现代商贸工业高校工商管理专业课程教学改革的创新与实践刘洁(桂林理工大学商学院,广西桂林541004)摘要:在高校“双一流”建设背景下,为实现工商管理专业应用型人才的培养目标,要对工商管理专业课程教学改革不断进行创新和实践。

本文从构建以学生为中心的混合式教学模式、将创新教育理念充分融入专业课程内容、持续更新专业课程教学内容、课程考核方式改革四个方面,对工商管理专业课程教学改革策略进行了探索,为高校提升工商管理专业人才培养水平提供借鉴和启示。

在高校“双一流”建设背景下,工商管理专业人才培养目标是培养具备现代企业管理理论和方法,基础扎实,知识面宽,具有较强的实践能力,具备良好的团队合作精神、人际沟通能力和创新创业能力,具有高度社会责任感、基础理论扎实、创新实践能力强的应用型人才。

人才培养目标的实现需要对专业课程教学改革不断进行创新和实践。

工商管理专业课程教学改革历程分为三个阶段:第一阶段,系统内化管理原理。

构建起一个系统的理论框架,使学生掌握企业管理的思想、概念、理论和方法,将知识融会贯通,系统内化。

第二阶段,形成分析和研究企业管理问题的能力。

以管理原理的系统内化为前提,用系统的管理知识分析问题、研究问题,能从整体上对实际问题有准确的把握。

第三阶段,重塑教学理念,与时俱进。

知识的快速更迭使学习方式和学习内容不断变革,对大学生的培养要求也发生了变化,因此,工商管理专业课程教学理念也要与时俱进,不断变革。

我们在工商管理专业课程教学改革中重塑了教学理念,即:以学生为中心的学习模式为驱动,充分融入创新教育理念,培养学生的管理能力和人文情怀。

商科院校大学英语教学改革对策研究

而英语作为跨文化交流的重要工具,其在商科院校的开展效果也直接影响着学生的综合素质。

本文从当前教育教学发展形势出发,结合商科院校人才培养目标对英语教学改革进行探索。

引言大学外语是我国高等教育的一门重要的基础学科,随着国家之间跨文化交流的逐渐深入,高等院校对于英语教学的重视程度也逐渐提升。

商科学院是培养高素质商业管理人才的重要基地,其在英语课程设计中,无论是内容还是模式上基本都是沿袭传统的大学外语教学体系,这虽然能够为学生的英语学习奠定基础,但是却缺乏商科学院的资深特色,使得商科人才的英语能力与专业素质之间融合程度不高,影响了学生跨文化素养的形成。

针对此,商科院校应积极应对当前人才培养新模式,结合英语教学实践为学生设计更加有效的教学策略,以推动教学改革的实现。

一、优化英语教学内容,体现商科院校的特色商科院校在英语课程设置过程中不应盲目照搬普通高等院校的教学模式,而是应该从自身的人才培养目标出发,对课程内容进行优化设计,让金融、管理、国贸等专业学生能够在英语学习中形成跨文化交流意识,进而为职业发展奠定基础。

听说读写是英语教学的四大模块,教师应围绕这四项内容对学生的综合能力进行培养。

例如听力是语言和思维相互作用的心理认知过程,听力能力的培养需要在相对宽松的氛围中进行,根据商科院校学生的英语基础,教师可以选择与经济管理专业相关的听力材料,并渗透指导听力技巧,指导学生在听力前做好准备,让学生在听力过程中能够逐渐树立健康的心理认知,进而逐渐提升听力水平。
