Abstract: This research is to discuss the feasibility and safety of trans-radial coronary angiography and summarize the failure experiences. Methods: Analyzing the clinical data of 371 patients in the hospital accepted the transradial coronary angiography during January 2010 to December 2010. Results: Among the 356 cases of transradial coronary angiography, 95.9% success rate, the male success rate was 96.4%, female success rate of 95.1%, 2 cases of radial artery puncture is unsuccessful, severe vascular spasm was 9 cases, 3 cases was radial artery rings, 1 case was the stenosis of axillary artery and the tortuosity of subclavian artery , 126 cases received transradial coronary intervention, forearm pain and discomfort after surgery was 18 cases,1 case was the occlusion radial artery, no other complications. Conclusion: The trans-radial coronary angiography is feasible and safe, fewer complications, high success rate.[Abstract]: This report is to detect the early malignant arrhythmia during acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Observation and nursing intervention of 38 cases of acute myocardial infarction ECG during January 2013 to January 2014. Results: Close observation of the varied ECG on patients with acute myocardial infarction can detect of malignant arrhythmias earlier. Conclusions Early detection of malignant arrhythmia is benefit of rescuing the patient with acute myocardial infarction and reduce mortality.。

In order to study the influence of grid voltages dip on permanent magnet synchronous motor of wind power system, laboratory experiments and simulation system of direct-driven permanent wind power system were carried out, which were to control the permanent-magnet synchronous generator, commentator motor and analysis three operation conditions when grid voltages dip by 30% (2 seconds), 50% (0. 5 seconds) and 85% (0. 2 seconds). 房地产企业安全氛围对安全行为的影响研究
摘要：为了探讨房地产企业安全氛围对员工安全行为的影响及其作用机制。
研究采用问卷调查研究的方法，调查对象为某房地产企业的200名员工。
结果表明，安全氛围对安全行为有显著的正向影响。
其中，安全氛围中的“工作环境”和“安全意识”维度对员工安全行为有着直接的显著正向影响；“管理层承诺”维度对员工安全行为没有直接的显著的影响，但是管理层承诺通过工作环境和安全意识的完全中介作用于员工安全行为。

The Effect of Safety Climate on Safety Behavior in Real Esate Enterprise
Abstract：In order todiscuss the influence and mechanism between the safety atmosphere and the staff’s safety behavior of the real estate enterprise.The study uses questionnaire survey research method,the objects of the investigation are 200 employees in one real estate enterprise.The results indicate that safety climate is positively related to safety behavior.The “work environment” dimension and “safety consciousness” dimension have direct and positive influence on safety behavior. The “management commitment ” dimention has no direct influence on safety behavior,but“management commitment”affects safety behavior positively through work environment and safety consciousness.
