模具封孔剂MK-500-2产品介绍是一种高效封孔剂,主要用来调理和封闭模具表面,减少模具多孔性,在新的或是重新处理的模具表面作为一个底层。
产品特性外观透明或微黄液体PH值中性密度0.72气味无特殊气味适用温度30℃-180℃产品优点1、减少孔隙问题。
2、能为各种不同类型的脱模剂提供性能优良的底层。
3、适用于FRP、铝、钢以及大多数固体或高密度材料制作的表面。
4、高耐温性达到-850°F/450°C。
5、系列产品中的溶剂不含有Class I或II所注册的破坏臭氧物质。
使用说明擦拭1.模具表面必须彻底清洗,除去所有的蜡、脱模剂和其他的封孔剂。
建议使MK-500-22.表面必须干燥,并无任何污染物。
3.用封孔剂浸透干净的棉布(不滴落),擦拭形成一个光滑连续的薄膜,每一次不超过一个平方英尺。
4.等到MK®15封孔剂溶剂开始挥发(大约3-20秒)并还有点湿的时候,用另一块干净的棉布以打圈的方式从外向内进行擦拭直到表面干燥清洁。
如果模具比较冷的话,在擦拭多余的溶剂的时候需要等更长的时间。
5.重复上述的操作过程,直到整个模具都被覆盖。
通常只需要涂一层就可以了。
6.在使用模具前需要放置一个小时待其充分固化。
注意:低温会增加所需要的固化时间。
如果模具升温至200°F30分钟,固化时间将会缩短。
喷涂1.模具表面必须彻底清洗,除去所有的蜡、脱模剂和其他的封孔剂。
2.可以使用手持喷壶和干净的气源进行喷涂。
所有的容器和管路都需要保持彻底清洁和干燥。
3.在喷涂过程中,喷嘴与模具之间保持10-15英寸的距离,形成光滑连续的薄层。
防止由于过喷引起的滴落。
4.如果涂层一直很湿的话,可以使用一块干净的棉布以打圈的方式从外向内进行擦拭直到表面干燥清洁。
5.重复上述的操作过程,连接处可以有少量的重叠,直到整个模具表面被封孔剂彻底覆盖。
通常只需要涂一层就可以了。
6.在使用模具前需要放置一个小时待其充分固化。

奥野封孔剂TOP SEAL DX-500
特点:
1、和醋酸镍系封孔剂相比,封孔效果高,特殊成分的效果使表面光滑。
2、染料的色渗,粉膜,灰雾等不良现象减少。
3、醋酸镍加水不易分解,过滤容易,可长期使用。
4、特别对使用塑料自动装填机的化妆品外壳的阳极酸化皮膜的封孔最宜。
注意事项:
1、槽体中的空气搅拌要均匀。
2、开缸及开始加热时会发泡,75℃以上30~60分保存会自然破泡。
3、浓度根据作业条件的不同有异,一般为5~10 g/l。
4、处理温度越高封孔性能越好,90℃以上为宜,长时间处理效果好。
但是长时间处理易引起灰现象请注意,防止起灰发雾可同比例添加防雾剂E-125,效果更好。
管理方法:
开缸时(7 g/l)的PH为5.6(25℃),随着封孔液的使用和水及酸,碱的带入,pH会有变动。
希望过滤,耐酸性高温型(150 ~ 200粒)为佳。
PH在5.3 ~ 5.8之间时封孔性能无障碍,超出此范围有引起灰的倾向。
PH的调整请掌握以下要领:
降PH值时用稀醋酸降低
升P H值时用NaOH提高
TOP SEAL DX-500的补给根据处理条件的不同而异,约3 ~ 4㎡/g。
