覆膜机结构设计

摘要

随着现代社会经济的快速发展,人们生活质量的提高,人们对印刷制品质量的要求也越来越高。印后整饰作为一种印后处理工艺对印后加工设备提出了更高的要求。在印后加工工艺中对印刷品覆膜是一种常见而有效的提高印刷品质量的处理方法,能够很好地提高用户的使用感受和延长了印刷品的使用寿命。然而该工艺中的一个难点就在于覆膜温度的精准控制。

浮膜机是将浮膜品同预涂塑料薄膜复合到一起的专用设备，主要结构，由薄膜放卷、浮膜品自动输入、热压复合、自动收卷四大部分组成，与即涂型复膜机相比，不需要粘合剂涂布、干燥部分，所以结构紧凑、体积小、造价低、操作简便、随用随开机、生产灵活性大、效率高。预涂膜和纸张浮膜品的复合只要热压即可。适合于各类有热压功能的复膜机、复合机、塑封机。即涂胶湿式复合工艺的桥式组合复膜机不需做任何改动，完全可用预涂膜覆膜。即涂膜是一种利用即涂覆膜机随涂胶立即贴膜进行纸塑复合的工艺。它主要由即涂膜加工厂或加工车间，根据需要将卷筒塑料薄膜涂敷黏合剂后经干燥（轻微）复合、加压后将纸膜黏附在一起形成覆膜产品。即涂膜设备有自动和半自动两种，其基本工作原理相同；工艺流程主要有放卷→上胶涂布→干燥→复合→分切→成品堆积。

Abstract
