An example for this could be a special inductor,capacitor or transformer which is not included in the design kit.Sonnet can be used to analyze those components"on the fly",or generate a full library of components models with trust worth electrical results.Sonnet EM Design ProcessThe following steps describe a typical process for creating and simulating a design with Sonnet Professional for Cadence Virtuoso.Define the stack-up and material properties.A simulation model for Sonnet Professional contains a number of layered dielectrics,conductor levels at the interface between dielectric layers and vias to connect different conductor levels.To simulate a layout in Sonnet,these material properties and definitions("technology")are required.Typically,the EDA support group will define and qualify a technology file for a Cadence library and release that to the RFIC designers.This is an easy and straightforward process once the material properties are known,because that definition is fully menu and dialog driven.When a designer creates a Sonnet simulation view of a cell,that pre-defined Sonnet technology file will be automatically loaded from the Cadence library.Make Sonnet View.Based on the layout view of a cell,the designer can easily create the Sonnet analysis view for that cell.If the cell layout contains hierarchy,the hierarchy will be resolved to create a flattened Sonnet EM view.Define the analysis box.With Sonnet's FFT based approach to method of Moments,it is necessary to define a finite analysis area("box")and a uniform sampling resolution("cell size").This defines the granularity for the analysis,and usually requires a trade off between analysis time and accuracy.The user defined cell size is very useful to control the meshing density of very complex shapes,to avoid over-meshing the circuit without any need for manual clean-up.Assign port numbers and properties.In Sonnet,circuit ports connect the analysed structure withthe outer circuit.Different port types are available fordifferent purposes.Cadence pins can be converted to Sonnetports fully automatically,based on the defined mapping.Where needed,feed lines will be extended to the boundaryof the analysis area automatically,and de-embedded fromthe analysis results.Define analysis frequencies.Sonnet uses the Method of Moments where the circuit is analysed at different frequencies of interest.With the unique Adaptive Band Synthesis (ABS)in Sonnet,an accurate wide band response can be obtained from a minimum number of EM simulated data points within a given frequency range.Using ABS,the designer only needs to enter the start and stop frequency.Of course, composite frequency sweeps are also possible,as well as a"DC"point.Save state(optional).An optional step after setting up all these parameters is to store the current"state"of the analysis settings for later re-use.This way,all settings can be loaded into a similar project easily.Define desired output format(optional).The desired analysis results can be for example S/Y/Z parameters,a schematic symbol with ADS or Spectre frequency domain data or a schematic symbol for broad band SPICE extracted data.The designer can define the desired output data before starting the Sonnet EM simulation,or generate the data later as a post processing task after EM analysis has finished.View simulation model in Sonnet(optional).If desired,the designer can take the simulation model as a2D or3D view to Sonnet,and review it in the Sonnet model editor. This is especially useful for complex multi layer circuits.The Sonnet interface will keep track of any manual changes,to makes sure that the Virtuoso view and the Sonnet view stay in sync.Simulate the circuit.The simulation can be started from within Cadence Virtuoso.The Sonnet analysis monitor will show analysis progress and an estimate of the memory requirement and total simulation time.View simulation results.When the simulation is done,simulation results can be viewed with the Sonnet plotting tool.It is possible to plot already available results while the analysis engine is still analysing more frequencies.Parameters like inductor L and Q or capacitor C and Q can be plotted immediately by using pre-defined equations.When the current distribution is of interest,the simulation can be configured to store current density data.That data can be visualized in various ways as2D or3D graphs.For a better understanding of the circuit,the current density or charge visualization can also be animated over time or frequency.Current density results can be exported to a spread sheet for post processing.In the current density image shown here,note the smooth display of the current distribution,which shows high edge current(required to calculate the conductor losses properly)and current crowding.This is one indication of the high resolution and high precision of the Sonnet analysis result.Back annotate results to the Cadence schematic.When the Sonnet analysis is finished, results are available in different formats.This includes both S/Y/Z-parameters for frequency domain simulation,as well as a broad band SPICE extraction for time domain (SPICE)simulation.Cadence schematic symbols to hold those Sonnet results are created fully automatically, with all the required mapping files.A sub-circuit schematic for the analysed cell is also created fully automatically.Example1Octagon inductor in the IHP250nm technology(SGB25V)with thick metal effects modeled. Diagnostic MessagesIn addition to the output, the LCD meter displays abbreviated operation, error,and warning messages for troubleshooting the transmitter. Messages appear according to their priority, with normal operating messages appearing last. Todetermine the cause of a message, use a Model 275 HART Communicator to further interrogate the transmitter. A description of each LCD diagnostic message follows.ErrorError messages appear on the LCD meter display to inform you of seriousproblems effecting the operation of the transmitter. The meter displays anerror message until the error condition is corrected, and the analog output isdriven to the specified alarm level. No other transmitter information isdisplayed during an alarm condition.1、FAILThe transmitter CPU board and the sensor module are incompatible. If you encounter this message, contact Rosemount Customer Central at800-999-9307 if you need assistance.2、Fail ModuleThe sensor module is disconnected or is malfunctioning. Verify that thesensor module ribbon cable is connected to the back of the electronics board. If the ribbon cable is properly connected, there is a problem withinthe sensor module. Possible sources of problems include:• Pressure or temperature updates are not being received in the sensor module.• A non-volatile memory fault that will effect transmitteroperation has been detected in the module by the memory verification routine.Some non-volatile memory faults are user-repairable. 尽管超临界 CO2清洗技术已经运用到半导体清 洗业中 ,但是对于超临界 CO2去除光刻胶的机理尚 不是非常清楚 ,由于超临界 CO2为非极性且其本身 的低结合能量 ,对于构成光刻胶主要成分的高分子 的溶解度并不高 ,图 3 为 W illiam s[ 18 ]所推测的超临 界 CO2与高分子之间相互作用力图解 。
Abstract: In this article, the research status and app lication foreground of supercritical fluid cleaning ( SCFC) technology was demonstrated. According to the study results in being, the feasibility and va2 lidity of SCFC was analyzed in the fields of M EM S, sem iconductors, metal oxidation contam inants, and comp lex elem ents and so on. The SCFC techno logy w ith CO2 was simp ly described. M ain p rob2 lem s and shortages for cleaning m ethods existed were compared. Finally, key technologies and availa2 ble p rojects for SCFC development were also p resented. Installation8.1GeneralThe respective national regulations, IEC/EN 60079-14 as well as the general rules of engineering which apply to the installation and operation of explosion protected apparatus must be observed!Improper installation and operation may result in the explosion protection method being compromised and invalidate the guarantee.8.2 Mounting luminaire8.2.1 Mounting bracketOnly use the accompanying mounting bracket! Securely fasten the mounting bracket to a suitable base with sufficient load-bearing capacity. The mounting should be secured with M8 bolts, lock washers and nuts.8.2.2 Pole mountingThe pole mounted light fitting is mounted and installed in the following order:–Unscrew the three recessed head screws in the cover of the pole connecting compartment, see fig. 5.1, item 1.–Open the connecting compartment by folding down the cover, see fig. 5.5, item 2.–Pull the stay shackle of the cable entry socket up to its stop and take off the cover plate, see fig. 5.5, item 3.–Remove the cable entry sockets from the guiding grooves in the connecting compartment.–Push the 42mm diameter pole (fig. 5.5, item 4) into the opening of the light fitting, see fig. 5.4.–Adjust the light fitting and screw down the preassembled M 6 special screws, applying a torque of 3.0 Nm, see fig. 5.5, item 5.–Introduce the cable through the tube and strip the insulation to the required length.–Introduce the cable through the Ex cable entry(KLE)and tighten it down with the pressure screw of the cable entry (see Technical data).–The complete support (with the cable being introduced) is put into the guiding grooves of the pole mounted light fitting, see fig. 5.5, item 6.–Lock the support with the stay shackle, see fig. 5.5, item 3.–Insert the cable into the pull-relief and tighten it down, see fig. 5.5, item 7.–Then connect the cable in accordance with the terminal marking.The minimum distance between the luminaire and illuminated surface, directly in front of the luminaire, is 0.5 meter. The lighting must not be illuminated when at a distance of less than 0.5m from inflammable material8.3 Cable entries/Plugs and Breathing valveThe “Increased safety (Exe)" properties must be preserved when mounting cable entry/plug and breathing valve. Unused holes must be closed with certified plug to establish the Exe protection category. The cable glands/plugs and breathing valve should be Ex tb certified if the whole product is Ex tb certified also. Cable entries sealing washer(if required by manual of cable gland/plug) must be used to obtain IP66.The authoritative mounting guidelines for thecable glands and breathing valve used must beobserved.Mounting the selected cable entries acc.type and dimensions of the main connection cablefollowing their manufacturer instructions. Thecable temperatures are given as the rise over themax. rated ambient (Tamb). This allows the userto adjust the cable specification for actualmaximum site ambient. Only heat resistant cableaccording to the data on the type label may beused! The max. conductor size is 6mm². Thestandard looping cable size is 4mm².8.4 System modes8.4.1 Independent system mode:8.4.1.1 In the event of a mains failure, anautomatic changeover to emergency operationoccurs.8.4.1.2 Battery Indicator Matrix:8.4.1.3 Battery charging:After first mainsconnection, an uninterrupted charging time for 24hours is strongly recommended. A charge-discharge activation cycle should be applied ifstored for more than 6 months.8.4.2 Inhibit switch system mode:8.4.2.1 The emergency light function can beseparately switched on and off via a inhibit switchinstalled outside in the event of a mains failure.8.4.2.2 If using the inhibit switch, remove the wireon the small terminal (refer wiring diagram).8.5 Opening/closing the luminaire8.5.1 GeneralThe equipment must be de-energised beforeopening! All gasket seals must be clean andundamaged before closing the luminaire! Makesure the luminaires is fully closed beforeoperation!8.5.2 Exe chamber coverOpen the buckles and remove the PC cover. And carryout the steps in reverse order to close the luminaire.Check all buckles to ensure a secure fit duringoperation.(Illustration 4 )8.6 Electrical connectionThe electrical connection of the luminaire must only becarried out by qualified electricians.Make sure the supply voltage is the same as theluminaire voltage! Use proper supply wiring asspecified on the nameplate of the luminaire and in thisinstructions! Excessive tightening may affect or damagethe connection.8.6.1 Wire connectionThe conductors shall be connected with special care inorder to maintain the explosion category.The conductor itself shall not be damaged.The min. and max. conductor cross-sectionsshall be observed (see technical data). Allterminals, used and unused, shall be tightenedbetween 1.2Nm for Exe T6P and 0.6~0.8Nm forMK3/2/E. Main connection: See wiring diagram.Remove the single core cable which shorts theterminals of MK3/2/E when installing the inhibitswitch.Type of connected conductors: Rigid with cablelug, flexible with ferrule, pin cable lug or cablelug.9. Putting into operationPrior to putting the apparatus into operation, the testsspecified in the relevant national regulations shall becarried out. Insulation measurements may only becarried out between PE and the external conductor L1(L2, L3) as well as between PE and N.-Measurement voltage: Max. 1.5 KV AC-Measurement current: Max.5 mA-The luminaire may only be operated when closed.-It is generally recommended (see IEC/EN 60079-14)that you ensure the type of protection of theconstruction is not impaired during installation.10. Maintenance/Servicing10.1 GeneralThe relevant national regulations which apply to themaintenance/servicing of electrical apparatus inexplosive atmospheres, shall be observed (EN/IEC60079-17). The interval between maintenance dependsupon the ambient conditions and the hours ofoperation. The recommendations given within EN/IEC60079-17 for recurring checks must be observed.10.2 ChecksThe equipment must be de-energised before openingVisual inspection should be carried out at a minimumof 12 monthly intervals and more frequently ifconditions are severe, refer to EN/IEC 60079-17. Thetime between luminaire changes could be veryinfrequent and this is too long a period withoutinspection.10.3 Routine ExaminationDuring maintenance, the parts affecting the levelof protection must be checked in particular:-Ensure the luminaire is lit when energised andexamine the enclosure and cover for any signs ofcracks and damage.-When de-energised and left to cool, there should beno significant sign of internal moisture. If there aresigns of water ingress, the luminaire should be openedup, dried out, and any likely ingress points eliminatedby re-gasketing, re-greasing or other replacement.-Check the gasket of pc cover and LED housing for anydamage or permanent set and replace as required.-Check wiring into terminals, glands and blanking plugsare securely fitted.-To maintain the light output, clean the protective pccover periodically with a damp cloth or a mild cleaningfluid.If this product is used in the combustible dust area, theoutside of the enclosure must be cleaned on a regularbasis to prevent accumulation of dust.7. Repairs and overhaul may only be carriedout with genuine Eaton Crouse-Hinds spare parts.In the case of battery failure, the battery pack must be replaced as a complete unit from the manufacture.Replacement of the battery shall only be carried out by the manufacturer or suitably qualified persons on behalf of the manufacturer.Only use original spare parts. If the luminaire waspreviously in operation then wait to cool enough before opening. Repairs that affect the explosion protection, may only be carried out by Eaton Crouse-Hinds or a qualified electrician in compliance with the applicable national rules. It’s located underneath the top ter -minal cover between terminals 21 and 22 and is acti -vated with a pointed object (e.g. a ballpoint pen).Pressing the enable key activates the “change parame -ters” operating mode (key off):Pressing the enable key again disables the “change parameters” operating mode (key on):If no keys are pressed for a period of about 2 minutes, the “change parameters” operating mode is exited auto -matically and disabled (key on).b) Changing Parameter Values➭Briefly press the enabling key as described in pointa) above (this activates the “change parameters” operating mode).➭See the operating overview on the back with regardto changing the parameters.➭Press and hold the ENTER key until the firmware ver -sion appears (red background).➭Press the UP key. The display test appears.Briefly press and hold the ENTER key in order to dis -play two further test patterns.➭Then repeatedly press the UP key until the parame -ter to be changed appears at the display.➭Briefly press the ENTER key in order to access thesetting menu.➭The input cursor blinks at the leftmost entry posi -tion. Each tine the ENTER key is pressed the cursor is advanced to the next position to the right. The value of the blinking digit can be increased bypressing the UP key.
