山西原平市范亭中学丁春玲经常有人问我教英语是不是有什么诀窍,为什么我带的班英语成绩总是那么好,我总是一下子概括不出什么方法和诀窍,只能微笑着回答:“哪有什么诀窍啊,也许是运气好吧!”后来有人说我小气,生怕经验被学走。
听了这话,我哈哈大笑,开玩笑说“一直被模仿,从未被超越!”玩笑归玩笑,今天利用这个机会,我谈谈自己对高中英语教学的浅薄之见,希望能和大家共同交流,共同切磋。
用较文的概括:走进学生,平等交流,构建和谐师生关系。
和谐的师生关系决定教学质量。
不过我还是更喜欢用较俗的来概括:做一个学生喜欢的老师!大部分学生是因为喜欢某位老师,才喜欢他所教授的科目。
和谐的师生关系就像催化剂一样,能够促使教学氛围、师生情感、教学效率得到最大化的提升!有人会问:谁不想做被学生喜欢的老师啊,可是该怎么做呢?一个很简单的方法,我们都做过学生,回忆一下我们最喜欢的老师们,把他们的优点总结出来,然后用在我们自己的教学中;或者在学生中做个详细调查,了解一下学生喜欢什么样的老师。
以下是我就个人的学习及工作历程总结出的几点经验:一、做一名阳光教师,使课堂轻松愉悦。
我最喜欢的小学老师是一名叫丁美涛的女老师,她辫子很长很长,脸上时时带着微笑,从她的眼睛里可以看到她的关爱,下课后她和我们做游戏,我们围着她,我最喜欢玩她的辫子,她从来显得厌烦过。
每每站在讲台上,我就想起她的音容笑貌,努力让自己向她学习,最初是在学习和培养那种阳光心态,后来慢慢成了阳光习惯,只要进了教室,我就会自然而然地展示给学生亲切的笑容,我会把自己想象成为学生的阳光,努力让每个学生感受到温暖和明媚。
课下,学生经常和我说很喜欢我的微笑,事实上,当我看到同学们那一张张纯真可爱,渴求知识的笑脸时,我就会发自内心地微笑。

英语学习兴趣的培养之我见仙桃市实验二小程桃荣从事英语教学十多年来,经常会有学生或家长真心请教:“程老师,学好英语有什么诀窍吗?”对于这样的提问,我最初觉得有点好笑,如果有什么诀窍,我早就毫无保留地教给学生了,那样我班上学生的英语成绩肯定就不存在不及格的现象了。
但是被问的多了,不禁若有所思。
是啊,学好英语确实没有什么捷径可走,特别是在大的语言环境缺失的情况下,学生学好一门外语的艰难可想而知。
但身为教师的我们,是否能尽我们所能让学生学的不那么辛苦呢?我决心从小的方面着手,一步一步慢慢来。
首先,当然是从一开始就要培养学生学习英语的兴趣及学好英语的决心了。
“兴趣是最好的老师。
”这是众所周知的名言。
但是如何激发他们学英语的兴趣呢?跟他们讲学好英语的重要性?有学生会不以为然:不学英语,我照样能找到工作养活我自己。
有的甚至振振有词:“我是中国人,不学ABC!”所以我没有在学生面前长篇大论的说教,而是选择潜移默化地让学生慢慢喜欢上这门学科。
上课之前,我会上网制作一些比较新颖的教学课件,这样上课的时候,学生们的注意力高度集中,收到了很好的教学效果。
德国教育家茅斯多惠说:“教学的艺术不在于传授本领,而在于激励、唤醒和鼓舞”。
在操练表演过程中,我特别注重对一些学习有困难学生的积极情绪的培养,多给他们机会,在语气、语调上加以适当的夸张,而且适当降低难度,使他们感受到学习英语、表演故事的乐趣。
这样一来他们还盼望着下节课还能有机会表演呢!因此,我们在积极情绪的培养中,要十分重视学生学习兴趣的激发和积极性的调动,并保持其稳定性和持久性。
同时,我也会把一些重点句型与孩子们耳熟能详的旋律结合起来,让他们边唱边学,边玩边学。
让我印象深刻的是,在教七年级上册Unit 10 Can you play the guitar?我就把Can you…? Yes,I can./No,I can’t..这个核心句型与儿歌“两只老虎”的旋律结合起来一起教,学生一下子就记住了这个句型。

为了达到这一目标,我努力扎实过硬的专业学科知识。
作为中学英语教师,要有流利的语音、语调、丰富的词汇、精通语法;具有很强的听、说、读、写、译的能力;通晓英美文学史,了解英语发展现状,预测英语科的未来趋势和社会作用;了解讲英语国家的历史地理、风俗习惯、文化传统及社会政治等诸多领域的知识。
而且还要掌握教法和教学技巧等方面的知识。
2.广博的科学文化素质英语是一门语言,它可以和任何一个学科,任何一个话题相结合。
中学英语教材涉及历史、地理、天气、医药、音乐、饮食、体育、影视、名人、互联网等等方面。
如果我们老师缺乏这方面的知识,在讲解这些文章时,就会感到力不从心,甚至会显得不如学生,降低老师的威信。
因此,我们英语老师的阅读面要广泛,利用闲暇时间多参加培训,为自己充电。
只有这样,老师才能在学生面前挥洒自如,游刃有余。
3.英语教师要具有高度的责任感作为英语教师,我们肩负着传播西方文明,沟通中西文化的神圣使命,是中西文化交流的桥梁。
英语教师要热爱教学事业,把它与培养适应未来社会发展的新型外语人才,乃至提高全民族素质的目标联系起来,并作为自己毕生奋斗的事业。
可以说,一个教师只有对自己从事的事业具有深刻的认识和感情,才会产生强烈的“自豪感,光荣感和责任感”,也才会自觉而努力地去战胜工作中遇到的困难和挫折,在平凡的工作岗位上创造辉煌。
教师一旦具有强烈的事业心和崇高的人品修养,就会感染学生,产生巨大的向心力,那么学生也会因为喜欢你从而喜欢你教的这门学科。
更重要的是,教师的人格对学生的影响是终身的,其意义远远大于知识的传授本身。
4.英语教师要热情活泼,多才多艺,而且要善于与人沟通。
英语是一门语言,而语言是交流的工具,交流就是要开口说话。
在英语课堂上要通过许许多多的课堂活动来操练单词、短语和句子。
老师活泼开朗,多才多艺,就会很容易和学生沟通,调动课堂气氛,从而使课堂“活”起来。

做学生最喜欢的英语老师,上学生最喜欢的英语课,是每个英语教师都追求的目标。
那么,如何才能成为学生喜欢的英语老师呢?在我看来英语教师独特的人格魅力,博爱的胸襟,尊重、理解、平等地对待每一个学生以及妙趣横生的课堂氛围都是不可或缺的因素。
【关键词】学生;喜欢;英语老师;人格魅力;学习兴趣;爱;公平一、引言随着教育形势的不断变化,学生对教师的期望也越来越高。
今天,我们的学生需要一个怎样的老师呢?面对这个问题,作为英语教师的我们就更值得去深思了。
二、做学生喜欢的英语老师,首先要具有自己独特的人格魅力1.教师的人格魅力体现为得体的仪容仪表教师的仪容仪表是教师内在素质和个人修养的外在体现。
教师的仪容仪表如何,将直接影响到教师的声誉,教学的质量和成效。
教师的仪容仪表对学生有着示范作用,是一种“润物无声”的教育方式。
因此,英语教师的仪容仪表要整洁、大方、端庄、斯文、雅气。
不注重自己的仪容仪表的英语老师是不可能成为学生喜欢的老师。
2.英语教师的人格魅力还体现在扎实的专业知识和精湛的教学能力上一个好的英语教师必须具有良好的基本功:一口纯正的英语发音,英文板书工整美观,善于使用body language及创设英语语言情景,英语课堂生动活泼。
学识渊博、专业精深、语言素养好的英语教师本人就是最好的语言环境。
3.教师的人格魅力源于高尚的师德师魂教师崇高的职业道德和美好的人格对学生思想情感的形成和发展起着举足轻重的作用。

做一个高素质的小学英语教师必须具备1、扎实的语言基本功,语音语调正确,语法句法章法规范,听说读写译技能熟练,具有较强的英语综合运用能力。
2、具有广博的英语专业知识,学习新课程的理念和创新,拓宽知识面,学习信息技术知识等。
3、具有良好的教育能力和教学技能。
能够深挖学科内容和学科特点结合学生的年龄特点,有针对性地广泛收集,深入挖掘,妥善处理教学素材,在教学当中让英语课堂走进学生的生活,尽量创设学英语,讲英语的生活环境,让学生大胆说英语用英语。
4、注重学习方法指导,培养学生良好的学习习惯,将课堂知识延伸到生活当中。
5、具有获取知识的能力,分析问题的能力,创新的能力,是个研究型的教师。
6、对学生有责任心和爱心,有足够的耐心和恒心。
为实现这一目标我决心做到:1、更新教育理念,学习先进的教育理念并运用到课堂当中。
2、加强基本功的训练,力求课堂情境化,生活化,具备扎实的语言基础知识,对西方文化背景知识有丰富的了解和掌握,培养学生跨文化交际能力。
学习多媒体课件的制作,加强三笔一画的训练、力求上课教学方法灵活多变。
3、做一个勤学善思的人,在问题中反思,在反思中实践,使自己的课堂教学逐步走向完善。
4、积极参加听课、评课、议课,汲取他人的长处,弥补自身的不足,完善教学。
5、努力营造有趣的教学氛围,把课堂变成师生交往互动的空间。

经常有人问我教英语是不是有什么诀窍,为什么我带的班英语成绩总是那么好,我总是一下子概括不出什么方法和诀窍,只能微笑着回答:“哪有什么诀窍啊,也许是运气好吧!”后来有人说我小气,生怕经验被学走。
听了这话,我哈哈大笑,开玩笑说“一直被模仿,从未被超越!”玩笑归玩笑,今天利用这个机会,我谈谈自己对高中英语教学的浅薄之见,希望能和大家共同交流,共同切磋。
用较文的概括:走进学生,平等交流,构建和谐师生关系。
和谐的师生关系决定教学质量。
不过我还是更喜欢用较俗的来概括:做一个学生喜欢的老师!
大部分学生是因为喜欢某位老师,才喜欢他所教授的科目。
和谐的师生关系就像催化剂一样,能够促使教学氛围、师生情感、教学效率得到最大化的提升!有人会问:谁不想做被学生喜欢的老师啊,可是该怎么做呢?一个很简单的方法,我们都做过学生,回忆一下我们最喜欢的老师们,把他们的优点总结出来,然后用在我们自己的教学中;或者在学生中做个详细调查,了解一下学生喜欢什么样的老师。
以下是我就个人的学习及工作历程总结出的几点经验:
一、做一名阳光教师,使课堂轻松愉悦。
我最喜欢的小学老师是一名叫丁美涛的女老师,她辫子很长很长,脸上时时带着微笑,从她的眼睛里可以看到她的关爱,下课后她和我们做游戏,我们围着她,我最喜欢玩她的辫子,她从来显得厌烦过。
每每站在讲台上,我就想起她的音容笑貌,努力让自己向她学习,最初是在学习和培养那种阳光心态,后来慢慢成了阳光习惯,只要进了教室,我就会自然而然地展示给学生亲切的笑容,我会把自己想象成为学生的阳光,努力让每个学生感受到温暖和明媚。
课下,学生经常和我说很喜欢我的微笑,事实上,当我看到同学们那一张张纯真可爱,渴求知识的笑脸时,我就会发自内心地微笑。
上课成了我最快乐的事情,生活中难免有苦恼和郁闷,可是只要微笑着快乐着上一节课,我就会忘记所有的愁苦,心情会变得充实愉悦。
有好多次下课后走在楼道里,我都忍不住哼起了小曲。
我经常在下课前真诚地感激学生说:“Thank you for your listening to me so attentively and thank you for bring me so much happiness and laughter!”在那时候,我会从心底说:当老师真好!
二、做一名魅力教师,使课堂更精彩。
美丽,使你引起别人的注意;睿智,使你得到别人的赏识;而魅力,却使你难以被人忘记。
我至今仍能记起我初中的语文老师霍宝玉讲过的精彩教学片段,霍老师在讲解语文语法时,旁征博引,谈古论今,让我们在欣赏故事和开阔眼界的同时学会了顶真,回文,双关,重叠,同感等较难的修辞手法。
我真心佩服霍老师的渊博,被他在课堂上所展示出的无穷魅力深深地吸引。
从教以来,我不敢有一丝倦怠,为了让自己与时俱进,充实而自信,为了能满足学生的需求,为了能让我的学生感受到我的魅力,我经常浏览群书,有英语专业的,有教育理论的,也有业余方面的,努力从语言,行为,知识,形象,能力等各个方面来塑造自己,争取做一名学生喜欢的魅力老师。
学习无处不在,平时多留心多积累,以便以后可以随时汲取,信手拈来。
比如说:教师平时积累一些幽默故事,在学生疲倦时逗乐他们;在讲到人物传记或者名胜古迹时,搜集关于此人或此地的趣事,讲给学生;留意国内外大事,课前师生热身交流时,可以讨论新闻焦点;可以偶尔为学生唱首英语歌曲,跳段劲舞,或者有什么拿手本领都可以向学生展示。
这样做,一方面可以活跃课堂气氛,另一方面可以充分展示教师魅力,让学生感觉老师真行,学生会更加乐意去学习。
有一次看了一个娱乐性的游戏节目《萝卜蹲》,我发现可以用在课堂上来活跃气氛,就留心记了一下,结果在一次课堂上我设计用上了那个游戏,那节课上,气氛热烈,笑声洋溢,效果很好。
做个魅力教师,让自己以及自己的课难以被学生忘记,只
要用心、留心,就不难做到!
三、做一名明智的教师,让学生做主人
课堂是教学活动的主阵地,学生才是课堂的主人,教师应该把课堂还给学生,才能唤起学生学习的热情,让学生“活”起来,让课堂充满生命的气息。
我的英语成绩是从高中开始才突出的,这主要归功于我高中的英语老师贾福所。
贾老师和我们说,他教我们之前种果园,所以难免忘记了一些知识,他让我们和他一起学习一起进步。
我记得每次上英语课时,班上气氛热烈,同学们一有疑问马上提出,然后经常出现争辩不休的情形。
贾老师让我们自己查词典或者资料,然后让我们去教室前面发表自己的看法和意见,有时候全班会因为一个问题争论得面红耳赤,他自己每天不管是上课还是自习都带着很厚的词典和参考书,和我们一起查阅讨论,最后得出结果。
因为总担心老师的知识不够完善或者不够准确,我们班的学生学习英语尤其认真,结果是我们班的英语成绩一直保持全校第一。
从这个事件中我总结出,在学生面前,教师该谦虚时就要谦虚,该“犯错”时就要“犯错”,该“不会”时就要“不会”,让学生偶尔感觉到老师的健忘,糊涂,和粗心,让学生有机会展示自己的聪明细心以及解决问题的能力,教师要让学生感受到他的期待和赏识,告诉学生“你能行!”教师在学生讨论问题的时候,发现需要纠正的地方,要用商量的口吻提出,让学生铸造属于自己的自信,让学生做课堂的真正主人。
在复习语法专题形容词时,多个形容词修饰名词的习惯性规则,我让同学们自己编造顺口溜,学生兴致高昂,用心编写,然后把自己的成果和别人分享。
每次做题时,同学们都会很骄傲地用上自己便编造的顺口溜。
同学们都说:自己用心思考和总结过的知识记忆很深刻。
因此,我们要不断地为学生创造自己当家做主人的机会。
四、做一名永不满足的教师,让自己不断进步成长。
学如逆水行舟,不进则退。
成为优秀教师容易,可保持一直是优秀教师很难,这就需要教师经常性地进修学习。
说起这点,我最佩服的人就是当年忻州师专我的班主任张眉所老师。
张眉所老师原在范亭中学任教,在此期间,考上北京外国语学院读研,毕业后,在忻州师专任教,但他没有停止进修的脚步,曾先后两次去新加坡学习。
他曾教育我们:永不满足,就会一直进取!
这句话一直指引着我利用每一次机会提升自己,1998年我自费参加了太原理工大学和中国英语交流服务中心联合举办的暑期中学教师口语和教师技能培训;2005年又自费去新加坡学习应用语言学研究生教程;2009年在忻州师院参加了EL高中英语教师暑期高级培训;2010年去北京参加了北京师范大学和忻州市教育局联合举办的高中英语骨干教师培训班。
每一次学习都会让自己有充电的感觉,回来后的教学会更加得心应手。
每次学生得知我外出进修的消息,就会期待我会带回一些新鲜的东西,更主要的是,他们会以我为荣,骄傲地说:我们老师去哪哪学习去了。
学生也认识到了活到老学到老。
五、做一名“年轻”的教师,让课堂High起来。
这里的“年轻”并不是指年龄意义上,而是给学生的感觉。
因为专业是英语,所以经常接触外教,从他们那里,可以充分感受教师的永远“年轻”. 在新加坡RELC上学时,有幸遇到了着名的语言教育学家Jack C. Richards。
他为我们上Approaches and methods in language teaching。
Mr. Richards大概50多岁,但是我们感觉他很年轻很活力。
他推开教室门时力度很大,然后大喊一声Good morning, everyone!要不是有所准备,真会被吓一跳的。
接着进来的是一个微笑的可爱的笑脸以及挥动着的胳膊,当我们问候完时,他便跳进教室中央,一米八几的个子做出蹦跳的动作,能不让人发笑吗!在课堂上,他利用滑稽的动作,幽默的语言,有趣的道具,变幻莫测的课堂程序以及夸张的表演,带动着我们和他一起幼稚,一起疯狂,让本来枯燥的语言学变得生动富于生机。
学生都喜欢外教上课,大概就因为这点吧。
我们中国教师为什么不能忘记自己的年龄,
放开自己,大胆地和学生在课堂上边“玩”边学呢?在这十几年的教学生涯中,我的年龄在增长,而课堂上的我从没有增加过年龄,我和学生一起做游戏,一起参加角色表演,一起笑得前仰后俯,一起击掌,一起喊着“加油”,甚至当我感觉委屈时就会哭出来。
学生喜欢年轻的有活力的性情中的老师,让我们保持一颗年轻的心,做一个学生喜欢的老师吧!
如何做一名学生喜欢的老师,仁者见仁智者见智,我们需要付出真心,多加留心,从理论上学习,在实践中体会,寻找最适合于自己的教学方法,打造具有自己特色的名师!。
