三、V带设计1.确定设计功率由题目所给已知条件可知P d/kW=2.22.选取带型根据P d、n1,由参考文献[1]图 7.11查取,选A型带。

3.确定带轮的基准直径根据参考文献[1]表 7.7荐用最小基准直径,可选小带轮直径d d1=125 mm,则大带轮直径为d d2/mm=i·d d1=2.1×125=262.5由参考文献[1]表7.3查得取d d2=250 mm,其传动比△i<5%4.验算带的速度v /(m/s)=πd d1∙n160×1000=π×125×94060×1000=6.15<25 = v max/(m/s)故可用。

5.确定V带长度和中心距根据0.7(d d1+d d2)≤a0≤2(d d1+d d2),初步确定中心距0.7×(125+250)=262.5≤a0≤2×(125+250)=750因结构要求不高,故取中间值a0=500 mm。

根据参考文献[1]式 (7.4)计算V带基准长度L d’/mm=2a0 +π2(d d1+d d2)+(dd1+dd2)24a0=1596.56由参考文献[1]表 7.2选V带基准长度L d=1600 mm。

通过输入小带轮转速n1,名义功率P 以及传动比i,再按照一定的顺序,便可以计算出多种直径和型号的V带轮设计结果。

查参考文献[1]表15.1和15.2,选用型号为Y132S-6的三相异步电动机,额定功率为3kW ,满载转速为960r/min ,电动机轴径D=38mm,轴径长E=80mm 。

二、确定设计功率设计功率是根据需要传递的名义功率及考虑载荷性质、原动机类型和每天连续工作的时间长短等因素共同确定的,表达式如下:P K P A d =式中:P ——需要传递的名义功率,kW ;A K ——工作情况系数,按参考文献[2] 表7.6选取。

根据任务书数据要求,最短工作年限5年2班,工作环境室外、有尘,查参考文献[2]表7.6得工作情况系数 1.2A K =,考虑到本装置的工作环境,值应扩大1.1倍kW P K P A d 96.332.11.1*1.1=⨯⨯==三、选择带的型号根据设计功率kW P d 96.3=,小带轮转速1960/min n r =,查参考文献[2]图7.11选取带的型号为A 型带。

四、确定带的基准直径查参考文献[2]表7.3知A 型V 带带轮最小基准直径范围是75~125mm ,小带轮直径过小包角减小,弯曲应力大;小带轮过大时,传动结构尺寸增大。

项目5 带式输送机中的V 带传动【项目提出】带传动机构在工厂中应用极为广泛,掌握其各部分的相关名称,尺寸计算、受力分析、防止带传动失效,最终设计出在一般条件下使用的V 带传动机构是后续课程及在工厂企业从事相关专业工作不可缺少的知识。

带式输送机减速器中的V 带传动机构具有一般带传动机构的普遍特征,掌握了该机构的知识也就掌握了一般带传动机构的知识。

本项目以其为例,叙述v 带传动的基本知识及设计方法,直至绘制出带轮的零件工作图。

【能力目标】1.能够进行带传动的设计;2.能使用计算器及计算机软件设计常见的带轮并绘制其零件图。

【知识目标】1.熟悉带传动的类型、特性及应用;2.掌握带传动设计的基本理论和方法;3.掌握带轮的几何尺寸计算;4.掌握V 带传动的传动比计算与弹性滑动。

5.1 V 带传动的工作情况分析 5.1.1 V 带传动的摩擦力在图1-1所示的带式输送机中,小V 带轮、V 带和大V 带轮等零件一起组成V 带传动。

由于小V 带轮是装在电动机轴上的,所以电机的运动和转矩通过V 带传动和减速器中的齿轮传动后,传递到输送带上,从而使物体从一个地方输送到另一个地方。

为了能使V 带传动能正常工作,安装时应使V 带预先张紧,产生一个初拉力F 0(图5-1),初拉力F 0使得带与带轮的接触面间产生正压力,从而使小带轮转动时带与带轮间产生摩擦力,靠这摩擦力来传递运动和转矩。

如果V 带空套在V 带轮上(图5-2),也就是预先没有对V 带张紧,初拉力F 0=0则小带轮转动时,带与带轮之间没有摩擦力,这时V 带和大带轮都停止不动,V 带传动失效。

由此可知,V 带传动是靠带与带轮之间的摩擦力来传递载荷的。

图5-1 带传动张紧状态图5-2带传动松弛状态在实际工作中还会看到,在正常情况下V 带传动能很好工作,但由于意外原因作用在大带轮上的阻力偶矩突然增大了,也会出现小带轮转动,而V 带和大带轮都停止不动的现象,工程上把这种现象称为“打滑”。

本设计中转速要求不高,材料选用HT210;
2.带轮结构形式
由于dd=125 mm,d =28 mm,所以dd>3d,而dd≤300 mm,故本题中选用腹板轮。
3.带轮结构尺寸
查参考文献[1]表7.9得

因结构要求不高,故取中间值a0=700 mm。
根据参考文献[1]式 (7.4)计算V带基准长度

一、设计题目
带式运输机的传动方案如下图所示,机器工作平稳、单向
回转、成批生产。电动机工作功率为2.2kW,电动机满载转速为935r/min,工作机的转速为60r/min,第一级传动比3,轴承座中心高为210 mm,最短工作年限为8年3班,工作环境为室内、清洁。

由参考文献[1]表7.1查得

由式(7.24)得初拉力

则大带轮直径为
dd2/mm=i·dd1=3 125=375
由参考文献[1]表7.3查得取dd2=400mm,其传动比△i<5%
4.验算带的速度
/(m/s)= = =6.12 = max/(m/s)
故可用。
5.确定V带长度和中心距
根据0.7(dd1+dd2) a0 2(dd1+dd2),初步确定中心距
二、确定电动机类型
根据参考文献[2]表 15.1,当额定功率为2.2 kW,同步转速为940 r/min,
选取电动机型号Y112M-6。
三、V带设计
1.确定设计功率
由题目所给已知条件可知
Pd/kW=2.2
2.选取带型
根据Pd、n1,由参考文献[1]图 7.11查取,选A型带。
3.确定带轮的基准直径
根据参考文献[1]表 7.7荐用最小基准直径,可选小带轮直径dd1=125mm,
6.计算小轮包角
由参考文献[1]式 (7.3)得
1=180 - 57.3 =180 - 57.3 =157.55
7.确定V带根数
根据参考文献[1]式 (7.23)计算带的根数z。由表7.3查取单根V带所能传递的功率为P0=1.37kW。
由式(7.19)计算功率增量 0。
由表7.4查得Kb=0.7725
,hamin=2.75mm,hamin=3mm,e=15 0.3mm, mm,bd=11 mm, δ=6mm
B=(z-1)e+2f=(2-1)x15+2x10=35mm;C=10mm;
dd=125mm; =(1.8~2)d=50.4~56mm,取 =53mm;
dS=125+2(ha-hc-δ)=95mm
