个时钟和不检查这一时钟确认,然后发送新的数据。
如果你用这种方法,有更大的机会错误操作以及降低抗。
接口协议
接口协议包括以下几个:
·一个启动条件
·一个芯片地址字节包括PT2258的地址。
该字节的第八位必须是“0”。
必须承认PT2258发送的每个字节的结束。
·一个数据序列(n个字节+确认)
·一个停止条件

PT2258的地址码取决于CODE1的状态(引脚号17)和CODE2(引脚号4)。
