This morning we are going to visit Zhangzhou Coastal V olcano National Geology Park. Before we arrived there, I would like to introduce you a brief introduction of the wonderful place of zhangzhou. Known as “City of flowers and fruits” and “hometown of fish and rice”, Z hangzhou is a historic and cultural city, famous for its rich produce. It produces a lot of “6 famous fruits” (tangerines, lichis, bananas, longans, pomelos, and pineapples) and “3 famous flowers” (Narcissus, camellia, and orchid), as well as valuable seafood.

Zhangzhou is a famous hometown for the overseas Chinese and Taiwanese. Over 700,000 people from Zhangzhou are now living in Hong Kong and Macao. About one third of the population in Taiwan is originally from Zhangzhou. It has become a destination of pilgrimage and paying visits to their native hometown for the overseas Chinese and Taiwan patriots.

Located at coastal area of Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province and covering an area of about 100 square kilometers, Zhangzhou Coastal V olcano National Geology Park is unique in China. Represented by four kinds of volcano remnants that are rarely seen in the world, and having kept down the eruption vestige of typical central-type volcanoes in the tertiary epoch and the weathered marine abrasion landform of later period, the scenic zone is of multidisciplinary scientific research value for geological structure, volcanology, ancient geography etc. In 2001, it was awarded "National Geology Park".

Now we arrive the Linjinyu Coastal V olcano.Belonging to subtropical maritime climate，like spring all the year round，and with perennial average temperature of 21℃, the scenic zone is the best choice for vacation tour. There is not only the natural scenic

beauty of volcano landform rarely seen in the world, but also a great variety of abundant seafood to savor.

After visiting the Linjinyu Coastal V olcano, we are going to go to the Niutou Mountain .As a vestige of volcano eruption and remaining in good condition, Ancient Crater on Niutou Mountain is suited to be developed as an ancient crater museum. Mountain, stones, sea, blue sky, sand beach and other various views here constitute a miniature of the nature.

Ok,everybody please follow me ,we will climb down the moutain . Tomorrow morning we will go to visit Fengdong Rock. Now let me introuduce something for you about the Fengdong Rock.

A National AAAA scenic spot located at the east end of Tonglin Town, Dongshan County. Accessible directly by bus, it is 120 km from Zhangzhou city, 135 km from Shantou and 209 km from Xiamen. Fengdong Rock scenic site covers an area of 15 hectares. The major tourist attractions include Fengdongshi, Guandi Temple, ancient Tongshan Town, Chenghuang Temple, Huang Daozhou Memorial Hall, Dongshan Museum,and son on.
