这一节课是我刚刚调到复兴小学上的第一节课,这节课是在星期三下午第六节,学生们在上午进行了紧张的语数学习,而第五节课则刚刚上了一节体育课,学生好像都玩得很累,一上课都在不停地擦汗水,阳光透进了教室,气氛觉得非常的沉闷。看着这些孩子们,我觉得很无奈,新课肯定是无法很快进行的了,不能照常规的方式来进行教学了,得换一种方式让学生既觉得新鲜又便于教学的模式,而且还得找一个方法让学生们调整一下。
于是我让学生们站起来,一起说唱歌谣”Head and shoulders knees and toes …”并让学生用手指了相应的身体部位,然后和学生一起做了一套简单的手指操,学生的激情慢慢地被调动起来了,注意力基本调整到了英语学习上来了,在进行复习导入的时候,我拿出了事先准备好的单词卡片,教师出示卡片,让学生快速地读出这个单词,同时快速地用动作比划出单词所展示的动词短语,并评出比较到位的活着独特的动作,并进行鼓励,学生在这个环节上参与度也很高,有的学生也创作出了许多新的动作,通过复习的游戏活动,学生进一步掌握了上一节课所学习的词汇,效果良好,也没有人再去做别的事情了。
在新授课阶段,我继续用导出单词、展示单词卡并让学生比划动作的方式来进行学习,教学也比较顺利,而在练习单词的时候,我换了一种常用的方法,即采用波浪式的练习阅读的方式,即让第一组的学生先小声地读,第二组的再大声一点,第三组的学生再大声一点的方
式来进行,然后再让学生反过来进行练习。同时还采用了另外的一种练习的方式,即大声小声的游戏,教师如果大声地读,学生就只能小声地重复地读,反之亦然。这样进行练习的效果也不错。在进行句型学习的时候,我给学生创设了一个教学情境,即妈妈不在家,但是下午有客人来,得收拾一下,让孩子们来当家,让孩子们用英语说说他们都会做些什么,在说英语的时候后让学生同时比划出过户动作,让后展示出要学习的对话,引导学生进行分角色操练并上台表演,学生学习的也很顺利。

复习食物类单词时,我借助图片让学生做游戏,巩固所学的语言知识。我把学生分成A、B、C三组,A组代表fruit,B组代表food。
我先对A组说:“I like fruit very much,What’s your favourite fruit”
A组的一位学生说:“I like I have a mango , please”
我就把带有mango的图片递给A组的这位同学。
以同样的方式将带有的食品的图片交给A、B二组,然后要求持图片的学生随意地站成一个圆圈,让C组做游戏。
我说:“Put the fruit on the desk,Put the food on the chair。”
C组评出他们中谁做得对,谁做错了,把自己的图片错放在别人的地方,对方就得到这张图片。
接下来叫A组学生说出fruit包括哪些,依次类推。哪组说错单词,哪组就要对方图片,最后决出哪组的图片多,教师就奖励冠军队。
这样,不仅参加游戏的学生的热情高涨,就是在座位上的学生也积极参与学习过程。

英语课上,每次积极举手的往往都是那些英语佼佼者,但是那些不敢举手的中等生或差生更需要关注。
记得一次,我上课提问,有一个学生平时成绩很一般,上课极少举手,可这一次我从他期待的眼神中,发现他很想回答,但又不敢举手。我带着鼓励的语气叫了他,他的回答有些紧张,发音也有些错误。我纠正了他的发音,鼓励他再说一遍。他看看我,又看看其他同学,低着头想了想。正在我以为他会放弃的时候,他抬起了头对我说:“老师,你能不能把问题再说一遍。”
我笑着又说了一遍,他盯着我勇敢地说出了答案。虽然他仍然有些紧张,但是讲得很准确。坐下时,我给了他一张贴画。从他自豪、兴奋的表情中,我坚信他在学习英语的征途中已经迈出了成功的一大步。
老师对学生的关注和尊重,能使一个学习困难的学生产生成就感,树立起学好英语的信心。

随着***,我走进教室,拿出事先准备好的教具,开始教有关颜色的单词。我一边出示教具,一边让学生跟我读单词,并将生词板书在黑板上。当我教green这个单词时,学生们一齐指向一个男孩,不断地吼:Green,Green,Green……课堂混乱起来,连平时不怎么说话的学生也站起来,指着他大声说。本来我心里有点恼火,但看见大家热情高涨,也不好灭大家兴致,何不顺水推舟,借助学生的英文姓名帮助大家记住这些单词呢想到这儿,我将其余的颜色单词和学生姓名结合起来读、记,然后用学生手里有颜色的实物加以巩固。一堂课下来,大部分学生基本上记住了这些单词的音、形、义,而且还知道有些表示颜色的单词,如果把它们的第一个字母大写,又能表示姓氏,不知不觉中学生们的知识得到了扩展。

我接着说:"以前你写作业很快,老师还经常表扬你.其实你有能力按时完成课堂作业,只是你贪玩了.老师也为你感到难过.""我错了老师!"我一看机会来了,就顺势说:"三天没完成作业的事我先不告诉你妈妈,但是你得快点把作业补上!老师想给你一个好好表现的机会."他很诚恳地对我说:"谢谢老师,我肯定能补上,明天一定交给你!"我也用信任的目光看着他:"我相信你!"
谈话到此结束,他虽然顽皮好动,但据我的了解,他讲信用,而且他不说谎话.看着他走出教室渐渐离开我的视线,我的心头涌上了一丝轻松的感觉……
小学英语教育故事小学英语新课程标准中倡导人文教育,指出“在英语教学中教师应该自始至终关注学生的情感,努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。”在日常教学中师生之间难免会出现一些不和谐的音符,何况对于我这个刚刚走向讲台的新老师来说,不得不说是一个挑战,我是三、五年级的英语老师,学生年龄的不同决定了我处理课堂突发事件的方法不同。
孩子天生好奇、爱动、注意力集中时间短,所以一些调皮的孩子一节课很难坚持下来,我们三年级有一个叫李阳的男孩,那天我上课上到一半他就开始不遵守课堂秩序了,四条腿的板凳,他只坐一条腿,身子扭来扭去,俨然一副无视课堂纪律的样子,不时东张西望看看其他同学,然后跟老师打小报告,“老师,某某同学手里在玩东西”,“老师,她在后面用笔戳我”,当我点名让某个同学回答问题时,他会第一时间说出他或她的外号,引得全班同学哄堂大笑,课堂秩序瞬间热闹过度,我本身是支持快乐轻松学习英语的,小学生嘛,就是得顺着他的天性来学习,可是快乐轻松的气氛,不是某个同学去取笑另外一个同学来获得的,而是积极与向上与英语学习有关的才好。他所做的这一切,我全都注意到了,一面讲课,我一面思考,怎样处理这样一件始料未及的事情呢既要做到不伤害到孩子的自尊心,又不让他在同学面前丢失了面子,还得让他学好本节课的内容。
于是,我利用让同学们自己读课文的几分钟里,走到李阳同学面前悄声对他说,“李阳同学,你知道吗你的数学老师,语文老师,都说你这一段时间表现很好,上课认真听讲不做小动作了,也不打扰其他同学听课了,学习进步了很多,同学对你的评价也很好,说你是一位聪明好学的同学,那你的英语是不是也都学会了呢”他摇了摇头,有些不好意思低下头说:“没有”,我抓住时机紧接着说:“像你这样聪明的同学,肯定一学就会的,不信待会我们再学点新东西,看看你能不能学会,好不好啊”李阳同学很爽快的答应了“行,老师”,我接着说:“好,那就请把你的身体坐直,好好听老师讲课,我会随时注意你的。”
我走向讲台又开始讲课,果然,这次他把注意力有集中到听课上了,我对他微笑了一下,表示我对他的鼓励,他表现得非常好,整节课下来,没有做小动作,也没有打扰其他同学听课。
通过这样的事件我自己也感悟到许多,作为老师,在教育教学中一定要善于运用自己的智慧,灵活机敏地处理一些事件,幽默含蓄地扭转尴尬局面,有效地处理课堂突发事件,只有这样,才能顺利的完成课堂教学任务,如果我当时当着全班同学的面训斥他,取笑他,那结果会怎样呢他会不会因为你的批评而讨厌你,害怕你,从此失去了学习英语的兴趣呢我不禁长长地舒了口气,幸好我没那样做。
