REOB改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料压实特性

REOB改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料压实特性倪晖;郭德栋【摘要】制备废弃机油残留物(recycled engine oil bottom,REOB)质量分数不同的乳化沥青,并分别与回收沥青路面(reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)料拌制冷再生混合料,采用马歇尔击实方法成型试件,通过测定试件的宏观空隙率,并采用棒状色谱分析仪检测混合料表面沥青4组分的质量分数的变化,进而分析不同REOB的质量分数对REOB改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料压实特性的影响规律.结果表明,REOB质量分数为6%的混合料表面沥青4组分中芳香分和饱和分的总质量分数明显增加,胶质和沥青质的总质量分数明显减少,对RAP料中的旧沥青具有明显的软化作用,混合料表面的沥青黏结性能提高,混合料压实效果得到明显改善,试件空隙率明显减小.【期刊名称】《山东交通学院学报》【年(卷),期】2019(027)003【总页数】5页(P43-47)【关键词】空隙率;沥青4组分;REOB改性乳化沥青;冷再生;压实特性【作者】倪晖;郭德栋【作者单位】山东交通学院交通土建工程学院,山东济南 250357;山东交通学院交通土建工程学院,山东济南 250357【正文语种】中文【中图分类】U414.10 引言近年来,我国交通运输业迅速发展,公路通行里程持续增长,各级公路先后进入“大中修”及养护阶段,每年都会因此产生大量的废旧沥青路面材料。

这些废旧材料既占用了大量的土地资源,又造成严重的环境污染。

乳化沥青冷再生技术可以实现旧沥青路面材料的再生利用,是一种节能环保的绿色低碳技术,因此在交通运输行业得到越来越广泛的关注。

国内对乳化沥青冷再生技术的研究起步较晚,目前主要针对普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料压实特性进行研究,对废弃机油残留物(recycled engine oil bottom,REOB)改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料压实特性的研究较少[1-3]。

REOB改性乳化沥青是用适当比例的废弃机油残留物代替基质沥青配制而成的混合料,对旧沥青具有再生功能[4-7]。

在金属腐蚀数据表格前面我还列出了一些常规的选材方式,常用材料选用表格,和一些特别的腐蚀数据及其选材方法(粗略选材用)。

由于各种不同塑料橡胶耐腐蚀的差别明显,而且能承受的温度跨度太大。

所以在前面腐蚀数据对照表中我并未编写,而是先将常用的辅助塑料橡胶以表格(粗略选材用)的形式在前面列出。

其后以文字的形式对各种塑料橡胶进行了阐述,最后以另一种形式做出了非金属腐蚀数据表格。

当然这只是一本为方便而编写的手册,所以其中会舍弃许多腐蚀数据,所以仅能作为参考,查阅需核实后再选择。

如果查阅不到请查其他相关手册或者直接与本人联系。

由于时间仓促,本人经验有限,所以书中难免会有漏洞与错误,欢迎指正修改。

它的特性和PA11相似,但晶体结构不同。

PA12是很好的电气绝缘体并且和其它聚酰胺一样不会因潮湿影响绝缘性能。

它有很好的抗冲击性机化学稳定性。

PA12有许多在塑化特性和增强特性方面的改良品种。

和PA6及PA66相比,这些材料有较低的熔点和密度,具有非常高的回潮率。

PA12对强氧化性酸无抵抗能力。

PA12的粘性主要取决于湿度、温度和储藏时间。

它的流动性很好。

收缩率在0.5%到2%之间,这主要取决于材料{TodayHot}品种、壁厚及其它工艺条件。

典型应用范围:水量表和其他商业设备,电缆套,机械凸轮,滑动机构以及轴承等尼龙6,学名:聚已内酰胺{ [ NH ( CN2)5 CO ]n},英文名:polycaprolactam简称PA6。

化学和物理特性:PA6是半透明或不远明乳白色结晶形聚合物。

燃烧成蓝底黄火焰,烧植物味。

熔融温度较PA66低,加工性能比其他PA好。

制件有较高冲击强率,载荷分散性、柔软性好,热塑性、轻质、韧性好、耐耐环己酮和芳香溶剂和耐久性好工作温度80-1000C,低温脆化温度-20至-300C,熔点:215℃。

热分解温度:300℃。

密度:1.13g/cm3。

平衡吸水率:3.5%。

适于轻载荷条件下使用,具有良好的耐磨性、自润滑性和耐溶剂性。

有较好的消振,降噪能力。

可作机器仪表、仪器零件、电线电缆的绝缘;用玻纤增强后可制作齿轮、泵叶。

但PA6吸水性很大,饱和吸水率高达10%左右,影响性能;又因介电常数较大,不宜用作高频低损耗材料。

PA6的化学物理特性和PA66很相似,然而,它的熔点较低,而且工艺温度范围很宽。

它的抗冲击性和抗溶解性比PA66要好但吸湿性也更强。

弹性比PA66大,疲劳强度钢性,耐热性低于尼龙66,因为塑件的许多品质特性都要受到吸湿性的影响,因此使用PA6设计产品时要充分考虑到这一点。
