本单元关于食品食物的话题,中西餐、水果、饭类等。
这种口语可以延伸很多,也很实用。
二、教学过程:Warming up1. 让学生们通过图片了解食品及一些单词。
2. 下面具体讲解单词:通过幻灯片可以学习发音,图片的形式会吸引学生。
这一部分要求学生尽可能多的掌握一些常见食品的名称,能够就饮食进行简单对话,并掌握一些交际用语,能够进行简单的英文交流。

学生即将迎来五一长假和母亲节,购物是很多学生的选择;对于旅游专业的学生而言,今后的工作中常常会遇到外国人在景点购物需要帮助的情景。
因此,该话题是一个既实用又能很好地与学生所学专业相结合的话题,从而能很好地激发学生的学习兴趣。
因此,教师在教学活动中很容易进行相关的情境设置;通过该单元的学习,学生在自主探索和合作学习的过程中,在逼真的购物情景活动中体验、实践、参与、合作与交流,感受英语与日常生活、工作的密切联系;满足学生将来工作的需求,提高学生综合语言运用的能力,培养学生的创新精神。
学生本单元的授课对象是我校旅游专业一年级的学生。
该专业学生相对来说情况英语口语基础较好,对将来的就业岗位来讲,语言应用主要体现在口语分析交流能力上;经过近一年职高英语的学习,他们已经掌握了一些常用英语口语交流的知识和技能,具备了简单英语会话的能力。
师生之间彼此都比较了解,建立了很融洽的关系,学生形成了较好的学习方法和习惯,自我学习和探究能力都较强。
在此单元之前,学生已经学习了“欢迎、问候、数字、颜色、服饰”等话题,为这一话题的学习和延伸打下了很好的基础。
该专业学生的就业岗位主要在一些旅游景点和五星级大酒店,该话题是他们将来就业后很常用的的内容,这也将很好地激发他们学习的兴趣。
课时整个单元内容进行有效整合并划分为 6 课时,每个课时为40 分钟。
我校划分的英语课是 2 节连堂上的,所有教学设计也是以 2 个课时为单位进行的,每次课都有一个明确的主题和任务。
整个单元从学生的兴趣出发,通过创设情景,给出不同的任务,给学生提供模仿、体验、实践和创造性运用语言的机会,很好地培养学生的语言交际能力,并在活动中适时地鼓励和表扬学生,保护学生的自信心和学习积极性,使学生学有所获。
