这其中包括归纳常用词汇，常用句型与表达，学会作出正确判断与预期;培养正确有效的听音习惯-----全神贯注，积极思考;培养边听边记要点的习惯，并学会利用选项做笔记的技巧;提高短时的记忆能力等等。

练习材料可选用历届全真试题或权威的模拟试题，每天保证1-2小时的时间。

词汇相信在此之前，大多数同学已将大纲要求的词汇都看过一遍或几遍了。

这阶段可把历届全真题拿出来，一般为10套就可以了，重新复习一下，想一下老师的讲解，归纳一下出现频率较高的词汇。

因为曾经记忆过，所以这些东西看起来会快一些。

在此基础上，可记忆一下课本上的单词。

语法至于语法，对四级考生来说，把前10套全真试题中语法部分，分析归纳熟悉一下，然后把相关的语法从整体上加以把握，即找一本语法书，把相关部分与自己的薄弱环节做一次系统的补充。

尤其是各种时态的构成、用法、区别以及时间标志词等;虚拟语气的构成、用法，特例;非谓语动词的构成用法;独立主格;定语从句连接词的选择等考试中经常出现的语法现象。

对六级考生而言，语法的考察集中在完形填空和改错里。

主要把四级语法熟悉一下就行了，做一些题，提高一下熟练程度就足够了，然后归纳出常见的错误，譬如时态与上下文的逻辑关系等。

阅读阅读的准备在冲刺阶段，可分为两部分：一是把过去做过的题重新浏览一下，归纳出常见的题型，难易程度，答题技巧与依据，以便在做题时能够自然顺利地应用;第二则是找一些题做一下。

四级冲刺讲义(最近定稿)一、临考准备1.若离考试还有一月左右的时间，这段时间成为冲刺阶段，非常重要，要倍加珍惜，好好加以利用。

具体做法是：（一）、头三个星期中要专门抽出约125分钟的时间，不间断地做一整套题目，聚精会神，自主做题，不看参考答案。

至少集中做两三套，将心态调整到临考状态，与进考场无异。

继续背词汇，记短语，看用法。

（二）、在只剩一个星期的时候，不要再埋头做题，应该多看看自己做错的题目，总结教训，加强记忆，以便考试中做到扬长避短。

第二招：看听力中的对话：四级听力中的对话展示了一个个很实用的场景，用语又地道，是非常好的阅读、口语和写作材料。
