高考短文改错的目的在于测试考生判断发 现,纠正语篇中语言使用错误的能力,以及考 察考生在语篇中综合运用英语知识的能力.
命题特点
高考短文改错的短文通常只有110个词左右,文体多 为第一/三人称记叙文、应用文(以书信为主)。所选取 的语言材料贴近实际生活,多为考生所熟知,且话题贴 近学生,有的带点幽默,有的包含教育意义。文字浅显 易懂,材料中没有生僻、超纲的词汇;句子结构简单, 基本上是简单句和并不复杂的复合句;语言地道,符合 英语语言习惯。

四、错误类型及解题技巧 短文改错的错误出现在句子的成分结构和含义以及句子间 的行文逻辑等三个方面。其常见错误有三类: (一)词法错误 词法错误设置是短文改错题错误率最高的部分,需特别注 意。词法错误包含以下的各类词的错误: 1.动词错误 判断动词是否正确,首先确定它是谓语动词还是非谓语动 词。若是谓语动词,就要从其时态、语态、主谓一致等方面去 考虑;若是非谓语动词,就要准确地区分现在分词、过去分词 还是不定式的正确形式。
⑥别混淆谓语动词与非谓语动词。 其常见的错误类型有:①过去分词与现在分词的错用; ②动名词与不定式的错用(尤其是做主语、宾语时以及跟在某些 动词后);③缺不定式符号 to;④并列结构中几个非,做此类改错题时,需注意以下几点: ①首先注意区分名词是可数名词还是不可数名词; ②根据名词前的修饰语或谓语动词的单复数来判断;
⑦看主动语态和被动语态是否错用。 其常见的错误类型有:①常见时态的错用;②and 前后时 态不一致;③主谓不一致;④及物动词和不及物动词错用; ⑤缺少动词(特别是 be 动词);⑥主动语态和被动语态错用; ⑦情态动词错用;⑧used to 与 be used to 的错用等。 (2)非谓语动词 句中已有谓语动词,若再出现动词,又没有并列连词,注 意考虑非谓语动词形式,根据其在句中成分以及逻辑关系,来 判断其形式是否正确。做此类改错题时,需注意以下几个方面:
