Lesson 33 A fine day!教学设计

一、教学目标

1、知识与技能

(1)认读新单词:day、cloud、sky、sun、shine、with、family、walk、over

bridge、boat、river、ship、airplane、fly

重点句型: There are some clouds in the sky, but the sun is shining.

There are some boats on the river.

They are walking over the bridge.

Sally is looking at a big ship.

The airplane is flying over the river.

(2)熟练运用现在进行时造句;

(3)能够借助课文中的照片和图片,进行看图说话;

(4)根据所给的图片写一篇短文;

2、过程与方法

(1)通过读单词和句子,了解有现在进行时态以及其句子结构和动词的特点;(2)通过听和读,了解文章大意;

(3)通过课文学习,逐步达到仿写句子和短文的目的;

3、情感态度与价值观

(1)激发和保持学生英语学习的动机,实现“趣能”两得;

(2)通过学习这篇文章,教育学生要热爱家人,热爱生活,对生活充满热情;

二、教学重难点

1、学习新单词、短语及重点句型;

2、了解并正确运用有现在进行时造句;

3、复述课文。

四、教学过程

Step1. Warming up and preparation:

1) Greetings.

T: Goodmorning, boys and girls!

Ss: Goodmorning, teacher.

T: How are you?

Ss: I’m fine, thank you. And you?

T: I’m fine too, thank you. Sit down, please.

2) Lead in

T: Did you go out with your family ?

S: Yes, I did. / No, I didn’t.

T: But when I have the free time, I often go out with my parents. Because I love my family. I think you love your family, too. Today, it is a fine day .Mr. Jones is walking outside with his family. Do you want to know something about them?

S: Yes .

(设计意图:在和学生交流的过程中有意用到想在进行时的句子,引导学生对比初步了解和认识现在进行时,顺便引出今天所要学习的课文。)

Step2、Presentation

(一)Listen the text and find the new words.

T: Now, we listen to the MP3. You need to find the new words and line them, OK?

S: Yes. (教师播放课文录音)

(设计意图:通过听录音,引导学生初步感知课文,并在此基础上找出新单词,加深对本课新单词的印象。)

1、教师找学生,要求其说出他所找到的新单词。

2、根据学生的回答,教师板书出本课新单词day、cloud、sky、sun、shine、with、family、walk、over、bridge、boat、river、ship、airplane、fly

3、学生用各种形式读以上单词。

4、要求学生在练习本上写这些单词。

(二)Read and translate the text.

1、教师范读课文,要求学生认真听、

2、要求学生单个读课文,分小组读,齐读,开火车读。(教师及时纠正学生在读的过程当中出现的语音语调问题。)

3、指名翻译课文。

4、集体指正,评议。

(三)Introduce the important sentences.

1、要求学生找出课文中的there be句型和动词带-ing的句型。

2、介绍there be 句型和现在进行时。

3、通过对比动词带-ing的句子,让学生总结现在进行句子的结构特点:主语+be 动词+V-ing.

Step3、Practice

1) Pair work:

两人一小组,用今天所学的新单词做含有there be的句子和现在进行时态的句子。(教师可以举例:The sun is shining./ We are walking. /There are airplanes in the sky.)

2) Group work:

T: Do you think this text is very beautiful? Let’s tell the passage to your friends. I can give you some key words.(教师可以在黑板上列出一些重点词,fine、 day、 sun、 shine、 Mr.Jones、 his family、 walk 、boats ……以帮助学生复述课文。)Let’s have a try! (各小组成员复述课文给大家听,可以一人一句,也可以选派代表进行复述。)

(设计意图:运用黑板上已经板书的重点词语和句型,引导学生通过小组合作的形式复述课文,锻炼学生的语言表达能力,同时通过对文章的整体感知,引导学生感受生活的美好。)

Step4、Homework

1、Read and write the new words and recite them.

2、Recite the text.

3、Finish the exercise--book.
