The seasons(六年级英语)连云港市赣榆县班庄镇第二中心小学熊传高 222137【教材简析】《The seasons》是《牛津小学英语》编写组与“牛津大学出版社”联合编写的小学六年级下册的第五单元,单元围绕“季节与气候”这个话题展开各项活动,所涉及的日常交际项目有介绍、询问、建议等,其中,以“询问天气”及其应答为重点内容,本教学设计为The seasons的第一课时,以A版块语篇教学为主,涉及部分B版块单词。

【目标预设】1、认知目标:通过学习,帮助学生掌握四会单词:spring, summer, autumn, winter.掌握日常交际用语:Which season do you like best? I like… Why? Because it’s … I can…及句型What’s the weather like …?2、能力目标:通过“互动型”的教学途径,培养学生的创新精神和将所学的英语运用于日常交际的能力,提高学生的语言能力和学习能力,让学生得到自我发展和个性发展。

3、情感目标:通过创新教学方法,提高学生学习英语的兴趣;结合学习内容,培养学生的表现力,养成学生用英语进行思维的良好习惯。

【重点、难点】1、能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词和短语weather, spring, summer, autumn, winter, hot, cold。

2、能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语:Which season do you like best? I like … best. Why? Because it’s … I can …,并能正确、熟练地运用【设计思路】小学英语课程标准中中对学生的学习习惯方面作出了明确要求,即“养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神”,倡导“任务型”的教学途径,我以这两点为准则,结合学生的年龄、生理特点与现有的知识水平精心的设计了本堂课。

Unit 5 The seasons Rrevision一、教材分析本单元主要围绕“季节及气候”这个话题开展各项活动,所涉及的日常交际项目有介绍,询问,建议等,其中,以“询问天气”及其应答为重点内容。

同时学习一些常用的与气象相关的一些词汇。

学生们在日常生活中对季节及气候并不陌生,本节课是这一单元的复习课,主要目的在于让学生能够熟练地掌握相关的语句,能够流利地进行相关情境的问答,同时在此基础上进行拓展延伸,让学生对所学的知识达到较好的运用。

1、知识目标本单元所涉及的情境及对话内容学生较为熟悉,但词汇量较大,涉及的语法现象也比较多,主要词汇有weather , season, next ;best的用法;春、夏、秋、冬及各季节的天气特点(warm 、windy、 cloudy、 rainy、 cool、 sunny等),主要句型有What’s the weather like……?/Which season do you like best? I like ……/Why?/Because it’s……I can……在新授课中发现学生对部分单词的发音不够到位(如:cloudy、best、weather、because)。

2、能力目标培养学生的语言交际能力。

3、情感目标本节课将通过SuYang给大家的一封信贯穿始终,将单词和句型渗透其中进行复习,让学生能多说多练,并结合句型达到较好的效果。

同时,通过介绍自己所生活的城市,培养学生热爱淮安,热爱大自然的情感。

4、教学重、难点正确区分各个季节的词汇,了解各个季节的气候特征。

二、教学策略新课程强调从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认识水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径达到发展学生对语言的综合运用能力。

通过穿绿色、红色、黄色、白色为代表四季典型颜色衣服的四位学生表示四个季节,对所学单词、句型进行大量操练,活动自始至终吸引了全体小学生的有意注意,他们始终积极参与,整个过程每位学生开口说英语。
