Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the components to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.•The storage conditions stated in the original packaging apply to the storage time and not to the transportation time of the components. Packaging:•The packaging specifications apply only to purchase orders comprising whole packaging units. 1、加热控制部分由温控器(SDC15)和固态继电器(SSR)以及热电耦(K系列)组成。

温控器是日本三武公司的SDC15(SSR型)。

它具有PID温度调节,加热器断路报警输出,SSR驱动输出(V<24V,I<360mA)。

固态继电器采用杭州西子的过零型SSR。

触发电压3—32VDC,触发电流<50mA。

SDC15通过热电耦把加热丝的实际温度采样进来与事先设定的温度值比较后由事先设定PID值确定通过事件输出端口向SSR发出通或断的信号。

同时SDC15还设定了PV(现场温度值)低限报警值,一旦加热丝的温度低于此值就向PLC发出报警信号(PLC EM223 I1.6)。

PLC程序就会停止。

2、气动控制部分由传感器,电磁阀,PLC组成。

PLC采用西门子的S7-200,阀门位置传感器和液位传感器、旋转汽缸位置传感器共同组成反馈系统。

3、控制过程:在加热丝加热一段时间后,加热丝温度处于正常值,PLC上电,(此时坩锅内熔液已准备就绪),抽液/放液旋钮从中间位置拨到抽液位置,打开气路单向阀5YV(开始抽真空),真空泵抽管内空气同时二位五通气路换向阀1YV得电(抽液通道)打开,2YV失电(放液通道)断开,利用真空泵产生的负压将坩锅内熔液抽到定量筒中,当定量筒内镁液的液面到达指定位置S1(液面传感器)动作,此时立即关5YV(抽真空结束)关闭真空泵,同时1YV失电(抽液通道)关闭,2YV得电(放液通道)打开。

Remove Chip cover, and then remove Brush holder caps carbon brushes.2. Remove six M4x25 Pan head screws fastening Bracket complete to Main frame complete as illustrated to left in Fig.3.3. Holding the handle, turn the tool so that it stands on Base. With plastic or wooden hammer, hit Main frame complete alternately at the two portions designated by the black arrow as illustrated to right in Fig. 3. The assembly of Bracket complete, Drum and Armature will then be removed from Main frame complete.4. Remove V pulleys from Bracket complete as described below;Hold Drum or Armature assembly with rags. And then using a wrench 13, remove V pulley 4-37 (right-handed) by turning it counterclockwise, and V pulley 4-20L (left-handed) by turning it clockwise.Assembling1. Remove Belt cover.2. Install Poly V-belt 4-241 securely on V pulley 4-20L, and then install the belt on V-pulley 4-37 while turning V pulley 4-37 in the direction of the arrow. (Fig. 2) Note : It will help you easily install Poly V-belt 4-241 to follow the instruction described below; In order not to allow the belt to be out of the V-grooves on the two V pulleys, while turning V pulley 4-37, press the half of the belt opposite to the other half being installed as illustrated in Fig. 2.Always follow the instructions of the SAFETY RULES and OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS described in the instruction manual. Remove Ball bearings 6000ZZ and 608ZZ from Drum using Bearing extractor (No.1R269).Between Drum and Ball bearing 608ZZ, there is no space for insertion of the jaw of the bearing extractor. When removing Ball bearing 608ZZ, therefore, be sure to use a proper adjustable wrench to securely hold the jaws of the bearing extractor so that the jaws cannot spread and slip off the ball bearing. (Fig. 4) Note : Be careful not to cut yourself on the sharp edges on the front faces of Drum.Scale label on knob 42 does not indicate correct planing depth after replacement of any one of the following parts:Front base, Base, Main frame complete, Knob 42In this case, be sure to replace Scale label and do planing depth adjustment as described below.1. Remove Scale label from Knob 42, and then assemble Base and parts of Front base section to the tool.2. Put the tool on a completely flat surface such as the table of stationary planers or the turn table of LS-series models. (If these tools are not available, use a stainless steel scale instead.)And then turn Knob 42 so that the height of Base is completely aligned with that of Front base.3. Install Scale label on Knob 42 so that the line of 0mm on Scale label is aligned with the apex of the triangle mark on Main frame complete as illustrated in Fig. 6.Fig. 6Assembling1. Do the reverse of disassembling procedure.2. DAM-3214说明书
一、 模块功能概述
DAM-3214是一款专为解决复杂电磁场环境下RS-485大系统要求而设计的RS485总线分割集线器(HUB)。

该产品支持传输速率最高达115.2KBPS,为了保证数据通讯的安全可靠, RS485接口端采用光电隔离技术,防止雷击浪涌引入转换器及设备,内置的光电隔离器及600W浪涌保护电路,能够提供2500V的隔离电压,可以有效地抑制闪电(Lighting)和(ESD),同时可以有效的防止雷击和共地干扰,供电采用外接开关电源供电,安全可靠,非常适合户外工程应用。

在RS-485工作模式,采用的判别电路能够自动感知数据流方向,并且自动的切换使能控制电路,轻松解决RS-485收发转换时延问题。

RS-485接口传输距离大于1200米、性能稳定。

广泛用于高速公路收费系统,道路监控系统及电力采集系统中,是一款性能卓越,价格优良的数据接口转换产品。

DAM-3214(RS-485HUB)提供星型总线连接。

各端口都具有短路、开路保护。

光电隔离2500V,用户可以轻易改善RS-485总线结构,分割网段,提高通信可靠性。

当雷击或者设备故障产生时,出现问题的网段将被隔离,以确保其他网段的正常工作。

六、 RS-485端口故障的警告及保护
RS-485端口故障警告及保护是解决连接多个RS-485设备,增强其可靠性的有效方法,DAM-3214有四个下位机端口,且每个端口都具有短路保护功能,并能工作在关断模式。

当任一RS-485端口短路时,只会影响其所RS-485在总线系统,不会影响其他接口连接的RS-485系统的正常工作。

用户可以根据故障警告指示灯迅速判断出故障端口及其他相连的故障设备。

七、 电源及防雷保护
DAM-3214采用外部小型的开关电源供电,规格为5V/1A用户切莫随便使用其它未经压稳的电源,以免损坏产品。

DAM-3214的所有的RS-485接口都具有600W的防雷保护,能够有效地抑制闪电(Lighting)和(ESD),DAM-3214的第4口内RJ-45脚7、8为浪涌保护接地,用户使用过程中为了保证通信的安全应可靠接地,避免悬空。
