“四新技术” 在市政道路工程中的应用【摘要】随着当前我国经济的不断发展与进步,交通建设工程的发展也伴随着技术含量不断地提升,在交通运输部提出“品质工程”的创建过程中,新兴的技术、材料等逐渐引起了人们的重视。
本文笔者主要从新技术、新材料、新设备及新工艺四个方面来分析当前市政道路工程建设过程中的相关内容,为创建“品质工程”,实现市政道路规范化科学研究、设计、施工以及养护管理等奠定基础。
【关键词】市政道路;四新技术;应用改革开放以来,我国市政道路工程建设得到了迅猛的进步和发展,多数市政道路工程达到了世界先进水平,量变促进质变——“品质工程”的创建也提上了日程,同时“四新技术”(新工艺、新技术、新材料、新设备)等方面的积极推广及应用,也进一步有效提高了市政道路工程建设技术指标,改善了市政道路工程建设质量。
一、“四新技术”的研究现状进入二十一世纪以来,制造不再是主题,创造也不再是口号,《厉害了,我的国》更体现出国内各行各业的创新与发展,同样在当前国内市政道路建设过程中所使用的先进建筑材料、设备以及技术工艺等都进一步地使得我国的市政道路工程建设能够更加朝着专业化、标准化、信息化、优质化的方向前进。
在实际的市政道路工程建设养护管理过程中,一方面需要对市政道路工程建设过程中的一系列问题进行深入分析和研究,同时还需要对品质问题进行高度的重视。
成本的降低、效率的提升、品质的提高,使人们认识到“四新技术”在市政道路工程建设过程中发挥的巨大作用,于是从建设方重视到设计方研究,再到施工方的逐项落实及创新,各项新技术在市政道路工程建设过程中逐渐地得以应用及发展,为提出创建“品质工程”这一目标提供了强有力的技术保障。
二、“四新技术”在市政道路建设及管理当中的作用1四新技术的推广及转让在现阶段交通科技成果的登记管理在一定程度上已经形成了巨大的数据网络及信息库,目前全国交通科技成果已超过5000多项,同时在交通行业的发展过程中,借助对新兴科学技术的推广和普及往往能够有效地实现市政道路建设过程中新型模式的发展。

新4#高炉检修休、送风方案
新4#高炉定于2012年3月12日8:00至16:00计划检修8h,为确保休送风及检修的顺利进行,以及送风后炉况尽快恢复,特制定此方案。
一、检修组织机构

职责:
1、负责备品备件、检修计划修订等休风前的准备工作。
2、负责休风、送风方案的制定和执行。
3、负责检修过程组织、协调、指挥等,确保检修工作有计划、有组织、有步骤的安全、顺利进行。
二、休风前准备工作
1、工长认真学习并严格执行休送风方案。
2、值班室工长注意调整好炉况,确保休风前炉况顺行、炉温充沛、渣铁流动性良好,并准备好炉喉人孔用备件及点
火工具。
3、各工种仔细点检所属设备,保障休风前设备运转正常。
4、保证现场照明、各吊运机械设备运转正常,备品备件充足。
5、各班认真组织学习检修安全要点。
6、准备焦丁30t用于储铁沟保温。
7、备自产泥1斗,以备堵风口用。
8、各工种备好禁止合闸牌。
9、保证检修人员充足。
三、休风料单及注意事项
确保3月12日出净渣铁后,于8:00准时休风,计划休风8h,值班室工长必须做好以下工作:
1、计划休风料如下:
负荷料(共四段):
第一段:加负荷料4批,负荷2.8t/t,矿批69t,机烧比65%,焦批23.8t/批,焦丁0.8 t/批,焦比541kg/t(焦炭水分按10%计算);
第二段:加负荷料10批,负荷3.2t/t,矿批不变,机烧比65%,焦批20.8t/批,焦丁0.8 t/批,焦比475kg/t(焦炭水分按10%计算)。
第三段:加负荷料10批,负荷3.7t/t,矿批不变,机烧比65%,焦批17.8 t/批,焦丁0.8t/批,焦比410kg/t(焦炭水分按10%计算)。
第四段:加负荷料至休风,负荷4.0t/t,矿批不变,机烧比65%,焦批16.5t/批,焦丁0.8t/批,焦比381kg/t(焦炭水分按10%计算)。
全炉负荷:3.48 t/t
全炉焦比:434 kg/t
2、以高炉5.5批/h料速情况下,休风料应该在12日夜班1:00~2:00左右入炉,夜班可根据实际情况决定(保证开
始减风时第一段休风料在炉腰位置)。
3、减负荷,加净焦后煤气利用率必将下降,夜班必须结合煤气利用率和炉温情况提高燃料比水平。
4、夜班炉温[Si+Ti]=0.35%~0. 5%左右为宜,PT>1470℃,休风炉次炉温[Si+Ti]=0.4%~0.6%,PT>1490℃。
5、按正常作业程序停煤、停氧。
停氧后将流量调节、压力调节、快切阀关闭,并且到富氧站内关闭手动截止阀。
6、休风时炉顶空受料斗及料罐,槽下空矿仓秤斗。
在减风前必须注意控制要料。
要求休风后200℃<TT≤250℃。
7、休风过程随风压和顶压降低,看水工逐渐控制所漏冷却设备的水量。
上料工控制气密箱氮气量和水量。
8、休风后可通知风机停机。
三、休风工长作业项目
1、待燃气工段处理完煤气后打炉顶南北人孔点火,点火前必须通知风口前作业人员远离风口。
2、休风后所有风口堵泥,厚度200mm。
3、倒流时,控制倒流休风阀开度,保证倒流温度<1200℃。
检查各风口,是否向下流渣。
风口作业结束后,及时关倒
流。
4、休风后1h,软水减至2800m3/h,3h后软水泵停1台(控软水至2000m3/h)。
5、休风后3个炉顶放散清灰。
6、安排仪表处理炉身静压力、炉顶摄像。
7、校核炉顶参数:包括α角、β角、γ角,并做落点布料试验。
四、送风准备工作
1、工长提前4h联系风机启机。
2、送风装置上严,各风口试压,发现跑风及时处理。
3、联系燃气工段翻阀。
4、联动试车正常。
炉前具备出铁条件。
电气、空压风、冷却水、氧气、氮气、混和煤气系统供应正常。
5、通知水泵起软水泵,开软水流量至2800m3/h。
6、清理作业区卫生。
五、送风方案
1、明确送风时间后,提前1h将风送至排风阀。
2、要求炉前提前备足捅风口钎。
3、送风时堵1#、9#、12#、16#、24#、27#风口,捅开重新堵泥200mm厚。
送风前待试完风,确认所有送风装置不跑
风后按要求捅开其它风口。
4、试风过程若有跑风立即处理,需要休风处理的果断休风处理。
5、送风料制:原有料制,矿批69t。
6、送风过程中视风温能力逐步提高风温,视负荷恢复喷煤。
7、3800m3/min风量以前,优先加风,前期加风快一点,有利于出渣铁和气流形成。
3800m3/min风量以后,优先赶料
线,如出现连续崩滑料、渣铁受憋等状况,风量可维持在3800m3/min左右,等情况好转后继续加风。
8、送风后随加风,根据热负荷上升趋势及水温差逐渐提水量。
9、送风前具备出铁条件。
送风后立即组织里外眼清理及升温、装炮、试车等工作。
风量达2500m3/min时组织开铁口出
铁。
确保出尽渣铁。

附件1:新4#高炉检修安全要点
1、按检修计划所列检修项办理安全措施票,一项一票。
2、所有进入现场作业人员劳保穿戴齐全、规范。
3、运转设备检修停机、断电、挂牌确认(执行自动化部倒闸操作票制度),必要时固锁。
作业时有专人监护,试车联系
确认到位。
4、煤气系统(煤气区)检修作业防护站专业人员进行全程CO监测。
严禁在煤气管道上搭接地线和脚手架。
5、高空作业系好安全带,严禁向下抛掷物体、工具,防高空坠落和落物伤害。
6、铁道线作业专人监护。
7、吊装作业选好站位,专人指挥,吊索具检查好,吊装司索牢固。
8、电气系统检修停机、断电、验电、挂牌。
9、动力介质系统检修,切断动力源、泄压后方可作业,停送专人指挥。
10、焊接作业防止火花飞溅伤人,防止火灾、爆炸事故发生,氧气瓶与乙炔气瓶距离符合要求。
11、交叉作业作业方分别安排专人监护、协调。
12、闭塞空间作业办理《闭塞空间作业许可证》。
13、禁火区作业严禁吸烟、现场配备灭火器材。
动火作业办理《动火许可证》。
14、夜间施工检修作业,安全照明保证充足。
15、特种作业人员持证操作。
16、检修后及时恢复破坏的安全防护设施。
附件2:检修煤气处理安全要点(安全科)
1、高炉休风后翻并网、均压、热风炉盲板阀组。
2、热风炉盲板阀组、均压盲板阀组关闭后,进行氮气置换并末端一氧化碳检测合格。
3、确认TRT入口盲板阀组关闭后,TRT入口取点进行氮气置换并末端一氧化碳检测合格。
4、并网盲板阀组关闭后,进行氮气置换,所有箱体放散打开,开启反吹设备进行箱体置换、降温。
5、上灰仓温度低于60℃以下后,停止并网氮气吹扫和各箱体反吹。
打开荒、净主管道末端人孔,打开并网阀前人孔,
TRT入口眼镜阀前人孔。
6、置换一氧化碳检测合格后,停止置换、关闭氮气罐入口阀门并泄压,所有吹扫点有效断开并挂牌。
附件3:检修完毕引煤气安全要点(安全科)
1、所有检修完毕,恢复检修破坏的安全设施,清理完检修现场,检修人员撤离。
2、引煤气前高炉值班工长通知动力厂TRT岗位。
确认所有人孔密封,确认待投箱体上、下球阀关闭,确认待投箱体放
散打开。
3、接高炉通知,打开并网、均压盲板阀,确认并网蝶阀处于关闭状态。
打开并网放散,接高炉通知引煤气。
4、箱体及并网经充分放散后,并网取点取样,做爆发试验(防护站保存爆发实验记录)合格后,打开并网蝶阀,关闭所
有箱体放散,关闭并网放散,告知动力厂煤气入网。
5、开始引煤气及引煤气过程中组织人员现场检测检查检查,确认系统无煤气泄漏点。
